We stopped in as we decided that we wanted to try a new Mediterranean place before leaving town. I ordered the ground beef kabob plate (beef koobideh on other restaurant menus). The ground beef had delicious and excellent flavors and seasonings. Love that they use organic meat which raises the quality of their dishes. The cucumber tomato side salad was also tasty. The rice was sort of dry and bland. My least favorite component of the dish when compared to our other local favorite place for Mediterranean fare. My hubby ordered a gyro wrap and he said he really enjoyed the whole thing, including the pita style wrap that held all of the ingredients together. Service at the counter was fine. The dining area was clean and very quiet on a Sunday night. Glad we tried Flame Kabob.

This spot was more like a grab and go type eatery versus a restaurant. Their pita was very thin. The steak kebab was a little hard and chewy and the same goes for the chicken kebab. I was really looking forward to this place because it had some really great reviews, but I was not impressed. They don't give a lot of rice either and they didn't serve raw onion or sumac. You also have to pay extra if you want a grilled tomato. Sadly, I will not be returning to this place.

The flavors in the steak wrap are amazing! It's not your typical Mediterranean flavor palate. It tastes like it has chimichurri. The customer service is great. They are friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is relaxing with a nice seating area for those who wish to sit for a bit.

I discovered this place many years ago from a coworker as it was close to our office and he would always go to get us lunch there. I was so happy when I went into the office the other day and remembered that it was nearby so that I could grab myself a quick lunch. I have never been disappointed by anything and the menu. I highly recommend getting the lamb shish kabob, as it does not taste like typical lamb with a gamey flavor. It is overall amazing juicy and tender all the way through. I've eaten it multiple times and I will continue to go back just for this. When I go with my boyfriend, We also start our meal with hummus and pita. It is a great way to start our meal. The service is always been amazing there and they always greet you when you walk in the door and when you're leaving. They've answered any questions that I've had in the past. This is a smaller restaurant, with less than 10 tables but they do have some outside sitting also for the days when it's not overly hot or cold. Which right now, being that it is spring it is optimal to visit in just enjoy the sun.

We stopped by Flame Kabob on our way back to LV from Grand Canyon. We ordered online because we were going to take it to the hotel to eat but arrived earlier than check-in time. We went inside to pick up our food and asked if we could eat at the restaurant instead. The guy at the register (I'm assuming is the owner) said, "Of course," and even asked if we wanted it on a plate instead of a takeout container. He was so friendly and hospitable that it made us feel super welcomed! The food came out fresh off the grill and was presented very nicely. My favorite meat out of the four that we tried (chicken tenderloin skewer, ground beef skewer, lamb shish, and ground lamb skewer) had to be the lamb shish, hands down. It was cooked to perfection and was very juicy. The chicken skewer comes in second, and the ground skewers were both good; just the beef one was a bit overcooked and a little drier than the others. The platters came with fresh bread, a side salad, and yogurt cucumber sauce on a bed of rice. Sumac would've given it bonus points but it was still delicious without. For the price, you really can't beat this spot for authentic kabobs. The guy was super friendly and even came by to ask how things were. I'll be back if I'm ever back in Las Vegas again!

From the service to the meal all was delivered and made perfectly. I don't want to assume that the person taking my order was the owner but he spoke of him preparing a lot of the food himself . I asked for advice and he gave me two top choices and well let's say the choice I went with was so good. The fries have some type of seasoning that was not salty and so tasty. He was a great guy, helpful and knew his stuff. The ambiance was good to a good selection of music playing in the background. Thanks for the suggestion

I'm not sure what people on here love so much about this place, but I came in and ordered the mix plate. The beef was bland and wasn't worth my calories. The chicken was just so-so; better than it looks, but wouldn't order again.

I came in and got a veggie kabob plate and a rose water tea. Everything was great. The veggies were well seasoned and charred. The rice was fluffy the hummus and bread added richness. It was more filling than I expected. The rose water tea was less sweet than what I've had before which I preferred. It was refreshing. The lady at the counter was very friendly. I got a delicious friendly meal for under $20 so I'll say that is a win.

I was impressed with their excellent service and delicious food. I called ahead for a family pack order & they got to it promptly. It was a really great price for the amount of food we got. Also, the staff was very courteous and even helped me carry the food to my car. I even had enough for leftovers for my lunch the next day. Give them a chance, you won't regret it!

