Dmitry was incredibly helpful. They came to our house on fairly short notice to fix our microwave. Dmitry worked for a couple of hours to uninstall it from the cabinets and take it apart. After a few hours of work, he informed me that while 95% of the time the magnetron is broken, that this time it was the motor and he would have to order a new one. He also said that although he could replace that part, it would likely be more affordable for us to buy a brand new microwave.
