We called A11 because one of the burner knob wasn't turning on our stove after I just used it. They came out the next day and got it working again. He said if it stopped working again they would just charge for the part.but he got it cleaned,lubed and up and running again. They were on time and very nice. We asked him if we should just buy a new oven he said the new ones are junk with all the electrical party he said they usually break in a year or 2 and that the old ones are better. We'd been smelling gas every time we preheated our oven and the smell was lingering so we knew it wasn't safe to use. I called A11 and explained what was going on. I had an older Kitchenaid beverage fridge that I needed to get diagnostics for to check how much the repairs would cost and the technician did a very thorough job on the analysis. We have a LG side by side buit in in which the drain plug has failed again. Calle for service and Val came out on Wednesday and determined what the problem was in regards to water dripping in freezer and turning to ice. Had to shut down unit for 24 hours and Val returned Friday Morning , took apart freezer and fixed the issue. I went through as many of the top-rated appliance repair places on Yelp and I chose A11...and I'm happy to say it was an excellent choice. I called them at 7am this morning because our Whirlpool fridge went out in the middle of the night...there were no lights when you opened the fridge door and I hears a faint but repetitive clunking noise. It did not sound good. Anyway, I got an immediate response and they were able to fit me in same day (1:30). Val showed up and asked me a few simple questions and then got right to work.
