We just did a family trip for 5 days to Jellystone. This is the 6th year in a row that we have did a family trip there. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly familiar staff member Jennifer in the reservation office. We always feel so welcomed when we arrive and have contact with her. My grandkids get excited saying look there's Jennifer. I know that if we have any issues there that she always works to resolve them quickly. Jellystone is our Happy place and we always look forward to going there . The one thing we miss more than anything is the snow cones they used to sell at the waterpark entrance now they just offer alcohol drinks maybe add snow cones machine there and sell them also. Wow, this this place is so cool. Lots of cabins and places to camp. The water slide park is a blast for the kids and there are lots of food trucks and its so close to town. Just make sure you book in advanced before going. Amanda was very helpful at the front desk and also the punk rock looking girl. I dont know her name but very nice staff. Everyone seems to do there job well. You can rent golf carts too. Super awesome if you don't wanna drive far and want to go camping by the river. read more

We had a great time at Jellystone Park in Lodi with our family and friends. It's a fantastic place for kid. There was always something for them to do, and we absolutely loved our stay. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the cabin clean. I accidentally booked a pet-friendly cabin, so we did notice some pet fur on the bed, bowls, and on the doormat. Aside from that, everything was great and we had a lot of fun. Overall, it was a memorable family trip. We'll definitely be returning next year and would recommend Jellystone Park to other families looking for a fun getaway. read more

Disappointing Stay at Jellystone Park at Tower Park Jellystone Park at Tower Park in Lodi may once have been a gem of an RV resort, but based on our recent stay, it appears to have suffered from poor management and extensive deferred maintenance. We stayed in both a cabin and a premium back-in RV site, and neither met the standard we expected, especially at roughly $400 per night for the cabin and $250 per night for the RV space, over $1300 for two nights. The cabin was noticeably dirty upon arrival. The window sills had flies, spiders, and cobwebs, and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. One of the blinds was broken, and the exterior area around the cabin looked as though it had not been blown or raked recently. The front porch was dusty, dirty, and covered with leaves. The cabin itself had a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. We ordered bedding, but were given one queen set and two twin sets, no full-size bedding for the full bed. That was an avoidable oversight and added to the feeling that the accommodations were not being properly prepared between guests. Our premium back-in RV space was also disappointing. The site was dirty enough that I was glad I had brought my own blower. The electrical box and its light were covered in spider webs, and the surrounding area had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. There were piles of leaves, old water-balloon pieces, broken zip ties, and general debris around the site. Across from our RV spot was a broken bench, with pieces of the bench simply left lying on the ground. Grounds and Activities Need Attention The lack of maintenance was noticeable throughout the park, not just at our cabin and RV site. At the playground, the bark coverage was inadequate to the point that black safety netting was exposed throughout the area. This did not look like bark had merely been displaced by children playing, it looked like there simply has not been enough bark added for quite some time. The light poles were dirty and covered in cobwebs. The grass was extremely dry, poorly manicured, and looked as if it was rarely watered. The landscaping crew needs to improve basic edging, blowing, raking, and overall upkeep. The pavilion, where guests gather and pay for arts-and-crafts activities, was in the same condition. There were leaves and rocks all over the area, making it look neglected. Under The gold-mining apparatus, it also looked as though it had not been cleaned all year. Mini Golf Was Especially Poor The mini-golf course looks like it may once have been a very nice attraction, but it is now badly run down. Around 90% of the holes appeared ripped or torn. The course did not look as though it had been cleaned, blown off, or maintained in a long time. Some of the water features were murky, and the landscaping and walkways around the park showed obvious deferred maintenance. Gravel has shifted away over time, leaving many areas that are now mostly dirt. The putters were also in poor condition: many were broken or subpar. We had seven people playing and struggled to find seven usable putters. Overall Jellystone Park at Tower Park has the bones of what was probably once a five-star RV destination. Unfortunately, the current condition of the cabins, RV spaces, playground, pavilion, mini-golf course, landscaping, and general cleanliness suggests that the property is no longer being cared for at that level. There were also limited food options. The only choices appeared to be the grill and the Picnic Basket food truck, but the Picnic Basket was closed for our entire stay. The lazy river was closed as well. For the price we paid, we expected a clean cabin, a maintained RV space, functional amenities, and grounds that reflected the resort-style experience being advertised. Instead, we found a property in need of significantly better management, housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance. read more

