Air Supply did a great job cleaning all the ducts and vents in my single family home (return and supply lines and stand), and charged me less than other HVAC companies. They also installed an Air Scrubber air purifier (with top notch technology) which I really need because of all the pet dander and dust in my home. However, I was told that the air purifier was maintenance free by the installer, when in fact, I need to replace the cell in the unit every two years, and I have no idea how much that will cost. read more

My mom has been using them for years so she referred me. I needed a tune up and to clean out all my vents. I was told they would arrive between 0800-1000, and they arrived about 7:50 so I was happy I didn't have to wait around for hours. Mike and his son Josh arrived. They both automatically put on feet covers so their shoes didn't walk on the carpet. Mike was very thorough doing a walk through of the house/attic. He told me the good bad snd ugly of my 20 year old air condition system. He just gave me a run down and didn't try and sell me anything was just a thorough walk thru. The suction vacuum cleaned all the dust out of my vents and when they left my air was blowing cooler and stronger. Josh was also thorough hand scrubbing each vent to remove dust/dirt. It's really frustrating that there are not only unreliable businesses out there, but dishonest as well. I had Air Supply come out for a routine tune up. My unit had been working just fine. While the tech, Renate, was on site, one of my units "stopped working" in the middle of his tune up. He said it was my fan motor. He then quoted me at least $2k to fix it. He also then scheduled a sales person to come explain options on a brand new unit. The sales person came by, and was just hard selling me on buying something expensive. Absolutely obnoxious. I obtained several additional estimates to both fix and for new units from 5 other companies. I was mentally preparing myself to be out $20k to get new units installed. Keep in mind this is at the peak of summer, during a heat wave. I had to stay at a friend's house the first night since it was 92 degrees in my bedroom and cancel other (unrelated) house work I had scheduled to be done, all because the first guy was dishonest and turned my house was a sauna. Luckily for me, I have a friend of a friend who used to work in the industry. He came by to take a look. The previous tech had left the system unfinished/disassembled and said it was broken. The only part my guy had to replace was a run cap which cost about $20 as well as correcting the wiring. Nothing wrong with the fan motor. He got it up again in 15 minutes, said have a nice day and was on his way. He just saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I CAN'T BELIEVE how dishonest this company was. Trying to make a profit off someone in the dead heat of summer. Either that or their techs are incompetent. Too many people in the industry are taking advantage of the community because we don't have enough honest options and don't know how to fix our own HVAC. What a shame. Moved into a new place and the A/C was not working. Unfortunately we needed both a new A/C and furnace unit because the old one used the obsolete R22 coolant. After price shopping around with different companies no one could beat Air Supplies price, product as well as warranty they offered on a new unit. Itzahk made me feel very comfortable over the phone as I was very uncertain. Juan and Jose showed up promptly at the time scheduled. They gave a run down of the job they needed to do. They ended up having to use a crane to get the A/C in the back. Their team used the utmost of care when bringing the furnace unit into the home, sealing off all the tile floors with plastic throughout the house and cleaning up all the debris upon completion. Within 3 hours the job was done and the A/C now blows colder than ever. The Amana product line 4 ton unit is very quiet and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough. I can't say I'd recommend Air Supply. Although the technician was professional and respectful, he did not do a thorough diagnostic of my furnace. Before the new year, I reached out to Air Supply to diag my furnace, which was shutting on & off intermittently. He looked went up in the attic, fooled around, and said I needed to replace my furnance. They quoted me $7,500 for a 5 ton furnace, JUST the furnace. So I paid my $39 diag fee and got a second opinion. It turned out to be my t-stat causing the furnace to shut on/off. Don't believe these guys, they'll rob you; no lube. read more

Our AC was not pushing air out evenly throughout our two story home. Reached out to multiple HVAC companies on yelp and Air Supply responded quickly and was available within 24 hours. We had a technician come out and investigate the issue. He said the AC unit KB Homes put in was not the best as far as capacity but not a major factor that was contributing to our current issue. The main issue was that our damper was not functioning properly so we had to get a new damper (~$2700 out of pocket).
