Today I purchased the $44, the Flagship Package ($8 more than their Ultimate Package). For years I was very happy with the Delux carwash. I pointed out that I would like all the door jams wiped clean. I was assured that my door jams wouls be cleaned. Here is the problem, I would say about 75% of the jams were cleaned - but the areas cleaned were the areas that one would not have to reach for. Once I got home I got soap and water and finished the job. I was underwhelmed, for spending the $44. Yes, I wil go back... but Only for an Exterior Wash at half the cost. read more

I went to Flagship Carwash in Herndon and got a carwash. The man in the booth used my credit card to enroll me in a monthly program that I did not request nor do I want. I called the phone number, no answer. My husband got through and they said there's nothing they can do. They said we could contact headquarters, but it would be unlikely that they would do anything about it. $39.99 for 4 months that I never used. I don't recommend this place. The one time I sign up for there promotion to receive the Unlimited Ultimate Package for $36 for the first 2 months and on the 2nd month I was charged full price $59.99. My car was in desperate need of a car wash so I figured I would try out this place. So I have a few reasons for giving just two stars... It's a very small area with a long line. I was expecting to see a list of services before I drove up to the guy taking the order. I asked the guy about the free car wash deal on Yelp... But in order to get that I had to spend $100 on a gift card. So instead, I asked for a basic car wash (outside only). Once I got to the "station" to pay then only did I see an actual list of services. I didn't like that they had me sit in the car. I was directed to pull up close to the car in front of me... it was pretty nerve-wracking sitting in the car while it was moving on the belt. I paid $60 for the express interior detailing (includes the ultimate wash, dress all interior, clean windows, air purge dash, front console and door panels, and OdorX) When my car came out, I still had dog hair on my seats, dirt on my dash board, and speckles on my windows. When I asked an employee for help, I was told I got what I paid for; when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they were out on their lunch break. Do yourself a favor: pay $7 for a gas station car wash, $1 on a gas station vacuum, and $5 on a container of interior wipes. Same quality and better price. read more

I am finding many areas in my car that were included in the price that I paid but were not properly cleaned. I got the ultimate exterior with rims and wax and my rims were not even wiped down and it was still had grime all over it. I had to come home and clean my rims which could of been easily wiped off. The car had dirt on the side and huge palm print on the right side. When I indicated to one of the employees of the palm print he just shrugged instead of wiping it off. I try to call in to management to maybe run my car through again after I got home but no one answered the phones. I called a few times. Yes, they will clean your car and your wallet, make sure you get a receipt, they generally don't give you one for a reason, went in there for to have vehicle washed and was not given a receipt but then noticed they charged me over $200.00 over the actual cost of the Car Wash. I contested with them, and they would not make it right. My wife went in recently and I told her to pay in cash, but she did not, they again did not give a receipt, until she insisted for a receipt, and they did in this case not over charge. I met with the manager, and he was no help either, I said I would take a gift card for the difference, and he would not budge. He could have kept me a happy customer with a simple gift card making up difference. I would never recommend. read more

Not the best, but certainly not the worst car wash around. It was better than anything I got when I lived in Falls Church, but was still not blown away with it. I just got the simple $12 wash and I like that you do not have to risk your car hitting the track, it was a gentle conveyor belt taking you along. What I did not like was nobody warned me to put my car in neutral, which while may not seem like a big deal, could be asking for trouble. Some people do not know to do that. I also had a spot on the car on the exterior that the wash did not get out. That was a bummer. But maybe with a better offer it might have, I do not know. In the meantime I would give it another chance to see how it goes. Ultimately it did do a decent job and they were efficient in the entire process. read more

Horrible service, my car looks dirtier in the interior than when it got there. The exterior I have no complaints but the interior that's a whole different story, the mats were still soaking wet, not clean at all, the sides of the doors were not wiped, my seats still had dirty on it and splattered with water, the cup holders dirty, overall bad service..This is the second time that has happen, I thought the first time it was because they were busy..but today, no one was there, and there was no one to complain to, I don't think I will go back again. read more

Not from area decided to take my friends car to the car wash since I could tell had not been in a while. They noticed it interior needed a little more care and asked if I had a little time and took it back around for second time to clean up the inside. I have not gotten that treatment in New Jersey without paying again. At first I felt the price of $31 was a bit steep for exterior and basic interior not wiping doors down which I felt would be a standard for all internal cleans. But with the quality control that I see that they do at the end where there is a team member make final wipe down and looking over the interior clean for every vehicle and then on top of that treatment that they gave mine I say well worth it!! When I pulled up and saw an lambo I knew I was in the right place. Then I wondered if I was because let's just say I'm not driving a Lamborghini. This place is thorough. It's your standard machine wash and hand dry. Similar prices as the rest but they hands down got my car the cleanest. It was like a mini detail. They also have conveyor belts for their dry area and a large sitting place for you to wait. It's a little out of the way but very worth it! read more

I think this car wash is "okay". To give a baseline, I'm VERY clean. I don't eat/have garbage in my car, but I do have a dog which means there's usually dog hair and drool in my vehicle. I like that this car wash has an assembly-style interior clean that you can add on to your car wash for a reasonable price. With that said, this clean is rather inconsistent... and not always the best. But for the price it's usually pretty good. I've tried a more expensive detail here, when it was on special, and I found that it wasn't much better than the cheaper version. After the deep interior clean, my passenger seat still had drool on the back of the headrest (my seats are leather). There was some dog hair remaining as well, but I know how hard it is to get all of that out, so I was more upset about the drool that I wiped away with a wet cloth afterwards. Overall, I would say I'm pleased with their most expensive car wash with a quick interior clean, but I don't recommend their more expensive interior services. read more

I went to Flagship Carwash on 10/5/18. I chose Flagship Carwash based on their positive Yelp reviews. I had an exterior car wash. I waited outside while they performed the interior clean. I watch them work diligently in an assembly line fashion on my car. I had them shampoo, vacuum my carpets and clean the tire plates. I agreed with my fellow Yelpers about the price for their exterior wash. It is nothing special. I will be back. It super helpful to me that I can get both my interior and exterior cleaned at the same time. I felt the additional up charge for this service was reasonable. I was at the car wash mid day on Friday. It was fairly busy. It took them about an hour to complete my service. I am not complaining. A cautionary word I would imagine this place gets packed on the weekends. The car washes over all were good when I would go here. Quick, simple, fresh and clean. Reminds me of the car wash business in NYC which are really good. However I had a very horrible experience when detailing my car. I was leasing a fairly new 2016 Lexus ES 350 which I chose to get detailed at flagship. This was in February right before Covid. Upon completion of the work, the entire audio system and temperature setting keys were not working or responsive and I have never worked since. Lexus wanted me to pray over $4500 to completely replace the system. Of course, flagship Will not provide any accountability or responsibility with that type of damage. I called them to inform them and was basically shot down by a manager and then told to go to the manufacturer, Lexus. With that being said, I highly advise that you do not detail your car at any cost. For a $60 detail may run you well into the thousands and thousands of dollars. Stay away!!! read more

I'm usually pleased with the service provided. However, today was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid the additional money outside of my monthly membership to have the interior cleaned. I got back a greasy interior, over saturated, splattered leather cleaner all over my seats with muddy floor mats and trunk liner, and scratched touch screen monitor. There were hand prints all over the exterior of my car. It looks like dirt was pushed all over the interior of my car. Love sitting on dirty seats that transfer to my pants. Especially when the seats weren't dirty when I first brought the car into them. When the service was complete. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to wave their hand or let me know they were done. I had to get the attention of one of the attendants to see whether services on my car was complete.