This is a 3.5 star review. For the accommodations, it is on the higher side for price-to-value. They changed a lot of the amenities to semi self-service (the onsite restaurant, mini golf) and (over?) charge for other things like daily use of the golf carts. With that said, if you have kids, this place is really setup well for the little ones. Mini-golf (nice layout, not very well maintained), water parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, and laser tag (extra cost)....there is plenty of things for them to do. If you live close by (e.g., Sacramento, Livermore, etc), may want to consider just paying the daily use rate for the facilities. Overall, not bad. Could be worth the visit depending on proximity to the location. read more

We really enjoyed water park and staff was great!! BUT this isn't Glamping! We rented a Cindy bear cabin, bed sounds of plastic all night, You CANNOT sleep in it with husband and a baby!!! it's super tiny bed, sofa couch dented on the frame so it's bad to sleep, you're in incline the whole time so we had to throw mattress on the floor. The patio green chair had some missing wood planks so they sucked to sit on. Anyway They Really need to Update their furniture in them. We bought the VIP passes for our girls and they loved it. Soda cup sucks you have to go all the way to the market to fill it up, it should be right next to the water park, the kids meal it's amazing. Husband and daughter did laser tag and they said it was super fun and mini golf! Staff was truly Great! We got to check in early, and when I was leaving I forgot my water bottle inside cabin and it was brought back to me. ARCADE was soooo hot they didn't have the air conditioner on, but it was super fun. We also dined at the restaurant, you order at the front and sit and they bring it to you. Staff was great at the restaurant too! Food was Great ! Definitely would eat here again! We loved our stay, they just definitely need to update furniture. Also they don't have coffee shop, just like gas station coffee but We found an amazing place 15 mins away called Isleton Coffee company! Omg amazing definitely recommend. Awesome for families and groups. We took our 6yo granddaughter and my daughter met us there. They had a blast and we had fun watching them. Granddaughter made fast friends with 3 other girls right around us and burned the midnight oil riding bikes and playing. The water park is fun for the kids. Too crowded and the idea of that many people in the pool wo getting out for hours was yuck for me lol. I opted to cool off in the outdoor shower instead and people watch. If you're a young family or going with a party group this is the place to go. If you're looking to relax and chill in a quieter park-you're probably going to hate it. Jellystone Park Resort in Lodi, CA, has some issues for RVs. The signage is poor, and the campground entrance is hard to find. This place isn't worth their prices! Paved sites are extra, and the narrow gravel and dirt areas make leveling difficult. We booked "premium RV/tent" the back-in sites are tight, and accessing the fire pit is challenging due to the presence of tents and close neighboring RVs. The picnic tables are rotting and need replacement. Maintenance workers mow the weeds and weed whack the sites at 8 am, which is disruptive given the gravel and dirt conditions. Happy Camper Road near the sites is in poor condition and needs repaving. This weekend, a large block party with loud music, peeps smoking weed, and many people caused overcrowding and conflicts with neighbors close space. The arcade was closed, the water park is overcrowded, and there's no lifeguard on duty. Despite these issues, the grandkids had a blast, and there's a play area, water park, and miniature golf course for entertainment. read more

