I tried to post this review on Google, and to respond directly to Bob's before posting a review but…read morethey don't have an easy way to give them feedback. They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

We also lost our furniture due to last home making my whole family sick from mold in the HVAc due to leaks. I know the APCOX pricing wholesale, the model I looked at is approx $ 900 dollars. I know the company needs to mark up to install and make a living but the quote I got was way beyond the normal mark up and upselling. The tech quoted that me I needed a duct clean on a 2 year old home, and put a quote for an April Aire that I did not ask for nor discuss into the quote in addition to the APCO X. The quote was an eye popping $11,000 dollars! Not only is this insulting to my intelligence but when I called the company they didn't care.

As a result, the system was not performing properly. There was a leak in refrigerant, was short cycling and wound internally shut off, and was not configured properly for zoned system. The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

Moving forward, my A/C needed repair as it was not working at all. They came out during regular business hours the next day and although it took Matt a few hours to diagnose the problem, I appreciated the thoroughness. He fixed the problem, a burned out contactor. The part was covered under the factory warranty. It took him approximately 40 min to replace the part. After the service was complete, the labor charge was $250/hour X 2 hours of labor. After some negotiation, they reduced it to one hour, however, from my research the usual and customary labor fee in Las Vegas is $75-150/hour. I was going to sign up for their biannual plan for cleaning and maintenance of HVAC but , heaven forbid they find something wrong, I can't afford the labor that would go along with the repair! I feel that while Alpha Air is a good company, their labor fees are extraordinarily high. I hope to find a more reasonable company for future use.

I've received free tune-ups & quotes from a couple other businesses, but I've been seeing Bumble Breeze at neighbors' homes & was intrigued. I've been meaning to contact them for a 3rd perspective so the raffle win happened to be perfect timing. Jamal came out to complete the complimentary tune-up & the experience was superb! He took photos of everything he serviced, offered to have me tag along so I can understand the processes he was completing & thoroughly answered any/every question I had. His findings were similar to the other two companies I received two quotes from... a new a/c system is need (oy...). The difference was, he was very thorough in explaining why he felt the replacement was needed & showed concrete facts of why. Even emailed me a copy of his photos/videos and notes so I could show my husband when he got home. Jamal completed his professional service, made sure all my questions were answered and scheduled for me to talk to a manager abut options and pricing. I was hesitant to move forward, but the replacement was inevitable. I could have rode it out until the unit was on its last string, but this is Vegas. I wanted to be preventative. Plus, 3 neighbors' units crapped out within the month. I didn't want to be the 4th in the height of a hot summer. Queue in Larry. He was beyond professional. Personable even. I was ready for the upselling and pushiness, but the experience never came. He went over Jamal's findings with me once more. Explained his recommendations for new units & even suggested an extra vent install for better performance. The kicker? He didn't deviate from his initial guesstimated price as he continued to include various extras that would help us put our best foot forward. Who does that? Bumble Breeze apparently lol. After everything was said & done, I told him I wanted to talk it over with my husband & make sure we can afford the financing. No pressure or pushiness on his end. We even agreed on a date of no contact if he never heard from me to ease the indecisiveness. He followed up with me & offered an additional incentive where I couldn't say no. BumbleBreeze with the install, maintenance/extended warranties & extra razzle dazzle of free dryer vent cleaning and sanitization ended up being almost $10k cheaper than my other two quotes!! No brainer. We came up with a comfortable number, finance plan/budget and the appt for install happened in no time. Jesus & Curtis came in and completed the install. Just like Jamal and Larry, both gentlemen were courteous, professional & friendly. They were mindful of my home and their mess during the whole process. They kept me in the loop as the process went on too. They gave me a tour of the finished product & explained filters and my new thermostat. Curtis made sure any of my questions were answered and explained how beneficial the new unit will be overall before they left. They explained a tech will be in contact complete the process with a duct sanitization and cleaning as well as the promised free dryer vent cleaning. Devin came a couple days later to finish the job. Just like all the rest, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He completed the vent cleaning & sanitization process. He took before & after photos/videos that I got emailed a copy of for my records. He made sure the team prior was thorough with the initial tune-up, inspection and install. He even took a photo of the filter recommendation sticker on the unit while he was in the attic to make sure I had all the info I needed. He explained the duct maintenance schedule and went on his way. As a home owner, dreaded big purchases like a new a/c unit in Vegas is traumatizing sometimes. However, Bumble Breeze made this experience as positive as it could be. I see the reviews and posts about post-install trauma and maintenance. I'll definitely update my review if I experience anything negatory like that. However, from this current experience, I'm confident with my experience moving forward. Thanks so much!!

