This is such a beautiful gym. I was following them on social media for a while and I could tell the care and detail poured into this gym. I felt welcomed as I entered for my beginner to lifting class. I am in the middle of trying to decide what gym I should invest a membership in and this is one of the top contenders. I love that they have different recovery options such as infrared sauna and cold plunge. There are private showers and a lymphatic rolling massage machine. There is even a cute juice bar in the front. The gym didn't feel crowded which is so nice. The prices are steep but you are paying for a calm environment to work out in. I had a class with Paulina and she was so sweet and made me feel very supported and comfortable. I look forward to taking more classes here in the future. Pros: very aesthetically pleasing Extremely clean and organized great equipment you can definitely find times to go where its going to be almost empty/not crowded Cons: It's a lot of trainers and clients vs. regular members, they say that members take priority but there isn't really a way to put that into action. I would go constantly and have every area I wanted to use take up by trainer and their client/multiple clients If you want somewhere you can go in and out, mind your business, get your workout in and leave, this will work fine. If you do value a sense of community in fitness, this probably isn't the space for you, I found a lot of petty/passive aggressive actions with the staff became the norm. Odd hours and opening/closing procedures. Unprofessionalism in the sense that it's a small space and there were so many moments I heard owners, trainers, staff members etc... all gossiping about each other. It doesn't affect me, I guess they can gossip if they want but it was a little uncomfortable. read more

came for a pilates event. besides being hot and stuffy it was lovely. heres the issue that i had: they cramed us all in like sardines we literally were on top of each other. i was half on their mat half on the floor. the gym equipment was still out so it was hard to do moves. but on a positive note: loved the cold towels after. the massage/chiropractor guy was great! love the vendors/goody bags. the teacher was also lovely. and lots of free parking. check it out. :) read more

I came because Alex told us he has the coffee bar here on mondays. We had to stop by. When we arrived, there were tons of parking. The gym is beautiful. I would even considered this as a wellness center bc they got everything. It's screaming luxury. Beautiful!!! We came at 8:30am and there were already people inside. Everyone was friendly and nice. Our stop was at enso coffee. We have been waiting for over a year to try their drinks. So my eyes went straight there. We ordered 2 drinks, a shakerato and an orange blossom. They're so different. My husband got the shakerato which is on the sweeter side since it has brown sugar and maple. But it blends so well and it's not a sugary drink. I drink black coffee straight no cream or sugar so you understand my sweet level isn't much there. I got the orange blossom. I made the mistake of drinking it before mixing it. I smelled it at first bc Alex sprayed the cup. Then I went straight to drinking it and oh boy it's strong!!!! Alex told me I had to mix it up with the straw. Once I did, I kept taking a zip after another. It's so yummy. Less sweet, more on the floral side. It was so good I saved it for the next day and the drink is still yummy. When I got home, I kept thinking that everything blended so well and the coffee bean is lux! All of the ingredients are lux. I'm a coffee drinker and have tried so many. Im still impressed that he's only charge $7 for the drink. The price is competitive. Too bad enso is only here on Monday for now. I hope they open more days. As we enjoyed our drinks, Alex told us about the gym. The gym has everything: bathrooms, showers, steam room, massage room, chiro? I think I saw. One of the owners walked up and greeted us and Alex introduced us to him. He's so friendly and nice. I see why his gym is so successful. It has amazing vibe and the people who join also have amazing vibe. Alex had to make drinks for a few customers while we were there and we were chatting with them. Gosh I love the experience here. Amazing vibe, amazing people and amazing drinks to refresh!!! Here is my take away, TLTR. Simple menu, competitive price but the drinks are superior in ingredients. I recently attended a Pilates event at this gym, and while the gym itself was beautiful and the event was great, my experience with the owner left a lot to be desired. My friend and I arrived early, set up our mats, and placed our belongings in the cubbies. Since we had some time before the event began, we started walking around to explore the gym and see the amenities it had to offer. We were not shopping or trying to buy anything from the vendors. The owner approached us and told us that "right now isn't the time to shop," that we needed to wait until after the event, and asked us to go sit back down on our mats. We explained that we weren't shopping--we were simply exploring the gym. We went back to our mats, but she followed behind us. Once we sat down, she told us she was going to move us, and we said okay. What was confusing and frustrating was that immediately after moving us, she placed other guests in the exact same spot we had just been moved from. Overall, the gym is beautiful and I genuinely enjoyed the event, but the way we were treated by the owner felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. I hope future guests are treated with a little more kindness and respect, especially when they are simply trying to enjoy and explore the space. read more

