I was informed all was fixed. $925+ later (2.25 hours), the drip is now filling faster at approx 4-5 gallons in 24 hours. I have a well and that creates a hyper-utilization of the well pump. The 2 young plumbers were very pleasant, neat and courteous. However, I called the office and asked to speak to the owner to address the continuing leak and he still has not called me back over a week later. Plus the initial visit charged me $185 per person ( 1 was an apprentice) just to show up. This owner should be respectful and return a customers request for the work to be completed the RIGHT way. I am calling another company now. First time utilizing this company which apparantly has been in business a long time. Will not use this company again and am passing the message to as many people in my town/ surrounding area of my negative experience.