Food is always super fresh and flavorful! The customer service here is amazing too -- everyone's so friendly and welcoming. I usually order from Uber Eats, but I finally came by in person and I'm so glad I did. It's a small spot, but always busy (which makes sense once you try the food). The chicken shish and rice are my absolute favorites, but honestly, everything I've tried has been great. You can tell they really care about what they serve. Definitely my go-to Middle Eastern takeout spot!

This is THE spot and you can't tell me otherwise. I think my fellow Henderson people have been keeping this place a secret, but I'm glad we finally discovered it. Another Yelp reviewer said they won't frequent this place, but you do you and put your money where your values are. My usual choice is The Mix, and the flavors never disappoint. Even as someone who isn't big on veggies, I'm hooked on theirs. The service feels like when you are enjoying a meal at your favorite relative's home. Since finding this gem, I've already visited twice within a week.

I'll be honest we came here to not only enjoy wonderful food that's rich in flavor but to also support small business. We got a little bit of everything - chicken kabob with saffron rice and salad. It was the first time I have ground chicken and it was delicious. The Dolmeh was stuffed perfectly - the grape leaves were a perfect sweet and sour. The Tabouli was some of the best I have ever had in the city! I loved that this place Palestinian owned. The hate that the owner and workers have experienced is shameful. To the person that walked in & thought it was okay to spit on another human being you should be ashamed of yourself. I was looking for a different kabob place that I used to frequent. Luckily I made a mistake and ended up here. Food is solid. Everything is made fresh to order. No grilled tomatoes. The shirazi salad and mast-khiar are both made with American cucumbers which have a thicker skin and are seedier affecting flavor. Super friendly service. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area. After my meal I got another plate to go. Not as good as reheated. Also got the home made pistachio ice cream. Not as flavorful as others in town. I'd probably skip it on the future read more

This has become of my favorite spots in the city. By far the best shawarma we have had in Las Vegas / Henderson. Awesome family style service, just really nice people there that make you feel at home. Highly recommend and would give it more than 5 stars if available. We will keep going back. One of my favorite go-to spots for a good dinner or lunch! I definitely suggest the ground chicken or the chicken shish!! The chicken is made to perfection and so is the beef. Ordered this through Uber eats delivery, and I just have to say that they are one of the most efficient businesses with dropping off the food. Thank you! I've been really craving some Mediterranean food/Lebanese food and although it's not like how it is back in Canada or the east coast, I am very satisfied with this spot. FOOD- we ordered 2 choice plate (ground chicken and lamb) with saffron rice and a little cucumber, tomato, onion salad cup. It was delicious! Love their flavors and I honestly couldn't finish it under one sitting. Very flavorful and just reminds me of what I would get back in Canada. They also wrapped it up very diligently. I love that, because most businesses just throw the stuff into the plastic bag. I felt like it was very well wrapped and it was even so warm/hot when we were eating it! Their bread is soooo good. I'm sorry to post this. I saw Flame's menu online and it looked great. I ordered lamb shish kabob/ plates and the food didn't even live up to the pictures online. Lamb was skimpy and well done (no choice) and the marinaded salad and cucumber sauce were in tiny containers. Flavors overall were old, not fresh. Bread was a cross between a crepe and roti and was probably the freshest thing on the plate. So sorry to post this. Maybe management will notice and make changes. I had tried a different Flame Kabob location years ago and did not walk away with the best impression. So I avoided this location on Warmsprings and Marks for the last 5 years or so since I first saw it. That was my mistake. Today I ordered lunch and my tastebuds were rewarded. I ordered too much food for lunch. I ordered a 3 meat combo with chicken, beef and lamb. The three set atop a bed of rice. There was also some cucumber and tomato salad and warm pita. I also ordere a side of dolmas because I love those damn things. In fact, I ate the dolmas on the way home. They were more saucy than I expected as they were dressed with a vibrant vinegrette. T'was tasty. The meats, all three, were tender and well seasoned without being overly salty. That was a real fear I had based on my past experience. The fear was unfounded, though, as this experience was delightful. I ate a bite of each protein on its own to get the full flavor profiles. The rest I ate with a warm piece of flat bread and a little tztziki. It all works so well together. I finished with the cucumber and tomato salad. It was refreshing but I would have liked a little more acid. That is not a knock on what they make here. I just happen to really like a lot of vinegar. I left the rice for later. I had a few bites and it is a good rice. I'm just really full from everything else. The rice will be good for dinner. I can't speak to service too much. I ordered online, picked up and left. I can say I was greeted when I walked in and thanked when I walked out. That limited interaction was friendly enough. I am not regretting avoiding Flame Kabob for so long. May just have to stop in here again from time to time. read more

