Throughout the process--getting the estimate, choosing the paint color, and trying to decide how much of the apartment to repaint-- the Paintcopro worker was extremely responsive. Even when I added a room at the last minute the night before the job. They also removed a "decorative" piece that I discovered in the middle of my bedroom wall when I got the keys to the house for the first time--a little tidbit that had been hidden by furniture and not disclosed by the previous owners. This caused mold and flaking paint and made our tenant upset. Potential buyers hated it. Gene repaired and repainted the inside and outside of the wall. It looks as good as new. He wasn't the cheapest quote we got ($1600 from Island Pro for exterior was cheapest, vs $2500 from PaintCoPro) ... but he did deliver excellent quality within a week of my inquiry. That's very valuable for a remote homeowner.
