Pro Tip: you won't find chop suey or chow mein at many Chinese restaurants and if you do then you'll know you're at a Cantonese restaurant. We LOVE the sesame chicken and shrimp chop suey. Amy is your server and she is first generation American (her father was from Hong Kong) and her English is very good. They've been serving Chinese in Casper for 46 years with only a week or two a year around New Year's off. Honestly we don't think there is better Chinese in Casper (we also do like Ming House downtown for similar more authentic Chinese American cuisine).

It was very clear and bland. The hot and sour soup is above average however, the wonton soup is probably the best soup. They definitely have the best sesame chicken in town now. It's super crunchy and tender on the inside at the same time. It has just the right amount of sweetness and a touch of spiciness. I generally order extra spicy though. I've also tried three of the beef dishes, and they've all been excellent. Including today, I had the beef with snow peas. The amount of beef and the amount of snow peas was ridiculous for a lunch portion. I was blown away with the generosity for the price. Not to mention the snow peas were super thin and crispy and I could not but to believe how ridiculously sweet they were. I also ordered this dish extra spicy and it was just right probably a 6.5 out of 10 by ordering it extra spicy. Hot enough that you're getting that great red chili crunch/chili oil flavor, But not so hot that it's gonna make your tummy upset. I also love the fried rice here now. It's perfect as it Doesn't have carrots or peas, which I find unnecessary & there's just the right amount of egg. I addition the color and the fry on the rice is perfectly golden brown and not oily. The atmosphere still is a little cold and void of a cultural feel. I wish they would put on some music or Something to make It seem more exciting.
