New Year's Day. On our way from north Cal to South Cal, we blow a tire on our trailer. We put the…read morespare on, but another tire was losing air, no matter what we did to try and fix it ourselves. After 4 hours trying to handle this and no one being open, we booked a hotel room. I found Jack on yelp and called. He did not have our tires in stock and couldn't get them until morning, which was fine. First thing the next morning, he called, came and got our tires. We had already placed our spare on the trailer but he noticed it was very old and already dry rotting. He made the suggestion to replace that as well, which we agreed. 3 new tires, 2 hours later and we were on the road! Jack was kind and honest. He never tried to up sell. When he explained the spare tire and his concern, he made sure to explain it to where we could understand and make the choice. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

They had made all the arrangements so I didn't have a choice of company to take away my old vehicle once it was sold. I was given about a 4 hour window for their arrival which they blew right past. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them via email and text and they were able to quote a new time window. They ended up arriving about 5 hours later than intended but the driver was apologetic and the transaction was smooth. Due to their lack of initial communication of their delay and the long wait time, I'd have to knock off a few stars. Overall, I wasn't the one paying for their service, so I can't speak to pricing. Service was good, once they did arrive. I wasn't on a time crunch that particular day of my pick up, but if I were, it would have been a larger issue. Things happen-suggestion is to better communication delays.
