I was sitting on my bike and reached for my phone. I could hear that awful undeniable sound of your precious iPhone 6 cracking. I completely shattered my screen and it was painful to look at or use. I came in on Sunday as the gentleman working opened the door. Everything went well and my phone was completed in 30minutes, looking like that pretty, beautiful, flawless phone it once was. I babied my phone. This pains me, but the next day (Monday) I took my phone out of my pocket to find a mere 3mm crack in the screen. I was immensely saddened to see that despite my care for it, my phone had cracked, but this time without a drop or any sort of misuse. They used to be located in an obscure technology area in Irvine...I'm bummed they moved far from me but their location in Huntington is in a nice little German village. I got a cup of coffee and walked around for about 15 minutes while Parker fixed my screen. They are legit - prices are reasonable. Got a little discount for being a clumsy repeat customer. Super friendly and helpful. Their work is warrantied. They have a nice sofa to sit on while you wait, but they are super quick so I have no problem hanging out. Great customer service!!! I have an iphone 7 plus. My initial problem was with my out/incoming calls, i couldnt hear or people couldnt hear me and the speaker option is greyed out and also when plugging in my headphones it doesnt work either. Since my screen was cracked i decided to address that problem too. I called around and their prices was the best for the high quality screen and not the after market screens where the quAlity is lower. The two guys that work there was super accomendating and tried their best to fix my problem. They fixed my screen and my dock, i was able to make calls like once and my phone reverted back go the same problem. I brought my phone back the next day and they diligently worked on it and also gave me a loaner to use since id be lost without a phone. At the end of the day it was a problem with my phone internally that would need parts from asia and europe which would make it not worth it to fix. The owner suggested that i call t-mobile and see if i had a warranty still which i did! Getting a new phone on tuesday without putting out money for a new one. All and all im super grateful for them bc they were willing to refund the money for replacing my dock but i know they worked long hours on my phone so i told them to keep it but they insisted on refunding me. That right there is awesome, honest customer service! Def would trust them for future phone repairs bc i always drop my phone. read more

Completely shattered the screen on my iphone 4S, not sure whether to blame my butter fingers or blame it on the alcohol! Called around Irvine and everyone was quoting me around $90-$100 to replace the glass. Flatline repair was the last place I called and Shervin quoted me $65! I was a little skeptical at first because he was so cheap. Jumped on Yelp and saw all the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. Showed up and was greeted by a guy named Parker. He advised that the iphone 4S will be $70 to repair, realized that I told Shervin I busted my iphone 4. $5 difference, no big deal. In under 15 minutes had my phone looking brand new! I was very lucky to find Flatline Repair! I use my iPad every day for my work. I dropped it last night at 6 pm. It shattered the glass! My Galaxy S7 dropped barely a foot to the ground and the screen shattered. Samsung gave me the run around about having to drive to their ONLY repair center closest to HB in LA. Samsung wanted 189 but it would take up to 2 weeks through mail. And a couple days if I drove to LA. I decided to not give them my money and go here. I went back for a google pixel 3A xl. My husband put the front load washer for 10-15 min. He dried in front of a heater and it turned on but the screen did not work.