After considerable time spent coordinating the visit, we were finally informed that they did not have the appropriate equipment or expertise to access and inspect the HVAC units. A preliminary evaluation of the site requirements should have been carried out at the beginning of the process. This would have avoided unnecessary delays and wasted time for all parties involved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider for commercial HVAC assessments requiring planning, coordination, and technical qualification.

Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. By the end, every duct in our home--including the dryer vent--was thoroughly cleaned. And the results? Immediate and noticeable. It's been just over a week, and my indoor allergies are completely gone. Before the cleaning, I was waking up multiple times a night going through boxes of tissues. First thing I want to say is FINALLY an Honest HVAC company. I called to make the appointment with them on Wednesday and David (which I found later on is the Lead Tech) told me that they could have a tech at my house on Friday from 8am to 10am which was way too early for me so he Kindly offered to delayed it to 10am to 12pm. Which worked out great for our schedule with the kids going to school and everything. At 9:55am one of their Tech Adam showed up BEFORE the time that was arranged. Which I think is a nice surprise since most HVAC places in VEGAS say 10 to 12 but they really mean 11:55. Adam was very helpful in explaining the services and what was included. What he'll be doing and when it'll be done. Adam gave me all the information that I needed to make a great decision for my family's need. With two young children in the house and with all the dust and virus going around it's good to know that a company like Air Supply Train their Tech's like Adam so extensively. There was no up selling, no pushing you to buy this or that. I asked he answered but at the same time Adam gave me options on how to save money in the long run and what would help my house more in the future. We might of had one slight confusion with the Yelp Voucher but that was handle right away by David and on top of that he gave me an additional discount. The only advise that I might offer is please call them before purchasing the Voucher so that no other confusion might get in the way of their great services. What more can you ask from a HVAC company. Early for the job, Well trained Techs, Fast, well mannered, no up selling or pushing & straight forward. I definitely would recommend Air Supply to all my family and friends. I know that for any future HVAC repairs or problems they'll be the only company I can trust and call. One last note. Very professional company!!! Initially, we called to get a quote for duct cleaning. Michael arrived and did a thorough inspection of our home. We've been here 12 years and never had the ducts cleaned. I'd been concerned about the continual layer of dust that appeared, even after cleaning!! Thought it was one of the "benefits" of living in the desert! Not so, after the cleaning, the air feels fresher and we're not dusting as often! Michael also did an assessment of our split system. We've had some concerns and he brought to our attention, a few that we hadn't been aware of. We felt the assessment was honest and competitive. After doing some research and visiting, extensively with Robert, one of the managers, we made our decision to have a new system installed. This was not an overnight decision! We felt we did our due diligence. We had lots of questions, and with everyone of them, Robert provided satisfactory answers. He even gave us additional research sources, which allowed us to be as informed as we possibly could be. Robert worked with us to develop a plan and a price that we could afford. No pressure, no up-sale attempts, just honest business! Jose arrived to do the installation and we ran into one glitch!! We had not been informed that the opening in our ceiling would have to be enlarged to accommodate the new heating unit!! Jose immediately put us at ease and informed us that any drywall and/or painting would be completed at the company's expense. That was a huge relief! The installation was completed in a couple of hours. A very professional effort! Several days later, Julio arrived to repair the ceiling. Once again, a very professional job! We could tell that every employee and/or business partner we dealt with - Michael, Cheri, Cyndi, Shawna, Robert, Jose and Julio- were proud of their company. We were devastated when a former Air Conditioning Company had come out and actually destroyed our Air Conditioner so that we might have them replace it with a new one! Fortunately, we went online, and also inquired in the neighborhood about Air Conditioning companies, and we discovered "Air Supply Air Condition & Heating"! After contacting the company, immediately they sent out their "Sr. Field Supervisor-Ed Rabb", who after going over