I sent my ECM in for repair and IT WORKED!!! I have saw plenty of negative reviews about Flagship one and the problem people have had. Just as I had suspected it was people stressing out over a problem that it's not an easy fix. I sent in my ECU to them because it was fried and the dealership no longer makes them. Flagship One updated me at every step they took it through, and their support team responded to any questions I had via email within 24hrs every time! Upon receiving it back and getting it installed, my truck started up perfectly! Please note if you look at older negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau site most of those complaints that were post on the site were before the customers issue was fully resolved it's people getting ahead of themselves with a company that's doing its best. Just got my 2nd bad ECM/PCM a few days ago and it was install by very skilled servicemen. Each of the replacements got a different (even different that my original module) error so their claims of being thoroughly tested does not hold up well. Deserves a zero star. Order product on 6/17. Received a tracking number and it didn't ship for nearly 3 weeks. When I received the product it was the wrong part number. They said it would work and to install it, so I did, installed it, it immobilized my car and threw different codes. I removed it and put back in my original OEM part and thank God my car stated again. Still has my originally code but at least it's drivable. For all this talk about giving them my vin number so they can flash it and make it plug in and play is total bs. I contacted them only to be ignored. They ignored me until i opened up up a bbb case and started a dispute with my bank. Then they made me fill out a long a$$ form so their programmer knew what was wrong with it... How about you do your job instead of having me do it for you. They provided a label for exchange. still do not have a replacement and then finally say, you need to close your dispute with your bank before we can send a replacement. My bank advise me not to do that because once I do, I will not be able to reopen a case in the event the replacement part doesn't work again. I told them that and now they are not responding anymore. Crooks! This is a crooked company and they play a ton of games and has a lot of back and forth going on. The front of the house doesn't communicate with the back of the house and everyone is on different pages. I advise any future customer just pay more more money to avoid this company. Would not recommend to anyone and I'm just glad I didn't close the dispute because I'm pretty sure I'd be out of luck if I did. BEWARE of this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I trusted them with my TIME and money. For weeks, I've had a USPS tracking number, yet nothing shows up. "Jennifer" states it's an issue with USPS, but have assured me they've shipped the computer, even though the status screen on their own website comes up blank. I'm broke down 500 miles from home and ordered a ECM for my truck based on the factory part number and vin number of my truck. I paid for overnight shipping and after the second day of having a tracking number my part still shows it's sitting at the UPS warehouse. I originally ordered my ECM unit from another company. After 9 days they advised me they could not complete the order. They said they were unable to download the current software program. Saturn has been out of business since 2010. What updates could there possibly be? I called Flagship One, Ella, who told me my part was in stock and ready to be programmed and shipped. I received my ECM in 4 business days after my order. They notified me immediately that my order was received and the next day they notified me that my unit was ready for programming and gave me a tracking number. When I ordered my ecu I make it clear that I wanted the exact part number, they said they had it. Received another part instead. I Called and they said it was a cross reference number it would work. The instruction for key programming did not work, it cost me $185. I have multiple engine codes. Now they want both the old and the new ecu back to synchronize them. with no mention of the $185 that I'm out. You people have got to get better. read more

Excellent! Make sure you use the PCM relearn code they send. I tried using the dealer relearn procedure and when it didn't work, I thought this was junk. Then when I looked for the number in my email, I found the relearn procedure. Wow! 30 minutes later my truck starts, runs like a champ, and made me fall in love again! BTW, the codes didn't say PCM, but I had so many it seemed logical. I needed it and am back on the road. Thank you so very much! I'm a Customer for Life!!! read more

Purchased several ecms from these people and they're always very delayed in getting it sent to the customer which in turn costs us money and customers. Also some do not come programmed correctly but when you call them all they do is say I apologize and refuse to compensate for lost time or anything have repeatedly asked for refunds and they argue their way out of it. Absolute garbage customer service. Back and forth for weeks trying to get the correct part even though the original module part number was supplied. Their sales staff keeps changing the order because they think they know more. My first and last time ordering from these people. Customer service is awful, you can never speak to an American or anyone that knows what's going on or can get anything done. My customer has been waiting a month for his parts to come in only to find they are incorrect and they refuse to ship the correct one because their sales staff claim its the incorrect part. $1,300.00 I as a company have to eat because there lack of service in order to get my customer back on the road. My auto repair shop has attempted to do business with this company 2 or 3 times. Once we were strung along for weeks while I assume they tried to locate an ECM that they said that they had in stock. Eventually, they just cancelled the order. The other times, they flat out sent us bad parts. So much for their testing process. they did not program the pcm right left the old vin in the pcm and tried to add my vin also did not program the milage and did not change the operating system in the pcm to my jeep sent to a local programer who says he has to do this ALL the time with their pcms and showed me numerous accounts where he has saved what they DONT program properly and he had to fix it cost me an additional $195 for him to program correctly and i only asked for half back and would help AT ALLLLL in the pictures it shows where they didnt program the CORRECT operating system OR take out the OLD VIN OR change the milage read more

