I bought the extended service since my unit I bought from them is four years old. Tonight (Saturday night) the display on my Trane thermostat went out. I called them expecting someone to come help me on a sweltering Vegas night. I was told by the dispatcher that they wouldn't be in the office until Monday!! Who can live w/o AC in Vegas during summer! On my first call to them they said they would have someone out. When I called back, the second dispatcher said no one could help me. read more

No stars isn't an option! Had them come out to clean and do tune up on ac. $200. Next day we found water in the spare bedroom next to the a/c closet. We weren't sure where it was coming from so we had a tech come back out. Another $69. He looked and said everything was working, poured a bottle of water in the pipe and showed me where it came outside from the condensation pipe. Said we must have a leak under the slab or in the wall. I later could hear dripping coming from the closet and upon opening there was water leaking down the front of ac unit. Had a friend of a friend come out and he found a large chunk of debris that was clogging the pipe up by the tray. The tech never opened the top of unit to even check this. I was standing right there the entire time. Company would not take responsibility whatsoever. We had soaked carpet and padding and the ac closet had to be rebuilt from the wetness. Had to make an insurance claim. They came out and surveyed the damage and found mold. We had to leave our home and stay in a Airbnb while our house was repaired. I left several messages for the owner and she did not return my calls. Had they of fixed it and replaced the carpet and padding from the water damage it would not of molded and caused all these other problems. We are out our $1200 insurance deductible. So a simple check up cost us $200 for the service, $69 for the tech to come out again, $80 to the guy that actually fixed it, and $1200 to our homeowners. I highly recommend that you don't use this company for anything . Terrible customer service and they don't care or stand by their "work". read more

next-door neighbor used this company to replace his rooftop units a few years back. I was really impressed with the clean install they did and the custom curbing pieces that they made for the roof units to sit on for preventing pigeon nesting activity. So naturally, I got Richard's number from my neighbor and gave him a call. I did get several other estimates, and I settled on Infinity Heating & Cooling for a couple of reasons. 1, they provided the best price on the higher end units that I wanted, and 2, their workmanship and Customer Service was simply spectacular. They kept communication going & always got right back to me throughout the process. They also offered me a discount for cash, as well as a senior discount, and I took full advantage of both. They moved 3 of my registers that the builder had put too close to the return duct. On top of all of that, they also included a 10 year full warranty. Upon submitting the request, I received an email acknowledgement of my request. The next day Stephanie from the office called to confirm what services were needed and to set up our appointment. She was thorough when explaining the options I had and was very helpful. Our appointment was set for the 4p-6p window. The day of, the office called and advised us that our technician, Jared, was in the neighborhood a little early and asked if it was ok to drop by earlier than our set window. I certainly appreciated that! After confirming, I received an automated text confirmation that Jared was on his way. Jared arrived on time, did his introductions, and was very polite. He made sure to put on shoe covers before entering our home. Jared explained everything that he was going to do, completed his inspection, explained his findings (which was overall great), and was done in less than an hour. Won't do a mini-split estimate without a site visit. First they said they might, so I offered emails, pictures, sent over a bunch of information, then nope, need a site visit. So I said sure can you come out in the evening or weekend? They only do estimates during the day M-F. I'm not taking off work so you can come to my house for no reason. Wonderful company-from the response time to the service to the professionalism to the price! We have AHS-they do not have anyone on their list that does same day service. Our air conditioning went out at 5 pm tonight. I called AHS-this has been our fourth time in two months! I had this company come do a consultation which came along with a $105 charge, the technician sent out was on time and friendly and did asses the situation, the work required was going to be $650 and I was ready to move forward but was told the consultation fee would not be credited towards the cost of repairs. Personally I think this is absurd seeing as how the consultation lasted less than 10 minutes and had it have been credited I would have gladly spent the $650. read more

After they left, hours later, the noise returned. I asked them to come and look at it. They said they can fix it (yet again) and they did. He arrived on time and began checking our heater almost immediately - friendly and efficient. If you're looking for an honest company, look no further. Our furnace wasn't working and they came out within two hours of calling. The tech spent time looking and testing the system and blew out all of the dust and insulation that had collected near the unit. After doing this, it started to work. He thought it might be an electrical problem with the board, but admitted that he couldn't prove it. He tried several times to make it fail again. He quoted me a price to replace the circuit board for the unit, but we decided to wait and see. They charged us $49 for the diagnostic visit and that was it. The technician followed all COVID protocols and the whole experience was safe, efficient, and trustworthy. Called them cause my pipe that carries condensation of my roof came off. Tech said I needed to replace it but would not be able to do it for a few days. Days went by I called them they said waiting to find drip pan. A DRIP PAN TECH NEVER MENTIONED OR even said anything about that when he showed me the pics he took. Then they they said my ac is old (it's 12 years old) I need to replace whole unit. I never have had any issues except this. I said no they said cannot find anyone that has the drip pan cause it's so old but they can build me one but the labor to install will be 900.00 possibly more plus cost for them to make one..What the hell??? The only reason I called them was contractor told me about how honest and good they are..they still said would take a couple weeks..I forgot to mention that he said I can give u a good price on new ac unit start at about 12,000 that's crazy. I called another company they came out next day fixed it 20 minutes didn't try to sell me anything else it cost me 100.00 Including service fee. NO WATER DRIPPING off roof no more..said drip pan is fine. Infinity was great from the start.The person who answered the phone was very nice and it was easy to make an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Richard, the owner, came out perfectly on time and gave me a quote after taking some measurements. The quote given by Infinity was the most affordable out of all companies, and many were of the same or similar level brands. Richard did a great job explaining all the steps that will be taken during the replacement, which other companies did not do. I decided to go with Infinity thanks to Richard's detailed explanation and outstanding service and made an appointment later that day. On the day of the replacement, Arlo came on time and immediately began the work after explaining what he will be doing (which was exactly what Richard explained would be done).