all of our equipment(compressor, coils, fuse box, etc), he confirmed that the "Compressor had gone to ground," and other issues, and the only way that this could be was to replace the entire Air Conditioning unit along with replacing the entire Coils unit(to match with the new unit), clean out all of the air ducts(both return and incoming air), etc. He gave us an Estimate of everything that would be done, including (with a Military discount), and also with a 10 year warranty on all parts, and 2 year warranty on labor, etc. with a one dollar figure for the total complete cost, and handed us his card! His presentation to us was very professional and explaining everything that would be done! We gave him the go-ahead, and immediately the next day the men came out and within several hours they completed everything that was to be done in replacing our unit & system, including they hauled all the other mess away! Two days later another crew came out and completely cleaned out all of our air ducts inside the house! Both of these crews that came to the house for both the unit and the cleaning of the air ducts are to be commended for their not only good work but for their personalities! Exceptional Service, Quality, and Value from Air Supply Inc. - Highly Recommended! I recently hired Air Supply Inc. to replace my aging air conditioning system, and their outstanding service, exceptional quality, and excellent value have earned them my highest recommendation. My original A/C unit, installed in 2005 when the house was built, began leaking refrigerant. With the R22 refrigerant being phased out, repairing the old unit wasn't feasible. After recharging it once only to have the leak persist, I decided it was time for a complete replacement. After receiving bids from several companies, Air Supply offered the best value--around $12,000 for a full replacement of the outdoor compressor and the attic-mounted air handler. The new unit comes with a warranty and uses the latest refrigerant, ensuring it will be serviceable for many years to come. The quality of their work was exceptional. The crew arrived on time and was fully prepared. They demonstrated professionalism by wearing protective booties and taping down plastic sheets under the attic access to protect my carpets. The crew chief informed me they might scratch the attic access hatch while moving equipment but reassured me they'd have a plasterer fix any damage afterward. They completed the installation in less than four hours, swiftly restoring comfort to my home. True to their word, they scheduled a visit from their plasterer, who did an excellent job repairing minor scratches. This was the best home repair experience I've ever had. This is coming from an individual with 4 decades of customer service and extremely difficult to keep satisfied and happy with the service he receives. After talking to 4 companies, I decided to continue with Air Supply. On day 1, their installers, Victor, Jose and Juan did a PHENOMINAL job. Very professional and explained everything that a little explaining would help out understanding it better. They cleaned out and left as no one worked here. I always cleanup after service people but these guys would not leave any cleaning for me. 2nd day, the inspector came out and over a virtual session with the city of Henderson, approved the job that was done. On the 3rd day, Hanson came out and did a thorough cleaning of the air ducts and explained which air filters I should use to get the longest life out of the new equipment. Again, left with no cleaning I had to do myself. On the last day, Jose came out to patch things up. So professional and courteous and left the place so clean. Again, no cleaning for me to do. From the beginning until the end, the ENTIRE team including Cindy and Mary at the office were so professional and instrumental. Not the sort of service I was expecting in Vegas where there is a scam artist at every corner waiting to rob you as it has happened to me right here in Vegas. I would hire this company over and over. This is a long overdue review. I had Michael from Air Pure come out to do a duct cleaning of my house. Michael arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and detailed. He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part of the morning the following day. Ed called and showed up 1st thing in the morning at about 8:30 am to do a diagnostic and make the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He explained to me that my fan had seized. To get everything running again I needed a new condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He carried all the parts on his van so there was no waiting for parts. A little more than 1 hour my AC was back up, running and my house was cool again. Just in time for the afternoon heat. I would recommend their services and was completely satisfied with the work of both technicians. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs. read more

