The short story is that they charged me $180 dollars and didn't solve my problem, in fact, they made it worse by adding refrigerant to my A/C when it didn't need it. The unit was working off parameters just because the guy who serviced it thought it wouldn't hurt to add more refrigerant to it. Well, he was dead wrong. When I called them again, less than 48 hrs after the supposed maintenance, they said nobody could come over for another two days, and they won't give my money back. It was getting to almost 90F inside my house and they didn't even considered sending someone after they screwed up. I had to hire someone else to put the unit back into its factory parameters and to give it proper maintenance. Get someone else and don't fall for these scammers.

I was referred to this company and a technician came out and spent 2 1/2 hours supposedly diagnosing the issue. I wish I would've known that this company previously scammed my neighbors at the Ogden in downtown Las Vegas. They tried to quote me $2500 to replace a part selling online for $70. Then they tried to convince me to buy a new unit which is a 2 1/2 ton water source heat pump.To be fair, I told them ) because it is a very old unit) . I would be willing to do something for a fair price. They quoted me 14 grand for a unit that cost $2700 to other vendors!!! I ended up speaking to the owner or manager. His name is Raul, he is a very clever talker and has an excuse for everything of the exorbitant price lying about their factual prices. He was chastising me on our phone call like go ahead and buy the unit online and we'll still charge you the same to install it. I ended up talking him down to 12 grand because of my dire situation and I honestly could not even afford that. I tried calling other companies, but nobody worked on high rises. They are trying to bully people into buying new units because they know they have no other choice. Their incompetent technician came to my property and diagnosed it for 2 1/2 hours and said that the problem was the reverse pump. They also told me that the new unit would not arrive until maybe another month so I had to explain to my tenant that I was unable to fix it for a while, And I had to terminate our lease and repay her $3300 !!!!They purposely didn't fix my unit to sell me a brand new unit!!!!And I had to move my Tenant out and lose $3300 in rent money because of their lies or incompetences. Fortunately, I was able to get a second opinion from another company . The guy was at my house for literally 2 mins and already had diagnosed a problem because the unit actually tells you what's wrong. There was nothing wrong with the pump whatsoever It was actually the control panel. The guy had my AC up and running in literally two minutes and charged me $75. The gentleman from the other company also told me that this specific unit all in he would charge $6275. Almost 8 grand less than URBN!!! The gentleman from the other company told me this was an easy diagnosis and the circuit board relay was bad that sends power to the reversing valve solenoid. I bypassed two contactor for cooling circuit and the board needs to be replaced in a few months $250. Turns out this company has been screwing over my neighbors as well telling them that their unit is unfixable just so they will buy new units or pay exorbitant prices to replace a part. I am not the kind of person to review companies unless they did such a good job I feel it is deserving of a review or if they did a terrible job. Not only was this job so bad , it was sinister!!They are taking advantage of people in a inflationary environment, and they know exactly what they are doing. Beware, they are predatorse!!!!

He dropped by outside of 9-5 hours so I didn't have to miss work (rare, in my experience!). Immediately, he told me that he would answer any questions I had, and did his best to explain what he was doing. I appreciated that a lot. Also, he didn't make a mess while he worked-- another huge plus. Danny was very courteous and personable. When he still hadn't been able to pinpoint the problem by around 8:00pm, he announced that he would be going to the store to pick me up a space heater to use for the night so that I could get some sleep, since he wouldn't be able to finish the job until the next day-- through no fault of his own! He didn't even give me a chance to turn down the offer, not that I planned to. So he went out of his way to go buy the heater and then came back and installed it for me. Grade A service all the way! Then of course he came back the next day as promised and got it fixed in no time. I think he had researched the issue prior to coming by, as not to waste time. I would recommend this company to anyone and I hope my leasing company never switches vendors. 10/10 recommend.

Beau came out the next day and serviced the unit to come to find out that the the fuse was bad and the thermostat wasn't operating properly. He explained that it would be another day before he could replace the fuse. But he made sure I had some heat flowing thru the apartment so I wouldn't be without during the cold night. He came out the next day replaced the fuse and then just finished up replacing the thermostat. Amazing customer service and communication definitely knows his craft and takes care of his clients.

First, I saved a ton of money, I got four estimates and Roberts AC was absolutely the best by far. I only got estimates from places rated five stars on yelp. He was also willing to come out and do the estimate in the evening, and his crew completed the work on a Saturday, which was awesome. The Icing, maybe the whole cake, was how much care they showed for my garage. I have a bunch of projects out there, and they could have just installed the unit and called it a day. Nope. They tented everything *LOVINGLY* with plastic. My garage was immaculate when they were done. It looked like a Dexter room out there. I have had other installers out there doing drywall and electrical and ended up with drywall dust all over everything. Not Roberts! I wanted a Unit that would get my partially insulated two car garage to 72 degrees in a timely fashion, and told Robert this. After Sunrise quoted me $1500 for a new fan I hired someone else come in and give a second opinion.The second opinion, verified I did not need to replace my fan at all. Instant Air had only just replaced it two years ago. Instant Air charged me $500 for the fan. The new company sunrise service now wanted to charge me $1500 to replace the fan which was relatively new. When I called another service company in, they verify the fan was new and did not need to be replaced. If you're going to Instant air and find that they've been bought out by sunrise service ; be careful. Don't just go to sunrise service casually just because they were bought Instant Air. It is not in any way an endorsement of sunrise service at all. Sunrise service just bought all of Instant Air's contacts. Get a second opinion, and get a second quote before you sign on for any big deals with this new company. Just be very careful.