We've been eyeing this place for a few years so happy we finally got to come and it was better than expected! We stayed in the cozy cottage as a family of five + 1 dog. The cabin was just the right size for us. I was very impressed with how clean the place was such as the surfaces and bathroom. I will note there was some very large spider webs that we knocked down with the broom that was provided. Our toilet chain was also broken when we arrived, maintenance came right out but sadly broke again and they had to return. The cottage came with a few dishes, microwave, coffee pot, paper towel, dish washing liquid/sponge. We brought our own pillows and linens. I loved that each cottage had their own private fire pit, table and grill. Our kids age range from 3-13 and they all had plenty to do. The highlight was the night laser tag (additional cost) and the jumping pillow! The staff were all super helpful and nice! Additionally we purchased the golf cart which also made our stay super fun for the kiddos! We are already thinking about when we will be back! Also if you forgot anything the market will have it! We came here recently for a 3-day, 2 night stay during spring break during the week so the water park was closed, but we still had a great time. There weren't a lot of people so that was nice. Our cozy cottage had a kitchen, which I paid extra to have so that things would be easier. I like that it's safe for kids to play outside and roam about. We made the best of it even though the water park was closed. Cabin camping is the way to go for me! We still get the experience without the griminess. lol. The kids spent most of the time in the pool so that worked out. I liked that there is a food truck by the pool since kids like to stay there all day. I had such high hopes for this place given we love family adventure and love camping. Leaving feeling disappointment - we definitely won't return. We rented a loft cabin for 2 nights and it came out to just shy of $1k. Definitely a splurge for "glamping" but hey, why not give it a try. You absolutely do NOT get what you pay for. Almost $500 a night (including taxes) and you don't even get sheets, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, basic utensils like tongs or stirring spoons. If you want to add sheets, a very basic blanket, and 2 pillows, you need to pay $25 per room! Bahahaha, I can't help but laugh you guys. They also don't make the bed for you, they bring it in a plastic bag and you do it yourself. The cabins are crammed next to each other and you are basically hanging out in a parking lot. Those poor campers are camping on GRAVEL. The pool situation is overcrowded with lines to get into the lazy river, not enough lounge chairs or even an umbrella in sight. We had to lay our chairs on concrete. The only redeeming quality of this property is the restaurant (get the fish and chips), the arcade (which I didn't even want to do because it's camping), and the views of the delta. I'll end with the staff and checkin process. EVERY hotel and campground I have ever stayed at lets you check in early if your room/ campsite is available. Not here! They basically usher cars into an extremely long line and make every single car and person wait until 3:30 creating a cluster f*ck of congestion and chaos. The staff is beyond unfriendly - these kids barely even smile or look at you when you're talking to them. Customer service matters! This place however is raking it in because the place was swarming with people. Clearly people like it but it's definitely a miss for us. read more

