I followed all aftercare instructions exactly and did not use retinoids, acids, or anything else that could have caused this reaction. To make matters worse, the lamination itself barely worked. My brows did not hold their shape or have the sleek lifted look that brow laminations are supposed to give. The appointment also felt rushed from the start. The most upsetting part was how the situation was handled afterward. Nobody answers the phone there consistently, and I only received a callback after emailing photo evidence of the irritation. When I finally spoke with the manager, Brandy, the entire conversation felt defensive and dismissive. Instead of showing concern for a customer who experienced a skin reaction, the focus was on explaining why they believed the service could not have caused it because there was "no redness immediately after the appointment." That logic makes no sense because delayed irritation from chemical treatments is absolutely possible. I felt blamed, dismissed, and completely unsupported. There was zero accountability, empathy, or professionalism. A beauty business should take customer safety seriously, especially when a service results in skin irritation and scabbing. Between the poor results, the skin reaction, the lack of communication, and the dismissive management response, this was one of the worst salon experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering brow lamination services here.

She did a very good job of making sure she showed me pictures and understood what I wanted. The full set takes about 2 hours. The owner MiMi, contacted me via text about 2 weeks later to see if I was ready for a fill. There was some back and forth about the date and time and in the end I just kind of, popped up at the shop. Mimi had someone come in to assist me. I wasn't 100 percent pleased with my fill (the technician did what I requested but I wasn't prepared for the dramatic change and panicked!) I communicated that I wasn't sure I liked this particular look to MiMi later on that night. She contacted me the next morning to schedule me to come back in so that she could revise my lashes. I actually ended up seeing Emmy (Mimi herself wanted to assist me but due to a scheduling conflict, I requested and earlier appt and Emmy was available)... she was awesome(again!). The lashes have amazing staying power. You could probably go 3 to 4 weeks before you NEED a fill in, albeit with a few lashes gone. Emmy is now the only technician I will book. She is super sweet and will make sure you are happy! Emmy and Mimi, your customer service is A++++!
