Walking my dog at 7pm... she sees a squirrel and next thing I know my phones on the ground... can't look. Don't want to pick it up... slowly bend down to pick it up, but wait until I'm standing straight to turn it over.... F&$%!! Take my eyes! Not the screen! I call we fix it. Update: I was able to get around not using the home button by using Apples finger swiping app (or maybe not an app, but just a feature). But within 2 weeks, the screen on my ipad air 2 came loose. So what did I do? I snapped it back into place, and I did it gently. Apparently, I didn't do it gently enough, because the screen went blank. Okay, so I called FixCenter and told Elvis the problem. He said: "Well you are still under 60 day warranty, so please bring it back in and we will fix it." I'm thinking, "Okay, great. If they do this for me, then I will certainly update my review and at least give them 3 or 4 stars." But here's what happened. Elvis tells me, "Well... you cracked the screen. You shouldn't have snapped it back into place. We can't help you." I told him, "Wait. You told me over the phone that you would fix it. Then I come back again, for a THIRD TIME, and now you tell me that you can't help me?" He says, "Well, you shouldn't have snapped it back into place." Well, if they had fixed it right the first time, I wouldn't have had this problem!!! Ugh! After I left, he writes this to me [this is a copy and paste from his email] : "Hello. I understand you are upset and maybe mad at the fact the iPad screen stopped working, you are right the screen was under the non cosmetic warranty but was voided when it broke. I'm sorry for that... We will offer to fix your screen for $129.00" WHAT!!!??? SORRY FOR THAT!? You're kidding? You want to charge me $129 to fix it a second time!? WOW!!! STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE! This place is the best! Quick service with great prices and customer service. I dropped my phone onto concrete and had my iPhone 5s screen replaced here. A few days later I was having problems with it and they replaced it in an hour at no additional cost. They offer a warranty on screens! With a cracked screen and the replacement part in hand, now I needed someone to fix it. I found FixCenter, and called them and explained what the problem was. The guy on the other end said he could do it and stated he would do it for a set price. So I went down, when there he stated it would be about an hour. It was 2pm, so I went home to wait. At 3:30pm I called to check the status, he needed another hour. Now it was 5:30pm and he said he was just about done. I went down, it was 6pm and he had just finished, and to make matters worse, he charged me more than what he quoted me, and was not going to honor it. This place is a definite Must Not!! read more

I found the customer service average. I like to walk into a business and feel welcomed and asked what I need help with. My phone was immediately taken from me and brought back with a quote. Many other options online, take your business elsewhere, these folks don't value your time I was quoted a price to replace LCD on my Nexus 6P and given an "appointment" time 2 days after the date I called. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment and to ensure that part was available for repair same day, after confirmation, I drove 2 hours to get there at appointment time to be told by the person claiming to be the owner that "The part needs to be brought over from warehouse and will be 25$ extra" and furthermore I will have to return tomorrow to pick up the phone. I would rather pay a bit more at other places and get better/honest service and deal with people that don't waste my time. read more

What a waste of money! I had my iPhone 6s screen replaced here and it shattered again in less than 5 weeks with a screen protector and a case. They replace your screen with cheaper materials, not worth the money or effort. I brought Fix Repair my LG G4 on 10/24 with a cracked screen but otherwise fully functioning. I explained my situation: I am traveling, leaving town tomorrow night, and will not be able to come back to Long Beach to pick it up later. No problem they say, they will have it ready. They do the repair, get it back to me on time, and the screen looks good. Great right? The next morning my phone is a brick. It turns itself off while I am using it, then refuses to turn back on. I did not drop it, I barely used it and I even bought a brand new heavy-duty case. By this point I am out of town and unable to return, just like I explained. They refuse to refund the $120 I spent because I cannot come in for them to check it out. Sure, I could send it to them at my own cost and be without a phone for weeks, but that is absolutely unacceptable. I try to tell them I can do send them a video with my laptop but nothing. Now I am out $120 with a completely useless phone that worked fine before I brought it to FixCenter. Definitely would not go back. read more

I live on Catalina island . Anytime I have to go over town and have something repaired , I'll just say it's less than fun . I found the FixCenter on line . Contacted them and explained my issue , cracked screen s6 Active . They did not have a screen for my phone in stock . No problem , they just ordered one . What I found impressive about this was simply they did not require a deposit / credit card # to place the order . When the screen came in ( 3 days later, when you live on island time thats just shy of light speed ) Elvis contacted me . Made boat arrangements . Elvis and his Brother picked me up at the boat , who does that? , and drove me back to the FixCenter . When the repair was finished his cousin Sergio gave me a ride back to the boat . Thank you Sergio ! This is really where the story begins .While I was waiting for my return boat ride home . The screen on my phone froze . I couldn't even turn it off let alone call out . I borrowed a phone and called the FixCenter . I had to return the following day , today . Elvis picked me up at the again and off we went to the FixCenter .