Honest Review - Great Potential, But Some Frustrating Misses (3.5/5) We recently stayed at Jellystone Park in Lodi, CA, and overall I'd give it a 3.5/5. This isn't a bad review -- we had fun, the kids loved it, and I'd probably give it another chance -- but there were enough issues that I think an honest review is fair. First, credit where it's due: the cabins were exactly as described online. Their website does a great job telling you what to expect, including that you need to bring your own linens and toiletries. I'm glad I read everything ahead of time because we packed accordingly. Check-in was smooth. The cabin was decently clean, though when we walked in it smelled like someone had weaponized bleach. I appreciated knowing things were sanitized... unfortunately once that faded, the cabin had a pretty unpleasant smell my kids lovingly described as "urine and rot." We immediately headed to the water park, only to get kicked out of the lazy river after about two rotations because apparently it closes very early. Maybe I missed that online, but I genuinely don't understand why one of the main attractions -- and one of the few things adults can really enjoy -- closes so early while you're paying full resort prices. That kind of set the tone: a lot of confusion. You get handed an information pamphlet, but somehow it answers very little. Some attractions had posted hours, some didn't. Some looked open but weren't. Mini golf? Laser tag? Arcade? It felt like a scavenger hunt trying to figure out what was actually available. I called the front desk asking about the arcade. No answer. Tried checking online, except WiFi wasn't working and cell service was spotty. After calling maintenance, I learned some cabins just don't have WiFi, which would've been nice to know beforehand since that also makes the TV basically useless. Eventually the arcade opened after multiple trips back and forth. Unfortunately it looked pretty rough. Sparse prizes, dead bugs in machines, and one prize chute had a spider fully moved in and thriving. Honestly? Respect. Live your truth, little king. And yes, technically this is camping... but let's be honest -- this is glamping. We came for convenience, the water park, and activities. Unfortunately, the water park itself was rough. Several play structures were broken, the pools were cloudy, there was food floating around, and overall it was pretty clear maintenance is not keeping up. I want to be clear though: I do not blame the staff. In fact, most of the staff were wonderful and seemed like they were doing their best while working with facilities that clearly aren't being maintained properly. Special shoutout to the ice cream employees who were easily the happiest people there and super friendly. The restaurant honestly surprised us in the best way. I ordered a pickle margarita (10/10, no notes). The next day the bartender looked terrified making another because apparently they barely had ingredients left, but she absolutely nailed it. My boyfriend got the steak bowl, I had fish and chips, and both were genuinely great. The market employees were helpful enough, but those prices were painful. Bring your own snacks and essentials unless you enjoy financial suffering. The kids had an amazing time, which honestly matters most. They loved gem mining, gaga ball, and the jumping pillow. By the end of the trip, my boyfriend and I were debating whether we'd return... meanwhile the kids were already planning next summer and asking for a bigger cabin. I'll probably give Jellystone another chance. But management seriously needs to invest back into this park. The staff deserves more support, the facilities need maintenance, and this place has the potential to be an amazing family destination. Right now, though, it feels less like they're building toward that potential... and more like they're slowly letting it fall apart. Fun trip? Yes. Would I come back? Probably. Its a great park but some of its best features arent maintained or they are just turned off. 3rd time visiting. At least 4 of the blue water blasters no longer work, and the purple water drencher no longer works. The 4 blue water jets were a lot of fun to spray back at people as they were spraying you with water. These are fun things for the kids to use and they just sit there broken, not being used. The bathrooms have also not been maintained to their potential. There are a lot of spider webs that have been there for a long time. We rented a golf cart for our two night stay which was a smart move as our site was the furthest from all the activities. Lots to do from the playground to the water park and miniature golf. Very disappointing experience. This place feels like it is falling apart and poorly managed. If there is a manager overseeing the property, their presence is definitely not noticeable. The mini golf course is in bad condition, the cabins need repairs and updated furniture and TVs, and several of the play features at the pool are broken. The pool staff and lifeguards were also not very friendly. The water did not feel clean and had a very unpleasant smell. One of the most frustrating experiences was waiting in line for about 30 minutes under the hot sun, only to be told when it was finally our turn that the ride was closed. Staff could have easily informed people earlier instead of making families wait for nothing. Overall, many of the employees seemed like they simply did not care about the guest experience. I had much higher expectations for Jellystone, especially for a family-oriented destination, but unfortunately, we left very disappointed. It all started with Josephine Sanchez getting us registered and set up with our cabins and golf cart (recommend getting golf