We have a LG side by side buit in in which the drain plug has failed again. Calle for service and Val came out on Wednesday and determined what the problem was in regards to water dripping in freezer and turning to ice. Had to shut down unit for 24 hours and Val returned Friday Morning , took apart freezer and fixed the issue. I called them at 7am this morning because our Whirlpool fridge went out in the middle of the night...there were no lights when you opened the fridge door and I hears a faint but repetitive clunking noise.
