I stressed how important this was that I have it back asap for my work. When I hadn't heard back from them at the end of the third day, I went in. Lo and Behold, they hadn't even looked at it yet. It was just sitting there, and he made excuses about why it wasn't done, saying that no one ever knows how long a repair will take. But he hadn't even looked at it yet, so that was a line of bull. He refused to promise by when he would repair it, or even promise to look at it before closing up shop for the night. Bottom line, stay away. The shop itself should have been a clue that these guys don't know what they're doing. A jumble of parts strewn everywhere, cords, and disassembled computers in various states of assembly.
