Great staff. Very knowledgeable in each of their areas. Used their beer expert to find the perfect sour beer for one of our guests and found great bourbon for me. I also had the luck of chatting with our salesperson and learned the had one bottle of hard to find Jack Daniel's Sinatra blend... which is now in my collection! They seem to have a large cigar selection but with me not smoking, I can't offer a review. Location is convenient and they seem to be creative with specials and sales. I left a review previously however, the business somehow had it removed, which is unfortunate because I have heard of other others experiencing the same thing. I pre-ordered an allocated bottle of whiskey at an agreed-upon price and when I showed up to pick it up, they wanted to charge me almost double what I was quoted. The Manager's response to me was "well what am I supposed to do, lose money? " I understand that mistakes will be made however we were talking about over $100 difference in price and the Manager offered me a $5 dollar discount to rectify their mistake. I had previously spent thousands of dollars in the store and never even interacted with a manager. All of the cashiers and general employees are great however, the attitude of the Manager will keep me from returning as a customer. read more

Clean and well stocked. Not all staff knew where items were however, I understand a new business needs to work the bugs out. Speaking of bugs, I bought a passion fruit liquor that had a bug of some kind in it. I received a refund but was surprised at the blasé response. Would have thought I at least deserved an apology or small grand opening token. read more

Really cool newer liquor store(about a year now) with an awesome selection. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff, who will help you find in store items or even order items they don't have. They have a ton of events and tastings. I've gone to what can only be described as a Mezcal masterclass, twice. Hosted by a very enthusiastic individual, wish I remembered his name Whiskey tastings, and another Mezcal tasting recently, with another wonderful host, Caitlin. I grabbed a bottle it was so good, Pechuga Yuu Baal At this point, Flagstaff Liquor is one of only 2 liquor stores in FLG, along with Beaver, that I'll shop at. They're the only 2 liquor stores in town that treat regular customers well. The other shops only want the locals business for basic stuff. As soon as they get something good/allocated, the only customers they care about are deep pocket out of towners/tourist. I've shopped at them all for years, don't waste your time/$'s at the other places, especially if your a local. read more

Clean modern liquor and cigar store with a great selection. I appreciate all the store picks, samples and tasting events they offer. Staff is friendly and always willing to help/offer suggestions. It's nice to finally have a liquor store in Flagstaff that treats local regulars right. Most other places are happy to have your business for the average stuff everyone gets, but as soon as they get something allocated, they raise prices to museum levels. Then cater to out of towners with deep pockets. Flagstaff liquors doesn't do that. Regulars are treaded fairly, much better than most other places in town. We even get a chance at the rare stuff through raffles and promotions--where other places only see $$$$'s, and screw the locals. Since Flag liquors has opened! I've gotten whiskey's I never thought I would, at fair prices. So happy to have e an extension of PPLD in Flagstaff. They deserve your business, just don't act like a tater. read more

The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Their cigar room is beautifully stocked and they have an amazing employee that is able to help you choose the best cigar. To top it off he even holds cigar nights out on the patio which is such a cool idea! I love how open and clean this store is and how everything is labeled and easy to find.
