This door also needed some off-site work to shave down the top, so it would close correctly. The team came back on a Saturday morning to bring me the restored closet doors. Rick reached out promptly and addressed my concerns and explained that my issues with communication must have been a misunderstanding, which when you're playing phone tag very well does happen. I think our bid came in higher than I initially had thought due to maybe not being more explicit in what we were looking for. I did find another painter to finish the job I was looking to complete, but Rick's outreach restored my faith in Bluenote and we will definitely reach out for any future bids to give them another go.
