The food is always fresh, homemade food. It's a nice change from the usual deep fried food available in town.

Good ice cream! $15 for 4 scoops and a topping is astronomical though :/ better off buying your own.

The service was great and the ambiance is very homey. Worth it, nice gem in the forrest. Coffee was great I got the blue lotus and their baked goods and breakfast sandwich were solid. Their Greek toast was also good. Give this place a try!

Overall, I find this place unfortunately disheartening. Since Buddhism teaches to do no harm to any…read moreliving being, a place called Buddha Bean had me expecting an oasis of plant-based food. Within Buddhism there is an emphasis on compassion which entails empathetic concern and a desire to alleviate the suffering of others, acknowledging the interconnectedness of all sentient beings. Yet the menu is full of the secretions and flesh of many sentient beings who suffered a murderous death. I expected better from a place that invokes Buddha in their name. There are a couple vegan sandwich options and you can get plant-based milk for an upcharge. This is nice when compared to other dining options around here, but I do wish it lived up to its name. Last time I was there, on the in-person menu it states smoothies automatically come with honey. This isn't noted on the online menu for every smoothie. Ordering online you're unable to make the smoothies vegan because there's no option to say no honey. Also, the sandwich called The Cali does not currently have its ingredients listed when you order online, but I think it is vegan too.

That is the one caution is to be prepared for eating ice cream and smelling the odors of a farm. The ice cream is very good, and there was plenty of seating space for everyone who wanted to sit and eat including some hammock-like seats. After eating the food, you can look at the displays, and climb on the tractors. It is a unique chance to have dessert and a show.

They also had a mechanical bull you could ride, which was super fun. The location was awesome too because they had a mini silo that they made into a stairwell that led into the top of the ice cream barn. Upon entering the ice cream barn it was so cute. They had such nice details throughout and even the bathrooms were painted like a cow. They had a large selection of cedar crest ice cream as well as homemade popcorn. Prices were fantastic! Portions were large. Probably why there was such a big crowd when we got there. I will definitely be back when visiting to try more flavors. Loved the entire experience and wished we had an Ice Cream Barn like this around where I live!!

The bakery is amazing and it would be hard to select what to taste, except that I was a woman on a mission. I stopped in the week before Fat Tuesday. Placing the order was easy and took only moments to complete. I returned for Mardi Gras and the bakery was understandably busier. There were folks that failed to plan ahead, so their paczki pleasure was impacted. Me, I walked in, the same helpful person was retrieving orders and I picked up my pre-paid dozen quickly. The paczki were amazing and brought me right back to Michigan. The paczki we had in MN were good, but they aren't the same. And I've honestly never had paczki that were SO filled. And the fillings were so fresh, so perfectly balanced with the pastry. We tried six varieties (oof, yeah!) and loved them all. The prune paczki is an easy favorite, being traditional, but that Bavarian Cream was sublime. I was completely spoiled. It was fun that my first visits here were for 'holiday shopping,' which makes me look forward to coming back and trying more yummy baked items!
