Instead of having to call a tow truck, the owner and a tech both came out to me and got me going good enough to drive to their shop. They then gave me a ride back and forth to my home, so I didn't have to wait there all day or call for an uber both ways since I lived close by. They repaired both issues, so my AC is ice cold again and my coolant isn't leaking anymore. I highly recommend them, and everyone there are so nice.

They charged me $205 just to tell me the cause was worn engine and transmission mounts on a vehicle that's only 6 years old. I previously worked in Toyota service, and based on my experience, this was not a mount issue and certainly did not match the symptoms I was feeling. This was on top of a $100 oil change for a 4-cylinder engine. If you simply want to throw money away, then take your car here. Unfortunately, we recived a call stating the car wouldn't start, it would be $390 for them to replace the battery, and that they "don't take costumer parts." So we asked if we could install it. Once again it was an issue because they don't allow costumers to do anything to their cars once on Auto Tech's property. To rectify the situation, we bought a battery and decided to go to a different shop that might make more sense financially. My boyfriend proceeded to very kindly ask for his keys back and said thank you for your service but he will be going elsewhere. The owner then decided to state his men were "all up in it and then got to the battery." Not only was the car able to start when we dropped the car off but now he is admitting they messed with the engine. He also said we need to pay the $71 in "labor?" My boyfriend then asked if we needed to because they didn't do anything. The owner then dropped all his paperwork and told him to leave. We still had no diagnosis on the car before leaving and there was a scratch on the car. Overall the experience was disrespectful, suspicious, and quite frankly I should be speaking to a legal rep for how the car was after we dropped it off. Being from Jacksonville 70 miles to the north I was clueless who to take my car to in this area. I checked John's Yelp reviews, gave him a call and felt confident enough to take my car to his shop. He quickly scoped my car, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a very fair price, and had my car ready just a few hours later. I was able to rent a car in the meantime. Total charge $122!!
