Very good service! I showed up without ab appt but with a dying battery. No wait. Immediately analyzed the electrical system & battery--which WAS dying. They replaced the battery without loss of all of the programming in the car (entertainment systems, etc ). I also voiced concerns about tires. Alignment of front end causing uneven wear, AWD car, tires replaced--but I also wanted a wider tire footprint on my heavy Touota 4Runner to be more confident driving on sand (Beach, etc.). They went to a website, guided me through options & choices until we found what appeared to be the perfect tires. The car now handles better, rides great... The also have competitive oil & filter changing svc AND can rotate tires at the same time which is best for AWD (All Wheel Drive) cars. They also did a safety & mechanical/brakes/belts/hoses/fluids/lights check. Being in the Publix shopping ctr, I can drop the car off for oil/filters/tire rotation & overall checkup while getting provisions for the week and have the car done by the time I'm finished. Mike and Terry saved our evening! Front tire on my Ram was suddenly dropping pressure: 29 to 7 in not even 5min. Instead of closing their doors on us (as it just hit after 6pm on a Tuesday evening), these two gentlemen stayed (voluntarily) and helped us out! Wouldn't accept money, but glad they accepted Arby's. Avoid Mavis Tires - Flagler Beach This location is completely disorganized and unprofessional. I booked an appointment online, received a confirmation, and drove over an hour to get there--only to find out my appointment had been triple-booked. The front-desk employee was rude, dismissive, and offered no explanation other than "no idea." I was then told I would have to wait more than two hours. I left and went to Tire Outlet in Flagler Beach, where I was helped immediately. They stated they regularly take Mavis customers due to canceled appointments and poor service. My Dad brought my car here to get new tires while I am visiting from Virginia. One tire was filled to almost double the correct pressure. I drove on this for a day before I realized. It's also a good thing I caught it before driving 10 hrs, w 2 kids and a dog, on an extremely over inflated tire. This would have been far worse than a review if my tire blew on the highway. Do better please! First picture show the tire at 65 via the app before I panicked and started letting air out. second pic is the dashboard gage after some air was let out. I will say it was nice that they put my one good tire that we asked to have back in a plastic bag to avoid dirtying my trunk. That was nice, but the serious of what could have happened lead me to only give up 2 stars. I just hope there no damage to this tire as a result of over inflating it this much. read more

Lots of excuses and they tried to force me into buying 4 new tires bc one needed a plug that was on tread (not sidewall). DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS WHO HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS I DID. I made an appointment to leave my truck to have new tires installed (which I brough with me). I asked the desk guy if he could check my current tires to see if they were worth keeping. He rudely refused and said if I was replacing them, they weren't worth keeping (I was putting on snow tires to go out west so they may be worth keeping). He then said they had to put it on the alignment machine after putting the tires on. I told him to just put the tires on because the truck only has 60,000 miles and no indication of needing an alignment, and he he insisted they would put it on the alignment machine because if the alignment is out even a 1/4 of an inch, it needs to be aligned. He then said it would be a couple of hours. I had my dogs with me because I had an appointment and balancing and installing tires should take an hour or less. He was so rude I just left and am taking my truck somewhere else for service. read more

I made an appointment to remove a nail from my tire. Upon entering I stood at the counter as one employee told another- "I have to give that dumb @sss woman an estimate over the phone without seeing her car." I couldn't believe he would say such a thing in front of a customer and worse a female customer. After no greeting and waiting ten minutes- they took my keys and told me they'd get to my car- no time expectation or anything. I'm from out of town. Got an oil change and they were great. You also get a free tire rotation. They saw my front tires were going bald on the inside of the tire when going to rotate them. They showed me as well. There was absolutely no pressure to take care of it the day I was there. Told me exactly what to tell my mechanic when I got back home. horrible work. came here as a walk in, they claimed it would only take 40 minutes for a oil change. I then proceeded to sit there for 3 hours and was given attitude and annoyance when i asked how much longer. They also ordered the wrong filter multiple times so i had to wait extra time for them to get the correct one. all the workers were sitting around smoking and not working on any cars. I am a veteran, and have been in the automotive industry for nearly 2 decades. My wife went to Mavis tires today to have 4 tires taken off of loose wheels and installed on her car. No custom wheels no over size tires. The man tried to take advantage of her and charger her mount and balance for 8 tires to the tune of nearly $190. When she called me concerned I questioned him on why he was charging so much he copped an attitude and said it was because I didn't buy my tires from him. 5 minuets later Palm Coast Ford informed me they would do the service same day for 25 dollars a tire. Which is what I expected to pay. Do not trust these people with your car. The service advisor will happily rip of women and veterans because I brought my own parts. This place is an absolute joke. Had an appointment for an oil change, manager was unprofessional and did more talking than his job. After an hour and after they had drained the oil from my car, I asked why no one was working on my vehicle, his response was that they ran out of oil and had to wait for someone to bring more from another location! No communication whatsoever. Over 2 hours later I finally had my oil changed. No apology or discount, nothing. Will never go back or recommend. I will tell you this...there was another vehicle sitting there, that they told the same thing. No oil.........the lady had dropped off her vehicle at 9:00 am and at noon, she left her vehicle there and got a ride home. You lost several customers today! read more

I got an oil change, new battery and tire rotation for at least $100 less than similar service at the dealership. One week later I had 2 problem tires to replace. I decided to get 4 and they not only did they credit my cost for the earlier tire rotation, but the entire cost was 1/2 the price of new tires at the dealership. They were on time with my appointments and pleasant. Very refreshing experience. read more

In and out in no time, oil change, oil was on the driver seat and steering wheel, also oil hand print on my hood by the lock. Maybe the tech was new , I'd think twice before going back, but a senior tech should supervise before releasing the vehicle. read more
