They're just told to sell as much as they can and they will tell you anything you wanna hear including the wrong cost of service. I was told my bill would be $72. It was $189 and the explanation was that we told you it would be a little higher the first time the Internet is very very slow. It was obvious salesmen knew I was a senior woman and could be lied to without any retaliation. They promised Netflix and HBO Max and HBO Max does not work.