If you are looking for an electronic control module for your truck DO NOT USE Flagship One. Especially if you are international. They sent me a faulty unit. When it didnt work they wanted me to send it back to them at my cost so they can test it. then they want me to pay again to get it shipped back. Never buy from this company bad for business my ECU that I purchased from them on July 17 of 2025 they never kept in touch with me the first time about the ECU when I asked them and when I asked them, ask them what was going on with my order one they said that the programmer had programmed it wrong the first time and gonna take another week for them to fix it and when I them the second time if it was ready, they said yes, and when they sent it out the ECU never was a plug-play in contact with them for the second time letting them know that it did not work. I have a 2008 Saab 9-3 - with a faulty ECM. I called a verified with Flagship1 that the would be able to reprogram my unit and sent back to me. I shipped the on September 21 and checked my email for updates and everything was going well, until I noticed a had been a week without an updates. I reached out to them over the phone today March 10 for an update, which is when I was informed that my ECM has been LOST in shipping - after Flagship sent it out to another company. I wasn't informed that they were using another party and they currently have no resolution for the problem. Ordered a ECM for 02 INFINITI QX4 02/05/24 and paid $364 got the Plug and play unit and the car won't even start put the old unit back and the car start /run .Called them to let inform them about there damage no good unit they sold me and was asked to fill out a form which i have to take back to the Mechanic to answer the questions after which i was told to send the units (both the old one and there unit) back for them to clone and now they said there unit and my unit has a damage on board but keep in mind my unit start/run the car .Both units was sent back to me and told my warranty is void end of story. I'm giving 5 stars because of the service I received while having to return the first ECM that was shipped to me and didn't work. When I called, I quickly received my return authorization RMA number and shipped my unit back. They quickly sent out a new unit and my mechanic installed it and it worked. Drove my vehicle about 60 miles to get the ECM in the ready mode to pass smog. I was able to monitor my status with my OBD2 scanner so I knew when I would be ready to have my car pass the smog test. I went yesterday to pass smog and everything worked fine. Got my car registered!!! You can't beat the $249 price either. Thank you Flagship One for the great service and quick turnaround! read more

They send me a bad pcm, that wouldn't let my car shift gears, I got it replace then with the replacement my car would shift and work fine but after 15 to 20 minutes the car would randomly turn off. I requested another replacement and they claim it was my car. Keep in mind that the problem completely changed with the two different PCMs. Long story short they denied my replacement and refund. If I could give negative I would. I have seen several post previously about the Flagship one company. For anyone reading this, please do not use that company. Please read the 1-star comments as they are very accurate. I unfortunate was in a bind and did not read them. They just stole $187 for a bad part when shipped (that took 3 weeks to deliver) and now refuses to refund my money. After about 2 weeks of no contact from customer service, I used their comment email they sent me when ordering stating I could not reach anyone and the part was bad. A representative name "Vee" now has a lot of snide comments and states she/he will not refund my money even when she should have/could have because of the email comment I made about not being able to reach anyone and them shipping me a faulty part. I had a mechanic tell me the part was bad, and they still refuse to refund my money. In fact, after weeks of back and forth, they sent me the same part again! The parts are listed as "plug and play", no they are not. One part of the website says 30-days while another says 60 days; neither apparently are true. There are other websites out there that offer that, not them. They also state that the products warranty goes from the time the product is delivered, "Vee" originally stated it was from purchased date until I pointed out that was a lie, its from the date you receive it which their website says ships in 3-5 days; no, no it does not. Then because they received the product (actually back to their facility a few days past the 30 days; I was SOL!! Even though I had been coordinating with them weeks prior. I will show everything in my photos along with the customer service you can expect from "Vee" especially. If even 5 customers from the multiple websites I am going to post this heeds my warning, it will be worth it. And now, the website is saying that I do not even have an account established with them to see the timeline when I first started submitting tickets so I will also include a photo of the welcome email when I purchased the item.