cart). Our cabins slept 5-6 comfortably. The facility has plenty to do for all...water park, miniature golf, arts and crafts & even basketball. We did BBQ and pizzas outdoors but cooked breakfast in kitchen then ate outside. Im talking favorite meal(s), shampoo/conditioner, that pillow, that blanket, extra chairs, BT speaker, floatie device, crocpot, whatever...pack it in the trunk, if u use it cool, if not, its there just in case this may take the 'camping' aspect away but like i said, this place is for beginers or for folks who dont wanna rought it. I mean, its a good place to get away tho for families. Its a good chance to get away from the device life and that office you are stuck in and able to reconnect with how things used to be. Theres a place to fish, go boating, walk around...bring a bicycle and roam around a bit...change the scene of your everyday. Theres a restaurant on site if you wanna pay for a sit down meal. Their little uce cream parlor is good for kids on that hot day. The pool is a great hangout for the whole family and the waterpark is a good add on if you are there for the weekend I recommend you rent the golf cart so you dont have to walk from place to place the whole stay. If needed...theres an exit 10 mins away off the freeway at stockton where theres a whole shopping and dining plaza. Overall thought. I liked this place and the family had a good staycation here. My family and I were last week we booked back in March and Amanda was so helpful in getting us the cabin we wanted after seeing it wasn't available and had a fantastic time! It was the first time doing something like that we our toddler and she had a BLAST! We stayed in cabin 266 (highly recommended! Everything was a walk away) and enjoyed our hot tub every evening! We went Wednesday-Friday (&& during non peak season, highly recommended looking up what is open the days you are there so you won't be as surprised as we were) HOWEVER Jennifer was so amazing the day of check in when we called to see if we could have an early check in, she took amazing care of us, was so accommodating && even more awesome in Person! Totally not what we expected - never again. We stayed at Jellystone Tower Park for three nights, and honestly... it was rough. We were hoping for a nice camping experience, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The only thing that made the stay slightly bearable was a really sweet lady named Niki at the front desk -- thank you, Niki! But seriously, that's where the good stuff ends. I don't know what I had in mind, but I definitely imagined a more green, grassy campground. What we got was rocks. Like actual gravel everywhere. We set up our tents on top of it, and I swear there were bigger rocks underneath -- we struggled so much trying to get the stakes in, and in some spots we just gave up. The bottom of our tents got ruined from all that. The electric and water hookup was also just... strange and honestly felt unsafe. It was one slim post, with the outlets and breakers on the back at the top, and a water faucet on the front, down low. Water was dripping constantly and the ground was wet. Water and electricity were way too close together. I've been told this kind of setup might even violate basic outdoor safety standards. Especially with kids running around, it made us really uncomfortable. And again -- this setup might work for RVs, but if you're camping in a tent, good luck. There's nowhere to wash dishes, no dedicated sink or cleaning area. If you don't have a trailer or a rig, you're basically left to figure it out on your own. The bathrooms were awful. I've never seen showers this gross. Everything felt dirty -- not just used, but like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. We only saw someone clean once in three days. The shower curtains had moldy pink stains, and there were just random items left stuck to the walls that no one ever removed. The accessible shower was unlocked, but the water didn't even work, so it was useless. And the showers were push-button, with water running for maybe 30 seconds before you had to press again -- and yes, it's as annoying as it sounds in a dirty space. The pool? So cloudy we didn't even touch it. I've never seen water that murky in a public pool. My 7-year-old daughter and her friend swam in it, but honestly, we were nervous the entire time. Still hoping nobody gets sick. Trash pickup is supposed to happen at 8 AM and 8 PM -- that's what the rules said. But no one came. We left our trash out at 7 PM and it was still there the next morning. A random staff member picked it up around 9:30 AM like it was a lucky accident. If an animal had gotten to it overnight, it would've been a total mess. We came hoping for a fun trip in nature with our kids, but it ended up being stressful, dirty, and just honestly not worth the trouble. If you're tent camping -- or have young kids -- I seriously recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I'v been staying here at the first rv campground during the time my house is getting work done. It wasn't a vacation type stay. But, regardless, they do not take care of the grounds during the winter. There are guys driving around doing this and that, so I asked one if they would be doing any cleanup. He said they are short staffed. So I called Jennifer, who said she oversees the ground maintenance staff, and I asked her about the grounds and she said she would get on it asap. Next thing you know I have 5 guys blowing leaves, weed whacking the grass at my trailer, sucking up the leaves by a huge machine, all told they were outside my and neighbors trailers for FOUR HOURS. I'm not sure if that was on purpose to shut me up or what. But, it wasn't pleasant. read more

