I've seen such a difference--not just in strength, but in how I feel in the water and my overall fitness. Adam takes the time to understand your goals and writes programs that are challenging. He's always pushing you to give your best while balancing it with meeting you where you're at so we always do a checkin at the beginning of each session to gauge my energy levels and any injuries. There's a fridge with preworkout/electrolytes and fountain so there's always cold water during workouts. For coaches, Adam and Zach are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. I've been working out for over 15+ years (basic knowledge) but finally able to learn how to properly lift without anymore shoulder pain. I am also learning techniques that don't aggravate my body while able to lift more. Adam is my personal trainer and words don't do him justice. He's fully invested in my health and growth in both strength training and as a person. He will push me to my limits but also adjust exercises on the spot when needed. He educates me on the function and technique for each exercise. When I knew I wanted to bring fitness and strength training into my life, I finally listened to my girlfriend, Bre, and we joined AIM. She was an OG, and I already knew of the owners through UFC and their training and reputation. From November 2025 to present, I can honestly say I feel AIMAZING! And I caught myself telling my dad last night something that is HUGE for me: There has not been ONE -- yes, ONE -- day that I have felt dread getting ready to go to the gym. That is HUGE!!! As workout friends and family at AIM, we feel the love and support the coaches bring every single day. I notice the check-ins, the "How are you feeling?", the technique and form adjustments that help us get more out of each movement, the knucks, the "Let's go, Brett!" -- all of it. And I love the FUN we have too! We build our muscle groups for endurance and then get to test ourselves in fun ways -- high jumps, speed sprints, challenges, and even the occasional silly reward. It's awesome seeing the results of the work we put in. AIM has truly been God-sent for me, and I am incredibly grateful for how I feel, how I look, and most importantly, how much I genuinely enjoy taking care of myself. I felt welcomed as I entered for my beginner to lifting class. I am in the middle of trying to decide what gym I should invest a membership in and this is one of the top contenders. I love that they have different recovery options such as infrared sauna and cold plunge. There are private showers and a lymphatic rolling massage machine. There is even a cute juice bar in the front. The gym didn't feel crowded which is so nice. The prices are steep but you are paying for a calm environment to work out in. You're in an hour-long session with about 6-8 other people, but everyone is doing their own thing, so there's no pressure to keep up with a big class. The trainers will show you a couple moves, make sure you're doing it correctly, then move on to help others. After you complete that set, they show you several more and repeat until the hour is up. They are not constantly staring at you and counting reps, etc. but are checking in to make sure your form is correct and things are going ok. There's no problem making adjustments to the workouts as needed. The trainers are great and very motivating. You can tell everyone cares about your personal health journey. They do a very thorough intake to understand where you are coming from and your goals. They do regular assessments to make sure they are helping you achieve your goals. The gym is very welcoming with all varieties of people. There's no gym-bro attitude and everyone is very supportive. They make the hour go so fast! I've achieved great results already after only a couple months. I'm down 10 lbs with increasing muscle mass. I've also taken their nutrition course and learned so much about how to fuel my body. My husband, who's not a beginner at all, recently joined and was very impressed with their ability to meet his heavy-lifting needs.
