Immediately, he told me that he would answer any questions I had, and did his best to explain what he was doing. I appreciated that a lot. Also, he didn't make a mess while he worked-- another huge plus. Danny was very courteous and personable. When he still hadn't been able to pinpoint the problem by around 8:00pm, he announced that he would be going to the store to pick me up a space heater to use for the night so that I could get some sleep, since he wouldn't be able to finish the job until the next day-- through no fault of his own! He didn't even give me a chance to turn down the offer, not that I planned to. So he went out of his way to go buy the heater and then came back and installed it for me. Grade A service all the way! Then of course he came back the next day as promised and got it fixed in no time. I think he had researched the issue prior to coming by, as not to waste time. I would recommend this company to anyone and I hope my leasing company never switches vendors. 10/10 recommend.

Beau came out the next day and serviced the unit to come to find out that the the fuse was bad and the thermostat wasn't operating properly. He explained that it would be another day before he could replace the fuse. But he made sure I had some heat flowing thru the apartment so I wouldn't be without during the cold night. He came out the next day replaced the fuse and then just finished up replacing the thermostat. Amazing customer service and communication definitely knows his craft and takes care of his clients.

The short story is that they charged me $180 dollars and didn't solve my problem, in fact, they made it worse by adding refrigerant to my A/C when it didn't need it. The unit was working off parameters just because the guy who serviced it thought it wouldn't hurt to add more refrigerant to it. Well, he was dead wrong. When I called them again, less than 48 hrs after the supposed maintenance, they said nobody could come over for another two days, and they won't give my money back. It was getting to almost 90F inside my house and they didn't even considered sending someone after they screwed up. I had to hire someone else to put the unit back into its factory parameters and to give it proper maintenance. Get someone else and don't fall for these scammers.

We were still under warranty, which expires August 11, 2024 This is an accurate account of our experience. To be clear, it is a positive review and I highly recommend these guys but let me get into it. The upstairs unit went out, no fan, hot air blowing; obviously I am highly concerned. Their tech Adrian went out and spent 3 hours out there ; he must have checked every single part and gave me a diagnosis that was unsettling including a $600 refrigerant refill which I don't have; I'm paycheck to paycheck; Adrian gave me a list of things that may have had to be replaced but he would consult with Luis, his manager and move forward from there. We were camping downstairs on a bed in the living room while they worked with the manufacturer since we were still under warranty, which expires August 11, 2024. Luis worked with the manufacturer and determined there was a way to equalize the pressures so the unit would run without extra cost. Adrian came out and fixed, then rechecked the unit 1 week later. Done. Fixed. Thank God. So 3 things that make me want to recommend these guys. 1. First the thorough check through and an honest evaluation. He could have said this is easy, reset the pressure sensor and left barely looking at it only to have it break down again in a week. I had a unit for 20 years before this and let me tell you there are lot of people who do this, knock the problem down the line and I'd have to call them back. Instead he gave me worse case scenario and checked with his manager. 2. Julio, was able to determine the best way to fix the unit without charging the $600. 3. Julio said that if the diagnosis that Adrian gave does end up being needed they would honor the warranty beyond it's expiration next month. So that gives me piece of mind. I feel these guys seem really honest and hard working, a far cry from the other AC working in Vegas.

I call them, I explain who I am and that X used to do the maintenance. I'm being cut off "X is no longer with us". I'm like ok... I explain that I don't really care if it will be x or someone else performing the maintenance and if I can get a quote and get this going. Lady replies "I will work on it" and hangs up the phone. I was a little confused - she never asked me the email or phone number. The quote never came. Since, we had an AC emergency too. I decided to give them a second try (they are SUPER CLOSE) - the lady tells me in a super bored tone (as if she was doing me a favor she picked up my call and was assisting me) it will cost me an x amount of money for someone to come out and tell me what's wrong and then they would quote a repair. Then I asked if I chose to do the repair with them if they would waive the fee and she's like no. I mean... I understand and am familiar with running small businesses. I understand you don't wanna send people out for free and be at a loss. Freaking use your brain and include that fee into the quote and pretend you're doing me a favor. Don't be just plain rude. Twice. Sorry but I won't try getting someone else a third time. Maybe technicians are good but so are other technicians in places with better customer service.

I didn't know that this company even existed until my son called me after he was told the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. The unit that Cool Air Now LV replaced was the original heating and air unit from when the house was built in 1981. Just so everyone knows we had an inspection on this home prior to purchase and the inspector did tell us that it could possibly be very soon and the unit would need to be replaced. On Tues, Jun 26, 2018 in the late morning hours the air conditioning unit went out in the house. This company was contacted and within a couple hours there was a tech there to access the situation. Let me say the temps were triple digit and there was company at the house along with a family pet. The decision was made that the unit needed to be replaced. At about 3pm we were told it could be done the same day. Amazing! The crane operator showed up about 20 minutes before the install crew that arrived about 8pm. They finished the installation about 1130pm. Sadly, the unit did NOT work properly after the install crew left. Frantic on Wed morning, Jun 27 @ 500am we started blowing up the phone lines. About 10am another service tech showed up and it took him about an hour to access the situation and find out why it wasn't cooling. This is a brand new unit, why wouldn't it be working? I also felt like I had to give them an opportunity to correct the issue if in fact it was their issue, they came through with flying colors. He found that it was something that was over looked during the install. He corrected the problem and the system is working perfectly. I read some reviews and decided that I was going to go with the good, the bad & the ugly. Was I disappointed that the unit didn't work the night it was installed of course but they got on it and got it squared away. The customer service itself was fantastic, I believe the install team had a long hot day and a mistake was made, doesn't make it a bad experience over all. I only dealt with Renae in the office and I couldn't believe how pleasant she was when her phone started ringing at 5am. Not sure that I could or would be so gracious. As the owner of the house, and not in the area, all of the communication that I have had with this company has been over the telephone. My son dealt with the techs on the job and he had no issues there either. So, with that being said I will absolutely give them 5 stars and would recommend them and use them in the future. I was going nuts but they came out and inspected everything and it turned out it is my cat peeing on the carpet. I need to clean the cat box better. They hit the mark in each area. Pretty much all HVAC will mark up the part. Standard practice. 100-200 percent. Business expense/profit. Some company mark-up will be less...if you have a good past relationship with the company. The price I got from this company was the BEST. As with anything: Get multiple quotes Know the industry.
