We were the only people in the waiting area and there were two employees sitting behind the counter. Eventually, a man (presumably our artist) came out, sat behind the counter, started eating pizza, and didn't acknowledge us. Without looking up, he said, "I'll take your money, but you're gonna be disappointed." At first we were confused and weren't even sure if he was talking to us. When we said we still wanted to try, he basically said we'd be stupid to get them--while repeating that he'd still happily take our money. He never introduced himself, never made eye contact, and seemed irritated by our presence . I have 21 tattoos and I really appreciate when an artist gives me advice and honestly, I appreciate that he was trying to warn us about wasting our money, but his hostility and lack of respect was a deal breaker. We ended up walking out because I didn't feel comfortable letting him tattoo us. All of this could have been avoided if they had simply told us they didn't want to do inner lip tattoos instead of letting us book. I wouldn't recommend going here unless your want to be ridiculed.

My wings were symmetrical and his certainly are not. One wing is pointed on the top, the other is not. No big deal, you'd think, however when I nicely called him to ask if he could fix it, he refused to stand behind his work and I'm Not surprised...I had an appointment scheduled and he canceled without notifying me. No courage I guess, as he sent a message through someone else. I've NEVER met an arstist that doesn't stand by his work. This is rather alarming. In my opinion, go to an experienced artist that stands by his artwork. That simple Wish I could post a picture for thoughts on his art.

They helped her pick out jewelry and explained the difference between them. Isis is who pierced her ears and she was awesome. She explained everything before she did it , made sure my daughter was comfortable, had my daughter check the placement and cleaned everything beforehand in front of us. My daughter said it didn't even hurt! After she explained the aftercare and made sure my daughter liked the placement. I would definitely recommend pleasure and pain. First - the space is so comfy. The waiting room is cozy and the room where you actually get the tattoo done had everything you could need, homey touches but still extremely clean. I went to a studio in NYC and they told me that the jewelry they put in my ears had nickel in it which is why it wasn't healing properly. The person at the front desk was so patient and professional, the office was clean and had a great atmosphere and aesthetic, and Mikey, our piercer, was so wonderful! Mikey's work space is decked out in the coolest The Nightmare Before Christmas theme, which happens to be a movie my daughter had a brief obsession with not that long ago, so she instantly was so relaxed considering she was about to have her ears pierced! She was very excited but also expectedly very nervous, but Mikey explained every step so she knew what to expect and it was so quick and over in a flash she didn't even flinch! She absolutely loves her new pierced ears and is looking at them in the mirror every chance she gets.
