Staff was rude. Told our wait would be 30 minutes we waited and hour and a half and had to go ask how much longer then they sat us. We were ready and waiter was extremely rude, stated he was not going to take our order until all our drinks were made and on the table. We ended up leaving. My waiter was Christophe let's start off by saying he's service skills are horrible , doesn't introduce himself , table sloppy with no napkins,and when he did bring napkins it was about 2 sheets . I had an unfortunate experience at Flanigan's in North Miami recently. Upon arrival, the hostess, Lizzie, greeted me with an incredibly rude gesture placing her hand in my face in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It felt not only unprofessional but also deeply judgmental. Thankfully, Brittani, one of her colleagues, stepped in and completely changed the tone. She was warm, understanding, and sincerely apologetic. Brittani's kindness was a reminder that there are still good people in this world who care about how they treat others. While Lizzie's behavior left a strong negative impression, Brittani deserves to be recognized for her grace and professionalism. So I am a frequent Flannigans consumer. I rarely come to the north miami location. But after last night I'll probably come more often. We sat at the bar and towards the end of the night a loud gentleman came and wasn't the most pleasant with the bartender. She quickly alerted a manager and security, while maintaining calm demeanor and being pleasant herself. Management responded immediately and advised the man that the employee wasn't comfortable serving him and to leave. It was so cool to witness. they easily could've disregarded his behavior and served him anyway. So I really appreciate the bartender for one, maintaining a standard for how customers treat her and for management for protecting her and customers from having to suffer from the man's behavior as he was disturbing the space. Major kuddos. Now food is always popn at every flannigans. LOL if you haven't tried their fire cracker shrimp, please do and you're welcome. I always slam their wings and sweet potatoe fries (savory tho, nix the cinnamon and sugar). I did try the Flannigans shenanigans for the first time for dessert and that will be the last lol it's not bad, just not for me. I am a die hard for the Banzai Brownie, she's never failed me. My friend and I decided to try this restaurant while on vacation. We checked in around 9:34pm and was told it would be a 30-45 min wait. They took my name and number and I received a text with a link to check my place in line, but the link didn't work. I got a text at 10:03pm saying my table was ready. We went inside and was sat at 10:05pm by the host. Around 10:09pm, our waitress, Jasmine, stopped by and said she would be with us in a second. She came back at 10:12pm as we ordered. I got the 10 wings special, which you only know about if you look at website online. My wings were BBQ sauce. I got fries as my side. With the special, you get a free drink, garlic rolls, and a salad. I don't eat salad. I asked to swap but was told that I couldn't, which is crappy in my opinion as I was gonna get some broccoli. For my drink, I got raspberry tea since they don't have regular sweet tea; only unsweet tea and raspberry tea. I also got Joe's Rockin' Rib Rolls as an app. My friend got the Cajun shrimp pasta and a mojito. They have cocktails but it's not on the physical menu and it's not online.... Waitress said they had physical copies but they went away during covid and never came back... Additionally, they had a special for up to 50% off drinks after 9pm BUT there's no menu and waitress didn't know which drinks received the special and how much they were.... she said the computer just automatically does it... This is also pretty crappy. I got my rolls and the app at 10:31pm and they are good. At 10:44pm, the waitress finally came back to check on us. She said "still no food?", lol. My friend asked for the price of the mojito. She didn't know and had to check. It was a little over $7. When she told him the price, another staff brought our food. My friend ordered a Michelob ultra. We both enjoyed our food the rest of our time there was issue free. read more

Went here today (Nov 4th, 2024), got here at 5:40pm and they sat me down. 10 mins passed by, and no one come to take my order. I asked a gentleman cleaning the tables for the Manager, he left, but the Manager never came. I saw the greeter and asked her is someone working this side, because I have yet had my order taken? She said ok, and finally someone took my order at 5:55pm. Some customers came in after me and got their order taken before I got my order, and the other servers saw me sitting here and no one asked if I been helped, and that's what upsetted me also. Sever apologized and stated she did not know she had the section I was seating in also. But multiple service passed by and no one asked if I've been helped yet. The chief and kitchen saved this experience, because the food was awesome. I was going to get one star. read more

Went around twelve on a Monday. The place was pretty empty when I got there but became packed when I was leaving. Our services was nice and friendly. He explained the deals that were available for that day and was attentive. The food was okay. I had a deal that included garlic rolls, a salad, and the entree. I had the fried shrimp, which was good. I haven't been to Flanigan in a while and was disappointed with the size of the garlic rolls. They are so small now compared to how big they were before. Another thing I disliked was my drink. I ordered a drink from the bar and didn't taste any alcohol in it, tasted like a virgin daiquiri. read more

My Cajun chicken, take out order. What a shame. It's always a hit or miss with this Restaurant. How do you give burnt chicken and over season the meal with pepper. I had to throw away my meal because it tasted so bad. Whoever over looks the meals before they are packed and given to customers needs to be fired along with the night shift cook who made this. Honestly, Flanigans used to be one of my favorite places to eat. My partner and i come here pretty regularly and everything is always great. This time our server was Anthony and i had to write this review just to say i think he is now our favorite server. Super kind, didn't make us feel rushed, and was super quick to bring us everything we needed. The food was bomb as usual, and it was overall a 10/10. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not consistent with the food quality. Placed an order to take it out. The order was done before the estimated time. You still have to check your order and ask for things that it was requested in the order and the items that come with your order. Unfortunately, the food was cold, the fries were soggy and the ribs are so greasy taste. I'm not able to eat cause of the taste. I have been at this location several times and that's why I am ordering take out but it's always a surprise with the take out order and definitely the quality of the food it's not consistent. read more

I've been to Flanigan's before and almost every time i had a great experience. The waiter was super nice and attentive to our needs l, despite the crowd. This time my group and I only ordered appetizers and let me tell you guys, RUN don't walk, RUN to try their bbq pulled pork rib egg rolls. It was so juicy on the inside and cripsy on the outside.
