This was my first time getting a car detail. I wasn't sure what to expect. It was easy to schedule a cleaning online. I was a little nervous whether or not they would actually come out on the day and time I requested, so I gave them a call and they gave me a call back within the hour. To do an interior detail it took about 2 hours for my minivan. Didn't realize the seats wouldn't get shampooed, just the carpets. Overall the minivan looks great and it smells great. TLDR: Hire these guys, they did the impossible and made my mother happy. Hired these guys from out of town to detail my mom's car for a Mother's Day gift. It is an old-ass car, like 25 years old. A white Mercury Sable. She's a clean woman but it just had 25 years of grunge on it and she was especially concerned about having the fabric seats cleaned. The pictures she sent me were unbelievable! Car looked showroom new. She said the guy who did the work was the manager and was great. He worked for over 3 hours on the car. Great pricing as well and I priced a good number of places. I went with the executive package with pet hair removal. You get what you pay for. Arthur did a great job! We had pet hair we couldn't get off, but they did. I could see Arthur was working hard and the service exceeded my expectations. I don't think the car was this clean new. I will use them again for sure. read more

My car desperately needed a good cleaning but I was having trouble getting it done with my work schedule. I started looking for an auto detailing place and ecosteam came up in my search results. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and their work was excellent. For some context, I recently drove halfway across the country in my car with a toddler when we moved to this area. So, it was pretty messy. I had everything from melted crayon to spilled food items to sticky cup holders. It also had leftovers from our last winter living in the midwest--sand, salt, etc. covering the mats. Ecosteam cleaned everything and exceeded my expectations. I forgot to take before photos, but the after photos show what a good job they did. They also come to you so I didnt have to go anywhere and was able keep working while they cleaned my car. Especially considering what a mess my car was, the price was also very reasonable. My only tip is that if you have upholstery stains you may need more than their standard package. Overall I highly recommend this company, I will definitely be using them again! read more

I actually saw just a lawn post sign near my apt advertising Ecosteammobile. I liked that they used only ecologically friendly methods and Steam Cleaned the car. So I took a chance. The work van was new, professionally painted and the young fellow was very professional. Yes, the process took the better part of two hours...the result? My car still looks "just done" after almost a month! The gloss used is still shiny and slick and the steam cleaning removed the grime in the paint so the gloss work is dust repellant. Oh, there is a really cool option: Seat Bomb! They use a special type of cleaning agent which is released into the interior...no more "funky" for 3weeks. The price? Same as if you went to a hand carwash. Wonder if I can drag them back with me to NYC?? read more

At first I was very optimistic. The communication was good and he was right on time. Now that I had some time for the job to settle in, I am disappointed. I paid for the executive detail. I did not get the engine cleaning, nor was my trim dressed and my vehicle was all streaked up. I have a black car, and as soon as the sun hit it the right way I could see that all of the wax was not removed. Yesterday after some searches, I booked Ecosteamobile for today and the employee arrived at my house 10 minutes early and got right to work. I had booked the interior service with carpet deep clean, seat deep clean, and seatbelt steaming add-ons. My car was absolutely disgusting. I have 3 kids under the age of 8 who have eaten all kinds of crap in there, melted crayons, left trash and stickers and god knows what else. The last time I'd had it fully detailed was 6 years ago. It took the employee 4 hours to clean my car and it literally looks like the day I bought it 10 years ago. I felt like it was worth every penny and definitely plan to use them again! They were able to fit me down n within a few hours after calling. Nick arrived and was very professional and courteous. Took very good care of my items and items he found while cleaning. My leather seats really needed cleaning as well as my seatbelts. Seats look like when I first purchased it. They steamed cleaned every inch and I think the cost was reasonable for the service I received. Gave him a great tip in cash and he was out of there. Tech showed up 1 1/2 hours late and worked in the dark. I thought everything was fine, but the next morning I discovered he had left car lights on and the battery is drained beyond being able to jump start. Car window wells are dirty. I never saw him do anything other than spray and wipe the car- it doesn't look like there was any waxing done. Water definitely is not beading up on the car. See the pictures below. The main reason I asked these guys to detail my car was the environmental factor. A normal car wash at home could easily use 50-100 gallons of water. These guys detailed my car with 1 gallon of water thanks to steam. You know how when you wash your car, there is usually a stream of water and chemicals down your driveway, down the street? Well with a steam wash, there are no streams, no puddles, and very few chemicals if any! This is also good for my lawn since my grass is not mature yet. This place is pricey so I don't see myself using them on a consistent basis. Also, I got the middle tier package and there were a few spots on the exterior and interior that were missed, hence the 4 stars. Overall, a great service. read more

I had three cars done that had been sitting for years. One also had the $60 seat cleaning done. 4 1/2 hours later they were much cleaner but far from showroom! I had a basic $110 package done but no amount of soap and steam can bring them back. My advice: for a dirty car this is great. For an 'abandoned' one there's only so much one can hope to achieve. Very thorough. My car was in decent shape so it only took 2 hours. It's an extra $25 to have your seatbelts sanitized but it's worth it. Plus their truck has everything needed right inside, and the price is just right. You can even book them through their iPhone app. read more

I listed want I felt was not completed properly below along with photos. Exterior: Engine bay cleaning Wheel well (did not happen at all) Door jamb (somewhat) Interior: Interior vacuum (completely neglected under the seats Trunk window (inside) Steam/clean under and between seats (this did not have AT ALL) AC Vent steam (not sure if this happened as vents seem to still have dust and some grime still) Glovebox cleaning (this did not happen at all) Overall the cleaning felt incomplete, for nearly 300 dollars I don't expect dazzle dazzle but I did expect the car to be completely clean. read more

I just got my car detailed by Anthony from Ecosteamobile. It came out great. I wasn't sure about steam cleaning, but the car has never looked so good, both inside and out. My front car mats look brand new. I have been in my car for the past 2 months going back and forth from Massachusetts to Virginia along with my dog. I'd had my car detailed by someone who left a thick residue of fragranced cleaner on every surface. It was so overpowering I had to wash all my clothes, shower, and throw away some items I couldn't un-scent after driving it home. I called Ecosteamobile because I get headaches from fragrance and just needed someone to clean that product off all the surfaces. The app ran into a few glitches verifying my phone number and after I booked my cleaning I didn't get any further confirmation that a human had seen my request and was coming - this is why one star off - but when Dominic came out exactly on time he did what I needed and the car is in much better shape now. I have a grand SUV and a grand toddler which means, there are a lot of crevices and gems hidden in them. He arrived on time and started shortly thereafter setting up.