The Wi-Fi can definitely improve There is no Wi-Fi connection in the entire campground. No phone access know anything you would think for the price that they charge the customers they would have some sufficient Wi-Fi in the laundry room rooms. Are all broken. I almost didn't get my money back if I didn't meet Jennifer, the lovely manager. The staff there however, were wonderful. Nice courteous, and responsive. The park itself is very old. The bathrooms are corroded. They have not fixed the air-conditioning for the arcade. How long? Now. On the good side, the waterpark is decent. The cabins are decent. The staff is wonderful. We rented one of their cabins for three days and had an awesome time. Jennifer, in the front office, was so helpful, kind and patient. Our grandson had a mishap, and we had to leave a day early, and she even called to check on him! We appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming attitudes of each employee we came into contact with, the available activities like laser tag and tie dye t-shirts as well as the convenient restaurant. Altogether the trip was a huge success, but Jennifer remains our Superstar for sure! read more

Had a fantastic time at the park. We were greeted with excitement and care when we arrived by a super star named Anthony at the reservation center. He acknowlwdged our excitement as well and got us all squared away and set up with directions to the events and the water park. It made the cherished time with my grandson that much more special. Went with two teens and two 6 year olds, everyone had a great time! We got a cabin, I've never camped but the grounds there were great and I would camp there. Everything was clean, friendly staff, littles brought their scooters to get around. A lot of fun! read more

Just left Yogi Bear Jellystone after a 4-day stay celebrating my niece's 2nd birthday. I've been a loyal customer since 2021 and have recommended this place to countless friends and family. Today on Father's Day, I took my 4-year-old daughter to the pool. There was a white man sitting at the edge of the pool with his wife. My daughter accidentally splashed him while playing in the water. She's 4 years old. Instead of acting like an adult, he looked at my daughter and yelled, "Get the f* away and go over there, damn!" She immediately got scared and started crying. As her mother, I defended my child. My husband and 18-year-old son came over after hearing the commotion and seeing my daughter upset. The man wearing the MAGA hat then called staff and claimed he had been attacked. Staff showed up with police officers and told only OUR family to leave. We were never allowed to tell our side of the story. When I asked why we were being removed, I was told they didn't have to give me an explanation. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of managers Jen and Kathy. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward our family. At no point did they ask for our side of the story, speak with witnesses, or show any concern for my crying 4-year-old daughter. Instead, they immediately sided with the man who had just cursed at a child. What made it worse was watching staff laughing and joking with him while we were being kicked out. There were witnesses who saw exactly what happened and were shocked by the decision, yet nobody asked them what they saw. A grown man cursed at my 4-year-old daughter, made her cry, and somehow my family was the one asked to leave. As a Latino family, we left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. We were never given the opportunity to tell our side of the story, while the white man who cursed at my 4-year-old daughter was allowed to stay. With witnesses present, staff still refused to hear our side and instead laughed and joked with him while removing our family. The way Jen and Kathy handled this situation made us feel singled out and treated unfairly. Because of the way we were treated, we felt racism played a role in how this situation was handled. Whether Jellystone wants to acknowledge it or not, that is how this experience felt to our family. No family should ever leave feeling targeted, unheard, or discriminated against because of their ethnicity. read more