I called Air Supply Inc. to get a quote to clean our vent ducts and a new HVAC unit. We just bought our home in Henderson last fall and love it, but realized the existing HVAC unit was original, over 25 years old and probably needed to be replaced soon. We were looking for a dependable, quieter and more efficient system that we could rely on to handle the hot summers and provide comfort on cold winter nights. A worry free system with minimal homeowner maintenance required. Air Supply Inc. sales person, Lisa K, provided the most competitive quote from the 4 bids we received. Her quote proposed cleaning our vents and ducts, provide much cleaner air throughout our home along with a high efficiency variable speed Amana HVAC unit. All of this alongside an extended warranty that promised to provide us with many years of worry-free living. Monday morning, as promised, the Air Supply professional installation crew arrived with all of the skills and parts required to complete the removal of old units and installation of the new. Everything is performing as promised and we expect it to continue reliably for many years to come. Air Supply Inc is by far the best experience my wife and I ever had! Our home warranty continued to give us the run around with two different contractors who patched our work at best for a month and at worst for a few hours, and given our struggles we stumbled across these guys. We spoke with Isaac, first, who was extremely helpful and honest, and he continued to call us and take care of us after we went with them. We called in the morning and they sent someone out in a half an hour after Isaac called us. Ben showed up and took care of us really well. You'll notice he is on here from other reviewers as well. He's educated, honest, and funny. When we had a different people show up before and when the unit was frosted over, they said they would just have to come back later. Ben defrosted the unit, looked it over, and gave us some helpful, honest input on what was actually going to fix our problem and not leave us left in the lurch yet again. After everything Ben did for us, Isaac continued to maintain contact to make sure he could help us get reimbursement from our Home Warranty, since they kept sending us jokes (like Ideal Services). He even told us that if anything went wrong to give him a call. They run a trustworthy and intelligent operation. Definitely go with them. read more

Highly recommended! After doing business with another a/c company just a few months ago at my previous house, I later on found out that they greatly overcharged me for an a/c unit, so this time I had my guard up. I recently purchased an older house and had a feeling that the units were on their last legs. I called Air Supply and I was fortunate enough to have Ben (field tech) come to my house and even though the news wasn't great (both of the a/c units were indeed shot), I know that this time I got a fair deal. Even more than that, Ben helped me find a way to bring my newly purchased a/c from my old house. I was told by the company that sold me my over priced unit that I couldn't bring it to my new house, just not possible. But Ben knew what could be done and he got it done and this made me very happy. The day of, two a/c techs came to my house right on schedule, and the crane soon followed. The men were professional, friendly, efficient, and Ben stayed for the entire installation to make sure everything was getting done exactly how I wanted. In the end, I was not charged one penny more than what they said it was going to be. I am so happy to have my two new a/c units and look forward to low energy bills this summer. read more

June 13, 2025 Air Supply came to do a $49 System Check because my upstairs system was acting erratically. Normally, the a/c comes ON at 79 degrees if I have the Nest thermostat set at 78 degrees. Instead I began noticing a strange pattern. Nest showed a/c was not coming on until the temp hit 80. Furthermore, when the a/c did come on, it was blowing warm air. Paul Guthrie believed Nest Thermostats may be the worst and could be my problem. He recommended Honeywell so I drove to Lowes and bought one. It was defective (turned on fan but not a/c compressor). Tried a VINE thermostat from Amazon. It worked but erratic hot air instead of cold air persisted. Thus, I wasted HOURS on new thermostats that did not solve my a/c problem but I did learn 1 thing. IMHO, Nest E install and software is easier, faster and more versatile than ALL other currently available smart thermostats for home use. I phoned Air Supply because Paul had not solved the problem, they dispatched Carl Johnson at no cost to me on June 16. Carl did MUCH more thorough testing, found the problem and promptly fixed it for me. For all these reasons I will remain 100% loyal to Air Supply for as long as I own any property in this valley. read more