Food was so fresh and the man working the kitchen said he will give me a fresh bread since I added the side once i was at the restaurant and oh was it delicious and fresh!! This place is amazing. You are greeted with a hello and smile when you walk-in, which I always love. It's a comfortable, homey place. There's 5 tables to eat in, which I recommend because the food smells so good as they make it. Take out is also available. As we were waiting for our food,eating in, we watched as the flat bread was being rolled out from scratch, in house, dough. We talked with the owner about the food. Everything is made fresh and made in house as well. Including grinding the meat used in the very tasty Kabob burger. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma(#10). It was very good. The chicken was was excellent. My daughter ordered the Steak Shawarma (#11). That too was very good. My Dad had the Kabob burger. You get great portions and the price is very fair. All and all, this is now my favorite place for Greek food. read more

I love this place! I try to eat lunch here at least once a week. I've now tried the Beef and Lamb Kabob, comes with Mast O' Khiar (Cucumber and yogurt salad), white rice, Shirazi Salad, and Pita bread. A great value for the price! When I eat lunch there, I normally spend less than $10.00, and am full until the next day! The same guy has been there, behind the counter, every time I've been there. His service goes above and beyond expectations. He's a very nice guy, and has remembered me every time I've gone in there. If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. Clean and welcoming environment, excellent food, and superior service. read more

First impression, seems kind of cluttered and messy when you walk in. The bathrooms definitely need a good scrub. I ordered my meal to dine in. As I sat down I noticed a weird "chemical" smell, kind of a mixture of paint and Fabuloso? I ordered a falafel wrap and an appetizer sampler ; Both Vegan. The food was great. I had enough food for 2 meals! The staff seemed super hardworking and had great attitudes! read more

First time there!! The food was soooo delicious and tasted so fresh!! My husband and I got different meat Kabobs and they were all so flavorful & juicy. For dessert we had bought 2 baklavas and they were the best we've ever had! We went back to get the 4 pack hahah 100000000/10 Sam was so friendly and inviting! We live in North Las Vegas and would drive to Henderson just for this spot! ALSO, if it takes time to get your food, it's because they make it fresh, i dont know why there are people on here complaining about it. Worth the wait! read more

When I visit a Middle-Eastern restaurant for the first time I like to to use the quality of their tabouli as an initial gauge of the level of care they are putting into their food and Flame Kabob did not disappoint me: the tabouli had the proper proportion of bulgur to parsley (it is supposed to be a parsley salad with bulgur, not a bulgur salad with parsley) the parsley was very fresh and crisp, there was just the right amount of green onion and tomato, and it was well-seasoned and not too tart. All the rest of the items I ordered also reflected this level of freshness and quality. It is not cheap, but I am willing to pay for fresh, high-quality, well-made food. Went here for some quick take out for dinner. I ended up getting the lamb gyro with rice which was pretty tasty and cheap! I think I only paid about $7 for my meal. The gyro could have used a bit more meat in it since it was mainly stuffed with veggies and other fillers. The rice was good, but some portions had no flavor at all. Compared to some other places like Greek Bistro or the Great Greek, I would rank this place behind both in terms of flavor. All in all, this place is worth checking out if you want some cheap Mediterranean style food. This place is located in the plaza with Denny's and is next door to the Jiu Jitsu place. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to go here for the first time a couple weeks ago, and I can say we've been going at least once a week until now with no stopping in sight. The food is amazing and the prices are great for the portion size (which is huge). So far we've tried the chicken shawarma, the ground beef kabob, chicken shish kabob, and the 1/2lb burger. I had the chicken shish kabob and was pleasantly amazed. The staff was magnificent, smiles and great people. Congratulations to the dentist that had something to do with that radiant smile I received while placing my order. The order was to go & when I opened the food back at the office, I was impressed with the presentation, it was not just thrown in, it was staged to perfection. The marinade that they used was finger licking and left me wanting more. I am glad that I ordered two orders, one for me and one for my girlfriend. Walked in here last week and I was greeted with smile. My wife and I had the chicken shish and the beef wrap. The food was delicious. The meat was cooked just right so it came out juicy. I have to say that their yogurt cucumber sauce was really nice. While we were eating, we were given a sample of their hummus and bread. The bread was made right in front of us so it came out hot and soft. I tried their sour cherry iced tea and i have to say that it was the best iced tea I've ever tried.
