I request my Miele Stove to be looked at as my biggest burners was not staying on , technician arrived on time , cleaned the burners with a sponge ( took him 10 mins ) and then proceeded to charge me 350 us , I don't mi d paying for service however a 350 us for cleaning the burners is a bit much. My husband and I burned out the motor on the Whirlpool washer at my parent's house, so after we did some research, we reached out to AAR; we needed a quick turnaround. The next day, their technician arrived, found the problem, and worked with us on the price. We only needed the washer fixed to last a week or so because we were, in fact, clearing out my parent's house of all items and the washer was going to be discarded after we left. Understanding my predicament the technician and I agreed on a good price. He fixed the motor and gave me a 90-day warranty. The washer ended up in the hands of someone who was in dire need. This company put my life and the life of my VRBO guest at risk. I'm currently seeking legal action. The technician was sent to my house to repair a gas leak in Viking range. The technician told me that my igniters were worn out and they were the cause of the leak?!?! He charged me $1300 for his troubles and left all unless than 20 mins. Never fixing the gas leak. Because we believed he was a professional we trusted him. My guest woke up the next morning to the entire front of the home smelling like gas. He never addressed the leak! When he came back to fix it again he (I'm guessing) didn't mean to short my wires and now the right side oven, right side griddle and 2 burners do not work without tripping the breakers. This is the most unprofessional inconsiderate incompetent company I have had the displeasure of working with. read more

My dryer was not heating properly. The technician ordered a thermal fuse and coils to replace. It was going to cost around $400 and I considered purchasing a new dryer for that price but the technician said my machine was worth repairing because new machines are not made as well. When he came back to install the new parts, he discovered it also needed a timer because it still wasn't heating. That ended up costing me which ended up costing me over $500 for the whole repair and made me question if I even needed the other two parts. For that price I probably would've purchased a new machine. Three trips and $300 in labor to repair my dryer. I don't have confidence in Allsafe and will not be repeat customer. read more

Beware Absolutely horrible customer service and expect to be price gauged. I was quoted $1300 for a part I found for $600. When I brought this up to the company I was met with terrible service. After I left a bad google review I was contacted by the owner with a competitive price and offered an additional $100 if I would change my Google review. The job took over two weeks to be completed with no returned phone calls while I inquired about the eta. Speaking with a representative is as if you are inconveniencing the day. I have not changed my review in Google and have been contacted twice to do so now. I find it funny that they have responded to my review on Google as though they cannot find any of my customer information but have given me two personal phone calls begging for the review to be changed. Allsafe Appliance Repair sent a repair person to fix our Fisher-Paycal dishwasher. The problem was that the top drawer was difficult to open. He spent an hour taking the drawer out and putting it back at least 5-6 times and even tried to bend the extension roller arms, thinking that that was the problem. Obviously, the repair person did not know what he was doing. He then said it needed some parts that the company would order and that they would call me to reschedule. He took my $70 inspection fee and left. Needless to say, the dishwasher drawer was worse after the "repair person" left. And no one from the company called back to have the dishwasher fixed. I decided to eat the $70 and call another company. The second company came today and spotted the issue within 10 minutes and had parts ordered the same day. I called 5 times to try to reach the repair technician who came out for a $95 diagnostic appointment a couple of weeks ago for my elderly mother's built-in refrigerator. Despite repeated assurances from the staff that he would call me, I have not heard a peep. As a result, I do not know which part to buy for her GE Monogram refrigerator ( he did not leave any notes). Allsafe had the part, quoted a very reasonable fee for a service call, said if I did the job with them it would be included in the charge. The total bill including the part was altogether $200. Our washer needed repair. I would give AllSafe no stars based on their technician (Edwin), but I'm giving two stars, because at least our washer was fixed (eventually). Unfortunately, the technician was a disaster and should never be part of a professional staff. On the day that the technician worked on our washer, he left in early afternoon saying that he needed a part and would return. He never came back, never called, and left the laundry area completely blocked and unusable; he basically blocked an exit to our home. When we finally reached him, he said that his "phone died." Uh-huh. He returned the next day to say that a part needed to be ordered. Once the part came in (a week later), the machine was fixed, but he left our laundry area in total chaos. First, he had hooked up the water lines backwards so that every wash cycle was using ONLY hot water. I suspected that something was very wrong when each cycle produced steaming hot laundry, even on a cold-water wash cycle. He also left the area in front of the appliance filthy with carpet still rolled up and bits of fluff everywhere. Plus, he damaged the door to our laundry area. We had to call him back to sort out the water hook up (which he admitted was his mistake) and the broken door. He re-connected the water lines and said he'd be back to fix the door. He never returned. A week or two later, we had to call AllSafe to have someone come out and inspect the door. We were told that Edwin is no longer with AllSafe. We're still waiting for the door to be fixed. Will not use AllSafe again and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

He ordered the part as well as a new belt, both of which were received in a couple of days and he installed them and performed a thorough cleaning on a Sunday morning.