I called for their special tune up, it was a good price and they had excellent reviews. Kevin showed up and I advised him that when it rains, it leaks into the house through the vents. We had replaced our first AC through one of those home warranty plans. It was about seven years ago. When Kevin got back, he stated it was a lousy job. Then he showed me pictures. Turns out they gave us an illegal system as the Freon was illegal. It wasn't complete and wasn't sealed correctly. He showed me his pictures and even googled the freon. He was correct, it's illegal. The pictures showed rust and a very lousy job. It was going to go down any time. We talked for a while, gave me some options. I bought a new system. It didn't take long. About two hours later Miguel and crew showed up. The system looked like a person who cared about his work. No way did the work done by the sorry crew from the home warranty plan, come even close, matter of fact their work sucked and I got screwed. We had a Nevada power thermostat, which had a transmitter. Miguel asked me where it was. As I didn't know, he looked everywhere. He finally found it in the attic. I would recommend this company everybody. read more

I agree with Daria--amazing service! We needed one ac unit for sure and thought we would get second unit next year. On July 25, 2017, I called and requested someone come out and give us a quote. Set up for the next morning between 8 and 10. At 8:00 someone called from the office saying Ed Rabb was on his way. Was there at 8:30. Ed recommended that we get both units this year because he could give us a better price for two and the other unit would just continue running and not doing its job. That was the best advice we received because both of our existing ac units were running non-stop and house still wasn't cool. Said they could begin installing units between 1 and 3 that same day! Someone from the office called and said they would be at our home at 1:30, which they were! Installers Jose and Victor came out that afternoon and installed one unit and started the second. Came out the next day and finished installing the second. Jose and Victor were very professional and courteous! We love our new units. They cool our house down quickly! We have been customers of Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning on Oquendo(not to be confused with lame copycat Air Supply Cooling on Eastern) for more than a dozen years and have always recommended them to our friends and neighbors. They have been there for us with fast, great service and decent pricing for the most part. We've always been able to contact them, day or night. Their experts have been careful with our roof and equipment. Over the holiday weekend not only ours but both of our neighbors units failed in the heat. It was insane. If we didn't have 12ft ceilings we'd have had to get a hotel room or flee to Canada. With the strain on their resources this year, a few hiccups are to be expected and have occurred, but Air Supply dealt with them all with the same grace and professionalism that we've come to expect from them. We will no doubt remain loyal customers of Air Supply Heating and Cooling for the foreseeable future. My one suggestion... If an issue cannot be resolved the same day, perhaps loaner mini aircon units/swamp coolers for rental or discounted purchase[complimentary for regular or under warranty customers(hint, hint)] might be a stellar idea... read more

In summary, the work done by George Ramos, Air supply Technician and Associates at the company (Mary and Cindy) in following up and tracking my aircon repair requests, are very commendable. George was very detailed in explaining to me the cause of the problem and lost no time in solving it. The work was done in less than an hour including all paper work and my interruptions in my asking technical questions which were satisfactorily responded. George checked /adjusted all the air vents for smooth air flow. He checked the internal cooling system for possible problems. He educated me on the proper handling of the thermostat for efficient energy utilization. Since it was my first job with them and being a retired senior citizen, I was given a reasonable discount on the parts replaced, free diagnostic labor. The total cost of work is reasonable vis a vis the,time and effort done y Air supply thru George and associates and the comfort to me for solving my problem . My air conditioner broke down in the middle of June 2019. It was 88 degrees in my house that night. I called Air Supply at 9:30 PM and actually got a live person and not a recording. The person who answered my call (I believe her name was Cindy) was very polite and accommodating. She took my information and set up an appointment the next day for the early morning. That morning the air conditioner tech (George) arrived as scheduled. George was very personable. I was very concerned that it would cost hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. George looked at unit and determined it was a burnt wire. It took him 10 minutes to fix the unit and charged me only $29. It seems that most people are concerned about paying for a service that isn't required and costing them hundreds of dollars. But I believe that Air Supply and the tech (George) are very honest. By talking to and listening to George, I believe that George is very knowledgeable in his trade. I would not hesitate to use this company again with any air conditioning problems. Nor would I hesitate to refer Air Supply (especially George) to anyone. read more