We've come here every year while my kids were young enough to enjoy the park, despite the large list of shortcomings, we have only returned because my kids love it here. They are constantly understaffed leaving the grounds filthy, have rude office staff, poor quality housekeeping and a lack of food on the grounds. The last time we stayed we arrived early ( the website says they allow it and we called ahead to make sure we could arrive early) our cabin was not ready yet ( no biggie, I totally understand ) it was a weekday and there were very very few at the park. We were told ( as were several others who arrived at the same time " you can not check in early, and you You Can NOT use the pool until you've checked in at 4pm". We've always been able to use the pool when we arrive early , which helps kill time until check-in at 4pm. I responded back to the office 3 times to check on our cabin, and each time there was a pissed off guest yelling about not being able to check in despite there being so few people at the park, or not being able to use the pool, despite very few people being at the pool. I was going to say the office staff was rude, but if I'm being honest, I would get defensive too if I got yelled at every day for upholding a new company policy that is so Unfriendly and Inconvenient to guests. YOUR NEW POLICY WHICH PREVENTS GUESTS FROM DOING ANYTHING IF THEY ARRIVES EARLY IS EXTREMELY RUDE, AGAINST WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS AND IS AT ODDS TO WHAT YOUR STAFF SAYS ON THE PHONE WHEN PEOPLE CALL AHEAD. I can't wait for my kids to grow up so I'll never have to return to this place. DO BETTER JELLYSTONE MANAGEMENT. YOUR POLICIES CAUSE YOUR UNDERSTAFFED AND LIKELY UNDER PAID OFFICE EMPLOYEES TO GET YELLED AT DAILY, AND IM POSITIVE THEY DONT GET PAID ENOUGH TO PUT UP WITH UPHOLDING YOUR POOLY FORMED POLICIES....... Oh and WiFi was available some days and 100% not available other days Even on Slow days we had zero WiFi and couldn't watch anything while staying In a cabin. This was our third year in a row staying at Yogi Bear with a big group for a family birthday and get together. After this stay, we will be looking for a new place to stay. Our RV spot was absolutely filthy including charcoal, suntan lotion all over our cement, trash in the grass and a stained up fire pit. We chose an end spot which was one of the most if not the most expensive spots in the park. No one came in next to us the whole time, so everyone including park staff used the spot as their high speed cut through. I placed multiple phone calls to the office, which were never returned. I finally went up to the office and Jennifer *manager* was great! She got cones put up for us, although temporary it was a nice fix and she was very helpful! Honestly the only positive interaction I had with any staff members at the park. The waterpark is RUN down!! Tons of water guns were not working, the equipment is worn and needs attention. The pool has always been murky, I don't know if they don't have enough filters or what but it's cloudy within a few hours of opening yuck! There was a youth group that came in a day or two after us. These kids were allowed to be on their own, and run around the park with no regard to vehicles, golf carts or other campers. They were rude, used foul language, broke all kinds of rules at the pool....but no one in the park seemed to even care. The lack of any kind of security presence here is glaringly obvious and creating a free for all environment for unsupervised children and adults that think the park is playing baby sitter for their kids. The final straw was the last night, we had just finished dinner at the park *which was nice and I will write a separate review for them* but there were two younger women harassing the cashier at the delta market. They were recording her, and requesting a refund despite a huge sign stating no refunds on the cash register. She was literally in tears, and being accosted and the other male employee there was just standing there. I told her, along with other store patrons that she needed to call security! We had to leave and wave down the security guard for an action to take place. I really felt bad for her as the two girls and then the Mom who joined in were being so rude and disrespectful to her. I know that as a park you cannot control who comes in to the campground, but you can make a better effort enforcing and educating guests on the rules! I've stayed in 100 campgrounds, maybe more and the lack of any formal regulatory system here given the size of the park is shocking! I'm surprised there's not more issues with fighting, stealing, property damage and accidents. Sorry to say, we won't be back! read more

Big thanks to manager Jennifer for helping us out at check-in! She was super friendly, full of positive energy, and hooked us up with a great spot for our RV. She made everything so easy and stress-free. Because of her, we got to fully enjoy our stay -- the water park, pools, wave pool, hot tub, playground, jumping pillow, basketball courts, golf carts, bbq grill and have clean restrooms with showers which is a plus. read more

With an empty RV Park they could have let us choose a site rather than put us in a site that backs up into a cabin. We were assigned site 190. So we set up in the next site after 189. It turns out the site after 189 is site in the 200's I asked if we could stay there. They said sure for $21 more. They could have made me a fan by saying sure take the free upgrade for the night, but no, we had to get this site. I don't expect we'll be coming back. read more

Update 08/29- I see that they commented here saying that they don't see a reservation under my name instead of just reaching out to me directly. I'm attaching here my receipt with my name which matches my name here on Yelp. Terrible experience. You arrive to the worst customer service you can imagine. I paid $1000 for two days and they receive you like you're the biggest burden. The TV doesn't work. When I called the front desk to check, they just said too many people were probably trying to use the wifi and that's why.. ok, if you're hosting this many people, then why don't you offer better wifi? Then on the first night, I had someone knocking at my cabin past 11pm. As a woman alone with two girls, terrifying. Second night, I get notified by my iPhone that an item is tracking my location. See the picture. Also terrifying. And then lastly, on the last day the girls were looking forward to pancakes for breakfast but the stove doesn't work. Honestly, not a surprise but disappointing. When we arrived the cabin was so dirty and after an hour my daughter's feet were completely black. We found a water bottle and soap under the bed from prior guests. Honestly for the amount of money I just spent on this, I'm very disappointed. read more
