Manuel has never ceased to amaze me. Always on time arriving as well as completing the detail on time. Driving is my business and downtime costs me money, he understands this. Absolutely amazing customer service and detail car wash. Manuel is very responsive and offered to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. Took about 2 hours and his team had my baby looking brand new. Every inch of my car was cleaned, even the gas cap and trunk! You don't really see that attention to detail (no pun intended). New Finish Detail - Auto Detailing Near Me

They are... okay. With the reviews I was expecting a better experience. First, points for them for getting me in last minute. Their customer service was very good in the beginning. I had water spilled in my car and they were able to extract it. They used a machine to kill the mold and get the smell out. (Which did not work, the smell was still there the next day and it was even worse) Whenever I have gotten a detail my seats get cleaned and they are always able to take out similair stains. I know it was getting on the darker side when they were nearing the end of the detail so I understand missing a few spots but all my seats still had stains. The lining of my trunk was still caked with dirt and some leaves and they also damaged my dash. Its black pleather if I am assuming well, now its brown (see pictures attached) there were some positives (my center console was immaculate) but to many negatives. I did reach out to them the next day and let them know about the issues & they offered to fix it. I work a pretty tight schedule and the back and forth with trying to reschedule a time out with them was frustrating so I just gave up. We agreed on a day and apparently they didnt read I was only available after 5 pm that day and they were trying to come at 9 am. Since they told me they were coming that day the next day I was available all day I made plans. Then they tried to ask if they could come that day. To much back and forth. And honestly it did not smell like they even used anything "good smelling to clean" not sure if it's their chemicals that dont have a smell but theres also that. read more

I highly recommend Manuel and his partner. After a terrible night doing Lyft and passenger creating a mess in my car, Miguel was wonderful to squeeze me into his schedule. Wow!! Like the only previous reviewer, I accidentally stumbled across this company and I am so glad I did! I needed a detailing FAST on my Suburban (Big Red) as I have to make a last minute trip to Alabama next week to help out after our first grandson is born. Knowing that my still unborn grandson (and his Mom's side of the family) probably wouldn't appreciate all the dog hair and random crap strewn about my vehicle, I started messaging companies on Thursday. I probably would have went for a company that had more than one review if it had not been for the fact that the ONLY person who got back to me was Manuel from New Finish. (**Note to company owners - your business card and website says New Finish Detail, but your Yelp review says Express Detailers - you should definitely line those up, because if the rest of your customers have the same level of service that we just got, you will get TONS of good reviews!! I had to do some investigating to figure out where to do the review, but I was willing to do it because I was bound and determined to let you know how amazing our experience was!) So...anyway. Manuel lets me know on Friday that he would like to book us for Sunday - SCORE! The ONLY other company who got back to me was telling me they could only book me 2+ weeks out, which meant either I had to clean my own car whilst trying to pack for a cross country trip or, more likely, my newborn grandson was going to have to develop a very fast tolerance to dog hair and random crap. We set up an appointment for 1030, and at precisely 1028, and after a courtesy text at 1000, Alex shows up. He is both polite and professional and gets straight to work. The website says the service is 2 1/2 hours long, and I grumble to my husband at around 12:30 that it can't be TOO good in such a short amount of time, but 1:00 rolls around, and then 2, 3 and 4. Alex was here for SIX HOURS and did an AMAZING job. Like, I'm not kidding you, no sh*t, legitimately AMAZING job. My Suburban is a 2002 - she's no youngster, but she is definitely my baby. With that being said, she is NOT babied; 4 kids and 4 dogs have taken their toll. I have had her professionally detailed 4 other times - the first company was awesome, but I was disappointed to see that they didn't get out the stains on the headliner from when a Diet Coke froze and exploded over 10 years ago. The second, third and fourth detailings were....meh. Didn't even expect them to touch the headliner stains because the rest was so mediocre, and I stopped getting detailings after that. But today??? My husband went out to check Alex's work and pay him, and came back in and said, "Go look. Just go look." I was like, "Whatever. I'll get to it." Because it's a 2002 Suburban. How good can it look?? But I went out to put the floor mats back in, and Oh.My.Goodness. It was like the heavens had opened up and shone a ray of light directly onto our driveway. Big Red is gleaming like she hasn't since she was on the lot when we bought her in 2002, and probably more so. I opened the door, and to be honest, the first thing I saw was the well worn driver's armrest that I hadn't really noticed before because it kind of blended with the rest of the interior. But now?? The rest of it looks brand new, and I just made my husband order a new armrest because it is definitely bringing down the rest of the car. Every single nook and cranny is spotless!! I came inside from that first inspection GIDDY. It looked that good. And then I remembered the headliner. "Welp," I thought, "this is where it gets downgraded from amazing to awesome." So I went back out to Big Red to see if maybe Alex had been able to lighten even a few of the probably 75 exploding Diet Coke stains that had been there for over 10 years, and through 4 professional detailings. And guess what??? He got EVERY.SINGLE.STAIN.OUT. It's gone - all of it!!! I literally have NO complaints - my car looks perfect and brand new again!! (***Ok - if we're being honest, I have two complaints. The first is that there was a Yelp deal that I didn't see that would have saved us $75, but that's all on me. We'll use it when we have them come back out to see what they can do for Hubby's truck!) The second is that Alex used a clay bar to go over the entire vehicle. I don't exactly know what a clay bar does, but as far as I can tell, it makes any undamaged part of your car look like it's brand spanking new, which makes any previously unnoticed imperfection stand out. I think I can live with those newly discovered paint chips, though - pretty sure no one will be able to get a good look because the shine on the rest of my car will blind them.) I came across New Finish Detail when I was looking for a legit spot to get my car detailed and found that they would actually come to my house to do the detail without me having to move to any facility. The detailers truck seemed really equipped when I saw them through town, I decided to give these guys a try. I was really nervous at first. When I called into the shop the manager was really friendly and greeted in the phone. The detailer came to my house on the day of the detail and I explained what exactly I wanted done in certain spots. They seemed like real professionals. They asked me to give them three hours to do their job and I did just that. So I left to run some errands. When I came back the car was still being cleaned. I was told to wait for one more hour and I did just that. When they were done I didn't even have time to inspect the car so I just left immediately. When I eventually got home in the evening I noticed that the trunk was still dirty with some dog hair that I specifically wanted removed and some of the compartments still had filth. Really poor service from these guys. Disappointed I didn't check before paying. read more

Very good service I had 2 vehicles done with stains in the interior I thought would never come out and paint I thought was unsavable these guys assured me this was no problem and made my cars new again in a matter of hours I will definitely be returning soon read more
