went to flagship car wash today in. My car was washed on the outside and for the first 10 seconds on the conveyor belt for the inside they wiped. Nobody did anything else besides barely wiping it. All the trash was left in my car all the milk from the foster baby was left in the car. All the food on the floor was still there. Very bad service. read more

Horrible horrible horrible Carwash. Worse carwash chain on the east coast. From not hiring American citizens to inattentive staff who don't speak nor understand English and subsequently car accidents occurs frequent in the actual wash bay. Accidents occur frequently in the bay due to the language barriers. An elderly nun who thought her car was in neutral and was in reverse, slammed into my car when exiting. No pun attended but it was a car full of nuns and even they couldn't believe how negligent the staff are at this location. Thank God I had it on dashcam which clearly showed me trying to get the illegal immigrant's attention and to take action. He purposely did nothing and let the elderly lady reverse into my car when exiting. The supervisor, Fabio or maybe his name is Ricardo blamed me for some asinine reaon that even the nuns called BS. The one off of York Rd across from Walmart is the slowest carwash on earth. Literally. Avoid this carwash unless you have 1-2 hours to burn because you will be in a long line due to them only putting only car through at a time (see picture). If i was an ultra millionaire, I'd definitely open up my own chain in the Baltimore county area and put this flagship out of its misery. I did not heed the warns and went anyway. I was a first time customer when I visited the Cockeysville, MD location on 1/11/25. I purchased the premium wash for $44 and was excited to get the salt from the roads off my brand new vehicle. First off, I was surprised to see that this place does not have touchless wash. Second, the wash and all of its fixings was done in about 3 minutes. Then, on to the guy who would tidy the interior. The job they did was so bad that the front desk guy sent my car through interior cleaning again. Before driving off, I survey the interior again and all they did was wipe a dirt smudge that was on the drivers side door. The cup holders were not done, crumbs and debris were still on the floor and on my side seats. Flagship loss one who would have been a loyal customer. I will not go back!! I went to the York Rd in Cockeysville location today to have my car cleaned. The car really needed to be cleaned so I chose the high level service at $44. thinking that I would get a little extra effort put into the job. Was I ever mistaken!! The place had very few customers at the time and the car was in and out of the tunnel in less than 5 minutes when I was told that my car was finished. When I reached the vehicle, I noticed that there were finger prints on the door windows and the inside of the car looked like no effort at all was put into cleaning the console and there was still loose crushed leaves on the carpet. I went back inside and tile the attendant that the car was not clean. I was told that my expectations were too high and that if I wanted a good job then I needed to have a complete detail! I was also told that he would "run it through again, but it won't be much better". He was right. It looked a little better, but not by much. The windshield was only partially wiped and very streaked, the drivers side window still had finger prints and although the crushed leaf was vacuumed up, there was still loose dirt o the carpet. I didn't expect a complete detail, but I did expect so much more than the poor quality of work that I received. I also expected to be treated with more respect than the rude attendant knew how to give. This place charged me $44 and ran the car through their system TWICE and I left with a car that wasn't even close to clean. From beginning to end they spent less than 20 minutes cleaning the vehicle and telling me that my expectations were too high and that I only "Get why I pay for!" If this is how they they conduct their business , they won't be in business very long. Upset and disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt! read more

Clearly there are staffing issues with this location. They advertise a monthly club and when you show up everything is down... no wash just a couple workers using power washers and doing a poor job--our windshield was left dirty. Also, inside cleaning is not available,... the excuse is maintenance but no maintenance is ongoing. We will be canceling our membership. read more

Went to Flagship Carwash August 17th. I paid for the $44.00 carwash. I did not receive what I paid for! So disappointing! Last time I ever go there, it was a total waste of my money. Service has gone downhill significantly since switching from Auto Spa. Paid extra for the 3rd row of my minivan and was given my car back with the floor mats dripping wet (at least they were in the proper car as someone in front of my was given a floor mat from a completely different car that drove away with their mat), dashboard and various surfaces in my car were still dusty and unwiped. My car was going through the car wash longer than the inside was being cleaned, and overall I would only go back and pay $50 if it was during a slower period so (hopefully) nothing would be rushed. read more

This doesn't even deserve a rating. I just went to get my car washed and picked it up and the entire door was still covered with the same dirt. The attendant came out, wiped some of it off and stopped cleaning it went and got a manager who came out to clean some of it off. Then he told me if I wanted my car cleaned I could get it get it detailed. I said no I just paid for the ultimate car wash. He said we spend millions of dollars on our equipment. I said yeah and it didn't work so cannot just be wiped down and cleaned. He said no if you want your car cleaned you can pay to have it detailed so I said so what did I just pay for and he yelled at me and was rude and unbelievable. Since the switch from AutoSpa to Flagship, the quality of the interior clean has gone down considerably. I've been 3 times since the transition, each time hoping it would get better but it hasn't. Got it cleaned there yesterday and the carpets weren't clean and there were still dog nose markings all over the windows, which means they hadn't even gone over the inside of the windows once. And the decline in quality seems to be by design. They spend way less time on the interior so it's clearly a policy to get the cars out as fast as possible regardless of whether the car is clean or not. We've been coming here since 2014, but won't be coming back. read more

Killer quality wash and experience!!! Im visiting the area and used their express service. I drove 12 hours during the spring and had bugs and road dirt all over my car. The team took extra time to pressure wash for the bugs and the wash bay had a conveyor with a wide belt that didn't damage my wheels. Once you're through the bay, they provide a high powered vacuum system with crevice or carpet cleaners. They also provide towels so your ride looks amazing when you drive away. The car wash is up and down in terms of quality of service. Sometimes all the machinery is all working. Sometimes not. Sometimes they black the tires. Sometimes not. Sometimes the guy at the pay station smiles. Sometimes he acts like you are really keeping him from something important. They have a mountain of people working, and yet there is a lot of standing around glaring at customers and talking. And in the end the quality is haphazard. But, they have little competition in the area. Ripe for someone opening a good carwash. read more