6/28/2019 Update: The techs came out early and got right to work. They repaired the leak, tested the connections and refilled the system with coolant. Now there are no more leaks and everything works great. Also the customer service desk and the owner are very friendly people that are ready to help. If you have AC/ heating issues, give these guys a call. Update: About an hour after the original review was posted, the owner contacted me and we have scheduled an appointment for a tech to come out and look at the issue. Owner stated that the lady on the phone misunderstood the type of unit I had and the issue I was experiencing. Another update to follow. 6/27/2019 Called to see if they service Mini Split systems. Person on the phone said they do service units, but because the unit was not installed by a pro, was told that they would not come out and fix the leak that I have. I am not looking for warranty on the work. All I needed was for somebody to come out and fix a pair of pipes that have a small leak. If you installed the unit yourself, or if a friend helped you out, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. read more

My air conditioner went out yesterday after 6PM, I contacted this company's office and they set up an appointment for between 7:30 to 8:30AM. I was contacted by Cindy at the office at 7:45AM letting me know the technician was on his way. Ben was the technician and I advised him that I had turned off the unit the night before and when I turned it back on it was cooling down, but I didn't want to cancel the appointment, in case there was an issue that could be handled now to avoid the loss of air at another time. Ben took the time to show me what the inside of the unit looked like and he noticed that the "battery" was beginning to leak but could last for a while. I told him to replace it now. No pressure from Ben at all. As an older senior citizen, I am very wary of repair companies, who think they can up charge me when the repairs are not needed. I just received a call from Isaac, asking how I felt the issue was handled, this was less than 30 minutes after the tech left. That tells me they really care about their business and more importantly, their customers. read more

What a great company! Everyone from the office staff, to field personnel, to the techs, to management, is knowledgeable, courteous, professional and highly customer service oriented....I would recommend AIR SUPPLY without hesitation. I experienced issues with my A/C late on a Thursday afternoon. I called AIR SUPPLY at 5:30 PM & spoke with Cindy. She shared one of their techs would arrive at my home between 8-9 AM Friday morning. As promised, Ron arrived at 8:45 AM. My home is 20 years old & although the heating & cooling system served me well in those years it was time for replacement. Ron detailed what the problems were, worked on the pricing (which was very good and very fair in comparison to what my friends & family shared they had paid for same/similar replacement) I thought I would have to wait a few days for installation, but what a pleasant surprise when Ron shared the could install that same day! I've been in the construction business for 44 years, so when my A/C needed replacement I started getting bids. I met with a few local companies and the pricing varied several thousand dollars for the same systems, scheduling and installation. Some pricing was for up-sell systems presented to me that my home really didn't need. When I met with Michael Barnes from AIR SUPPLY I knew we were going to do business. He was up front, knowledgable, and very nice. Michael presented in detail a package that was a perfect fit for my home and saved me money without compromising quality. The execution of the scopes of work were flawless as the office communicated in detail everything that would take place. We have terrible indoor allergies and it was definitely time for AC duct and vent cleaning. We were easily able to set an appointment convenient to our schedule. They called as they were on their way and arrived as expected. Michael is professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He walked us through the process. Checks were thorough. Their equipment were impressive providing very clean and quick service. We could immediately notice the difference of better air quality in our house. Well after over an hour of waiting to hear back to schedule a diagnosis, I called my home warranty and they told me Wave refused the service call. It would have been nice if she could have just called me back and explained why. My AC unit works, makes a loud screeching sound when running for a few minutes and I told her that. Yet she continued with her confusing questions. So, one star is all I can fairly give since the customer service from the beginning was vaguely present.
