Pete handled my screen replacement through my phone's insurance, and he was spot-on with timing--he said two hours, and it was exactly two hours. Friendly, professional, and did a great job. I even qualified for a free screen protector, which was a huge bonus. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and everything was completed on time. My phone works perfectly now and has a brand-new screen protector as well. Quick tip: liquid screen protectors are not worth it. I had one, my screen still shattered, and the company didn't truly stand behind their warranty. Definitely use a physical screen protector on top of your screen--even if you have a liquid one. I highly recommend this place for phone and electronic repairs. Just note that if you don't have insurance on your device, repairs can be a bit pricey. read more

I got an alert saying I'm eligible to replace the battery for my phone through my warranty, and the closest place I could have it replaced was here. I was able to walk in anytime during their business hours and expect it to take about an hour. I walked into an empty store, but could hear someone on the phone on the other side of the wall. Harris came out and checked me in. There were issues turning off Find My iPhone, which is required to replace batteries, but we were able to figure it out after we did some fidgeting. A few other patrons came in and out while I waited, and I could tell Harris worked efficiently helping everyone. Within an hour, he was done with my phone, and showed me the battery capacity at 100 percent. My old battery was running at about 70 percent. Not apologizing. Not taking accountability. Demanding. They even called me twice from +1 (562) 362-6262 because I didn't answer the first time. I now feel harassed for simply sharing my experience. He tried to blame ME for "expecting too quick of a diagnosis" -- even though my receipt literally said 30 MINUTE ESTIMATED PICKUP. Original experience: Extremely Disappointing - Microsoft Should Be Ashamed to Recommend Them I brought my Xbox One X to UBREAKIFIX for a diagnosis only, not a repair. I found this store through the official Xbox/Microsoft website, which listed them as a Microsoft-approved or certified repair partner, so I expected at least some level of professionalism. What a mistake. When I dropped it off, the employee told me the diagnosis was free and that a repair would start at $150 minimum. I clearly stated I only wanted to know what was wrong with it. He said okay, typed up the invoice, and gave me a receipt that said estimated pick-up time: 30 minutes. I waited in their parking lot for over an hour before walking back in, only to be told by another worker that the "real" wait time was two days. No explanation, no apology -- just "two days." So I went home and waited. Two days later, I called for an update. They told me, "We need two more days; we think it's a motherboard issue." Another two days go by, and when I called again, I got the same story -- this time they were pushing me toward a $168 repair, even though I had repeated multiple times that I only wanted a diagnosis. When I reminded them of that, the guy seemed annoyed, then quickly changed his tone and said, "Okay, we think it's motherboard problem." After waiting nearly a week, I went to pick up my Xbox... and to my surprise, the tamper-evident seal was still intact. They never even opened it! So not only did they waste my time with repeated delays and false updates, but they also lied about actually diagnosing the problem. This store is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I trusted them because they were recommended by Microsoft, but clearly that certification means nothing here. I should have heeded the reviews warning that people were getting their devices back in worse condition than when they brought them in -- I'm just glad mine doesn't appear to have been tampered with. I would strongly advise anyone -- especially Xbox owners -- to go somewhere else. You'll save yourself time, frustration, and the feeling of being scammed. P.s. For example, I brought my phone in to have it looked at because the connector was not charging properly and was disconnecting intermittently. If you need a new screen protector for a flip phone, these guys DO NOT WANT your business. Third time at this place to replace a protector they had applied and lasted about a month before it started cracking. First, you enter, and there is no one there (last time it took 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back). I had a Samsung Z Flip 5 and I asked to get a new protector. First he says he cant do that because...something. Then I tell him I have Asurion insurance (part of the shop's name). Then he tries to bounce the repair over to my carrier. I tell him I got it through Samsung. Then he puts it down, slides it back and tells me I have to do a claim through them first. That may be the process, but I'm telling you...their first response to fixing your phone (at least mine) is to try not to do it. I'm sure they'll be happy, but this was the last time I'll ever darken their doors. read more

Props to this store in dealing and fixing my problem I had with my Fold6. I scratched it and had Samsung schedule a repair at this facility. The store manager fixed the scratch by replacing the screen but said Samsung only covered partial and I was left with a high repair cost. Also, a new problem arise with my front screen. I told the manager have Samsung Care plus. The store told me to open a new claim. Long story short - Samsung created a manufacturer's warranty claim instead of using my Care Plus. The store was able to fix (basically brand new) with a much smaller deductible. I was pissed on the ordeal but having my phone back brand new is worth the hassle. I had an appointment for iphone16 pro front screen repair and had EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE on 7/5/25. The staff berated me on why I didn't have phone insurance or phone screen protector. He was basically yelling at me and that it would cost too much. He eventually gave me a quote for $499.99 which is excessive considering that Apple store is charging $329.99. The staff does not have any CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and basically doesn't want to fix it because he had 2 additional customer waiting already. I will not return or refer anyone here. read more

First off, weird name. Almost made me skip out and head to an AT&T store to get my phone fixed. So, I had a little mishap with my butterfingers at work... my phone slipped out of my hand and landed screen face down on the corner of my desk, creating this ugly spiderweb crack. *SIGH* Right? FML. I have Asurion insurance on my old little Samsung Galaxy single-digit model. I don't have a fancy phone, but it does the job. I like that it is small and not a handheld mini tablet. Scheduling a repair time was convenient. Put in a claim with my insurance and brought in the phone to the shop. They were able to look it up in their system, and we were ready to go. If you want same-day pick up, be sure to schedule your phone to be fixed at least a couple hours before closing. The techs do their diagnostic, repair, then a second testing to make sure the phone is in working order. Lots of shops and eateries nearby to keep yourself entertained while your phone is being fixed. Parking can be tight in the small plaza, so you might have to wait for a spot or find street parking, if any. Very impacted, but that would be the only inconvenience with choosing this store. read more

What's point of offering quotes for service when you don't actually give them. Called the number which is basically redirected to a call center which told me "go to the store for a quote" or how about you give me the info or transfer me to the store phone so I can ask? I just needed a battery swap nothing crazy they've helped me before so was trying to just see if prices changed and got the old tactic of come in as we got to diagnose it and blah blah. I know the issue I just don't have the tools or battery handy so figured I'd support this business. After so much headache to just get a quote and a battery swap I just went to the manufacturer since over paying is now less painful than this whole ordeal -_- read more