This gym is beautiful and the equipment is top notch! The people who work here all seem pretty nice. My trainer rents by the hour and trains here on the main gym floor, they also have small open rooms where trainers take clients. There are 2 saunas, a cold plunge and muscle punchers for an additional fee. The only issue is it is SO freaking loud. It's an industrial center gym with roll up doors and concrete floors and it sounds like you are working out on a military base in an active war zone! read more

So thankful for Daniel and his knowledge! I have a pinched never in my back, specifically my sciatic nerve. After going to see a physical therapist for a couple weeks I still wasn't feeling much better. I decided to go see Daniel and in the first training he was able to help me more than in all the combined physical therapy appointments I had previously. He was able to to determine what muscles where affected just by the way the muscles felt. The physical therapist would continuously ask, "does this hurt?" I am 50 years old (as much as it hurts to say that...) and have been physically active since I started playing water polo when I was 13 years old. I have had a gym membership somewhere since graduating high school. I have done 50+ mile backpack trips, summited Whitney multiple times (most recently was 3 months back), run a marathon, numerous 1/2 marathons, cycled 50+ miles at a pop, and with all of this fitness I have NEVER seen a personal trainer, until I met Daniel. Just on a whim, and to see what it was all about. In the FIRST FIFTEEN MINUTES, I learned that having your hip replaced leaves you weaker on one side. While I "should" have known that, my 4+ M.D. check ups, professional physical therapy, and 500+ miles backpacking/hiking since then did not lead me to believe anything other than the surgery was a success. I found that I was weaker by about 1/3 on one side. No hocus pocus, just simple lunges revealed this. Daniel not only saw this, he revealed what it would take to get me back. No hard sell - "Prepay 25 sessions" mumbo jumbo, just a caring person, who is focused on YOU, not himself (like some of the other trainers in the room...) Wow, a GREAT first impression of his skill as a trainer, motivation, and desire to work on you. In case it's not obvious - I am a fan. I started having back problems to where I was getting a pinched nerve. I didn't know what it was or what to do so I went to a chiropractor that made it worse for what I needed. Luckily the second Daniel saw me limping because of pain, he knew exactly what it was. He felt the major tension in my back and my tight muscles from my hip, IT band, and back that was squeezing on the nerve. He knew exactly what to do, how to pin point the muscle as well as what stretches and exercises I needed to take the tension off my back. Every session he gave me new exercises that helped my back and hip flexibility. Having a heavy sitting job, he gave me the solution to all my pains that I feel every day. Let me just start by saying that Daniel is amazing. He is really knowledgeable with sports medicine and training for every type of athlete (for ex: I surf, run, hike, and cycle). I was having issues with my knees and Daniel was able to quickly identify my weaknesses and improve my strength to not only correct me but also prevent further injury. His guidance allowed me to open up my hips and strengthen my legs to the point where I have no pain doing any of the activities I enjoy doing on a daily basis. Daniel has been my personal trainer for several years now with excellent results. He looks at his client and sees your areas that need improvement. Daniel then customizes your workouts to strengthen them. For me, this was my core and hamstrings which were weak. I had been compensating for them for years with the other bodyparts. Daniel chooses to start you off using body weight exercises that teaches you to use the muscles the right way and not injure yourself. What I really like is he is college-educated and has a degree in Kinesiology. All my workouts relate back to the the mechanics of body movements. He is a real Hawaiian and it shows in his out-going and funny personality. Most of all we have become friends through using him as a personal trainer and I was lucky enough to visit Kauai for his wedding last year (I am not promising he will invite you to Hawaii ;) ) I am in my 40s and have seen results which I honestly didn't expect: I can see my abs now!
