What I wanted versus what I got. They initially told me $97.41 which I was happy to pay and then they asked if they could charge me about $50 more, which is fine because from what they advertise, it seemed worth it to me. They told me they had the exact flowers and that they could do it. They were wrong. I come to pick it up and they gaslight me into thinking these are the same flowers. I am highly upset because they miscommunicated to me what they were going to provide. I even expressed to them I did not want all roses beforehand and they did not correct me nor notify me that it would be. They never even sent a picture beforehand to approve. The florist and whoever is charging and communicating to the customers needs to be on the same page so they can properly communicate to customer what they are providing. I warn all who come here to make sure you explicitly state every detail and double check before paying. Some pros: They have nice wrapping and fast service Next time, I'm going to go back to my regular florist who can do the same for cheaper and better quality. I would get an arrangement of roses for my mother on her birthday here every year and it always blows her away, but the quality and price has changed. $75 for a basic arrangement with baby's breath that takes 15 min to make... I could have gone to whole food for not even half of the price. They used to take their time and effort to make a good arrangement. Now I have to find a new florist, SAD. read more

I called the day of delivery to confirm that everything was in order and they told me the address I provided was too far away and they did not deliver my order. Not great customer service. I found this place at one of the complimentary Kim Son dinners for brides & grooms who have an upcoming wedding at one of their restaurants. After a lot of research, this place was the most affordable for linens -- particularly chair covers. They don't charge you extra for set up or delivery. The chair covers come in a variety colors as do the complimenting (and extra) sashes. Only down side is that they are a little disorganized on the business side. So just be sure to add a little reminder to yourself to pay the amount you owe up front. The positive side to that is that it makes them for flexible. Terrible business ethics..when we rented the candle set for our engagement party we went there three times cause they closed randomly without any signs on their door or a reason. We deposited $40 and would promised it would be refunded once we return their set.. I came there and the owner was not there and the worker made me talk to her on the phone and she said can you come back tomorrow we don't have the money to pay back .. that just made me really upset because how do you run a business and tell someone to come back cause you do not have $40 in your business.. I fell victim to all the impossibly positive reviews that all these other people have given about this florist. Placed an order for an arrangement of: pink and white dahlias, roses, white hydrangeas. I get there and I'm given an arrangement of drooping, nearly dead purple and yellow flowers that looked like it was put together by a 4 year-old. After about twenty minutes of guiding them into making the bouquet look halfway-decent (and I have no experience/knowledge other than common sense of what looks nice) I finally left with an arrangement that personally looks nowhere near what I paid for it. All their flowers looked sub-par, and the employees honestly don't have any idea what they're doing... It you want an overpriced and mediocre arrangement, feel free to come here. read more

We were planning our wedding and I was skeptical on whether I should DIY my own flowers and decor or should I pick someone out for my venue. So when my husband told me about his old college friend that owns a floral shop, I was estatic and curious about her work of course.. I mean who isn't especially when its your own wedding.. LOL.. But yes I went to Kelly and browse through her albums and did my researches on what I wanted and how I wanted my decor and center pieces to be. I was pretty open about the kind of flowers I was going to use and indeed I was really on point with her about not using any kind of roses except for the petals. She was so understanding and friendly, she told me that what ever I can find to my liking than just bring it in and we'll pull something together and make it happen..and so I did. First I decided to just do the linens and chair covers only until I found out how hard it was to DIY your own centerpieces. So to make it all stress free and simple, I trusted Kelly to make the magic happen on that special day of ours. I chose my linens and chair cover/sash colors, than I showed her some pictures of the bouquets and centerpieces and than I chose what type of flowers I wanted to have, as well as my podium for the entrance area and etc. To my surprise and expectation, My reception was all done by her and her AWESOME team, I was blown away when I arrived. If I didn't mention, I had no clue how this was all going to turn out because I didn't even show up days before when they were setting up the place. I totally just picked and choose and told her to put the pieces together and I have to say she out did it plus more!! It was so cozy and romantic and beautiful!! Long story semi short if you have a wedding coming up or planning your wedding day, I say choose Elegance Flowers and the whole crew for your venue because its worth the moment.. and everything else would be priceless, even the cost. Last week, I ordered a couple standing sprays for a funeral. These were the worst standing sprays that I ever ordered. Mine was much more expensive than my other sibling' s standing spray from a different florist at the funeral.my arrangement was so ugly and the arrangement of flowers was extremely sparse. The flowers were small and mostly wilted already on the 2nd day of the viewing. My sibling's standing spray was so full with fresh, large flowers and costed at least $30 less than mine. Their price (which was original price) was lower compared to my sale price, coming out to at least $50 less than mine. I was embarrassed to admit that arrangement was mine. The 2nd standing spray I ordered was the same price as my other sibling's flower. My sibling couldn't believe that it was the same price, because again it was so ugly, with wilted flowers, with about half amount of the flowers and half the size of theirs. I ordered many standing sprays for funeral before, but this was the worst ever. She even charged me the sale tax of the original price and not of the sale price, I didn't realized that until I asked the locals how much was the local sale tax. Mine was too much sale tax charged for the price. I think she didn't realized that I'll be at the funeral and would see my flowers in person, so she did such a horrible job for me. I couldn't think of any other excuse for such a horrible job . If that was the case, then it's more unprofessional than I thought. I took note of my sibling's florist for future order: "Kim Thu" - This florist did a great and I will order from there next time. I would never ever order from this place again. I needed a bouquet of flowers at the very last minute and she was very nice to help me. I sent her a photo, had someone made a payment ahead of time and the flowers were ready to be picked up on arrival. I would say the quality of flowers did not look the freshest but I was willing to work with what I can get at the last minute. Price is a little high but like I said, last minute so I was willing to pay, plus I've had other florist quote me higher for the same bouquet.
