We went with a griddle instead of a grill and are most pleased. 2 years later we had a problem with the trashcan door closing properly and after a couple of emails they came out and made the adjustment needed in short order. I love to business with local companies but this one makes it impossible to get customer service! I have a food truck with 100gal propane tank , I've been here multiple times the guy who fills tanks is not there or busy. My last visit at 8:30 am they had no customers at all they said someone would be right with me, I waited 20 minutes and then left and went somewhere else. After reading the reviews I wonder why this company is even still in business. My company is just two door down from them it's a shame I have to go over the causeway to get propane and great customer service at the U haul dealership. read more

Bought 2 small Weber grills 2 years ago. Great grills and great service. Delivered as promised. Then after that I have gone in and bought Hoover belts and other accessories, all reasonable priced. Nice to have a place with items in stock locally. read more

I could not keep my house cool, my AC man said I should get my two fireplace flue fixed, that was my problem. (good AC man, Carl, he could of just quoted me for a new AC, like the other two companies.) My previous estimate for flu repair was $1700.00 each. Carl insisted that I call, even after I said I could not afford it. Phillip and Frank for Flametech came out, and repaired it for ...$95.00. They also offered me some other things I could do that were more expensive, but they could repair for 95.00. My guests from Maine came down, and I was able to freeze them, and make them feel at home Phillip and Frank were so very nice. They came out 2 months ago, which means, 2 months later, I am still thinking of how grateful I am read more

If you are looking for an attractive and well constructed outdoor kitchen, this is the place to go. If you are looking for service after the sale, such as warranty work, run fast, run far! Been waiting 5 months at present for all pitted chrome handle attachments to be replaced on our $15,000 outdoor kitchen (and we don't even live right on the beach). More excuses than can be counted from owner, Mark Walker, about replacement of these handles. He is always "too swamped" with other work. The worst customer service we have ever received. Might care about gaining new customers, but forget it after that. read more

Warning!!! Do not do business with this company. Mark Walker, the owner, does not stand behind the products he sells. We spent $14,800. on several appliances which included 2 gas grills and a side burner. Mr. Walker claimed that the Firemagic grills were under warranty and were suitable for our ocean front location. They have been repaired once and are now leaking propane gas and have been red tagged by our propane supplier. Mr. Walker now claims they are no longer under warranty and has told us not to call him again. The warranty clearly states that if the grills are inoperable they are under warranty for 15 years and they are only 6 years old. The manufacturer, R.H. Peterson Co. has referred us to their distributor and will not be of any assistance. We are now faced with taking this company to small claims court in order to resolve this problem. My experience is exactly the same as John G.'s. These people are horrible. They don't call back. They scheduled an appointment to fix my Tec grill for Thursday afternoon. When I called on Thursday morning to get an approximate window for the afternoon they informed me there was no appointment. They finally came Friday, didn't blow out the gas valves so I still had the problem that I originally called for and they didn't even do a check for gas leaks. I called back on Monday and asked them to come out to fix the problem that I had already paid for and still haven't heard a thing. I have to note that "Mark" was about as rude as you can get. A real jerk. I got a company to come up from Vero Beach and everything is working fine now. Stay away from these people like the plague. I'm not sure why Yelp is blocking the negative reviews on this company but they are not doing a service to Yelp users. read more

We've been a client for 10+ years, you'd think some consideration would be considered, yeah... no. First initial call for service to our kegaerator from them was 2 1/2 months ago. There was no return call, about a month went by we called they said a part had to be ordered, another month went by we called because , shocker, they don't call you back, and the part still hadn't come in. We called 2 weeks ago to get an update on the part, they told us yes, the part has been in for some time, just curious why no one can call and inform you of this service but okay, we told them we really need this repaired by Thanksgiving as we have a huge dinner party. So, we schedule an appt for the technician to come to the house, he couldn't come until day before Thanksgiving, okay he's scheduled, finally. It is now 2:00pm, two hours after he's due for his appt and not here, we call and they informed us they couldn't make it for whatever excuse. First why can't you call to inform us you can't make the appointment, as our day is wasted and now we don't have time to get someone else here to resolve the problem with an $80 keg that will now go bad, all before thanksgiving, after being reassured from the last phone call they would be here. That's special service. Loyality means nothing more does service, strongly advise find anyone else to fix your problems because anything is better than Flame Tech. read more
