One of our 3 units quit working in February of 2024 and this company told us we needed it replaced. The salesman told us he'd give us 3 smart thermostats for free. We had to call them out after the installation at least 5 times in the two summers after the install because it was blowing hot air when it turned on. They were nice enough to send out techs free of charge but to no avail it is now 2026 and we are still having problems. One of the service calls we were told that there was a clog. Another time we were gaslighted and told that it's the residual hot air from outside but then it cools down. But it could never keep up. We set it for 76 but can only get it to 78. Our first summer bill after the install was $950. The prior year with the old system it was $650. Then the next one a little over $1000. Repeat that the following year with calls requesting for servicing from them. So... our daughter hooked us up with her former employee who owns an AC business now. He came out and after doing some investigating of the unit itself he pulled off the UV light from the air handler in the garage. He noticed warm air right away which should be very cold. The air tested 76 degrees which is bad. The thermostat was wired wrong and BOTH the heater and AC have been turning on simultaneously!!! After he rewired the new thermostat we bought, it tested 38 degrees and we no longer sweat the bed as a result of fearing our next energy bill. All is working well now and I can actually get a chill. I was not about to call them out a sixth time. They are not skilled or something more sinister is at play. I don't know. I'm just so thankful that it is fixed because it has been very depressing having spent $15000 on a new system only to have extremely elevated bills. Be ware. read more

Our HVAC stopped working altogether. Air Supply took great care of us! We were able to get a grant from Amana which donated a new AC and furnace. Before the equipment arrived, Air Supply allowed us to use a portable AC which really saved us. Our upstairs got up to over 100ºF! The new unit came on Friday afternoon and Air Supply came Saturday morning and spent over eight hours getting our AC up and running. They even came back to check and make sure everything was running smoothly and installed the new thermostat I purchased online. I had two complete units installed Aug of 2025. One in my primary residence the other in my rental home. The installations went okay. I had some issues with the unit at my primary residence and I still am. They pulled the wrong permit and can't seem to resolve the problem. Twice they scheduled a maintenance inspection and at the last minute cancelled. The excuse is always the same. The technician called in sick and the backup tech truck is down. However, I was told that the air purifier was maintenance free by the installer, when in fact, I need to replace the cell in the unit every two years, and I have no idea how much that will cost. read more

They both automatically put on feet covers so their shoes didn't walk on the carpet. Mike was very thorough doing a walk through of the house/attic. It's really frustrating that there are not only unreliable businesses out there, but dishonest as well. I had Air Supply come out for a routine tune up. My unit had been working just fine. While the tech, Renate, was on site, one of my units "stopped working" in the middle of his tune up. He said it was my fan motor. He then quoted me at least $2k to fix it. He also then scheduled a sales person to come explain options on a brand new unit. The sales person came by, and was just hard selling me on buying something expensive. Absolutely obnoxious. I obtained several additional estimates to both fix and for new units from 5 other companies. I was mentally preparing myself to be out $20k to get new units installed. Keep in mind this is at the peak of summer, during a heat wave. I had to stay at a friend's house the first night since it was 92 degrees in my bedroom and cancel other (unrelated) house work I had scheduled to be done, all because the first guy was dishonest and turned my house was a sauna. Luckily for me, I have a friend of a friend who used to work in the industry. He came by to take a look. The previous tech had left the system unfinished/disassembled and said it was broken. The only part my guy had to replace was a run cap which cost about $20 as well as correcting the wiring. Nothing wrong with the fan motor. He got it up again in 15 minutes, said have a nice day and was on his way. He just saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I CAN'T BELIEVE how dishonest this company was. Trying to make a profit off someone in the dead heat of summer. Either that or their techs are incompetent. Too many people in the industry are taking advantage of the community because we don't have enough honest options and don't know how to fix our own HVAC. What a shame. I will not use Air Supply for anything in the future. read more

Moved into a new place and the A/C was not working. Unfortunately we needed both a new A/C and furnace unit because the old one used the obsolete R22 coolant. After price shopping around with different companies no one could beat Air Supplies price, product as well as warranty they offered on a new unit. Itzahk made me feel very comfortable over the phone as I was very uncertain. Juan and Jose showed up promptly at the time scheduled. They gave a run down of the job they needed to do. They ended up having to use a crane to get the A/C in the back. Their team used the utmost of care when bringing the furnace unit into the home, sealing off all the tile floors with plastic throughout the house and cleaning up all the debris upon completion. Within 3 hours the job was done and the A/C now blows colder than ever. The Amana product line 4 ton unit is very quiet and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough.
