On Friday, 2/28 myself and two other friends decided to get together for a couple drinks and appetizers. Flanigans in pinecrest is my go to as I have been coming to this location for years and have never had a terrible experience until now. We ordered our first round at 7:51pm between 3 people we ordered 3 green tea shots each and 2 beers along with an order of rib rolls. Close to 12:20am (over 4 hours at the table)the "manager" Lily approached our table and stated that we had ordered too many drinks and not enough food and this was a fireable offense for her server Jenice. We stated that we had only had a few drinks each and we ordered rib rolls. Lily began raising her voice and telling us "I don't care what you guys say you've ordered too many drinks and only one appetizer so you people need to go". We then tried to reason with Lily and tell her that we were more than willing to purchase more food as we didn't want our server Jenice to get in any trouble. Lily then stated "I would have allowed you to buy more food but actually I don't fell like it and you need to go" I then asked her to send another manager to speak to as we didn't appreciate getting yelled at and treated in that manner. Todd later stepped over to the table and we began to explain what happened. He then stepped over and had a conversation with Lily and our server Jenice and returned to the table at which point he told us that he didn't understand why she was acting the way she was acting toward us. We decided to ask for the check to avoid any further confrontation. As we were waiting on the check, Lily was shouting and talking negatively to a table right beside us which clearly was a table filled with her friends. After paying our bill we proceeded to walk towards the exit and Lily followed us out screaming at us to leave and repeatedly stating " I don't give a fuck we don't need your business get the fuck out of here" I would never thing that Flanigans, a staple in my community would promote someone like Lily to a managerial position if she is incapable of treating guests. The food was great and the service was too. As usual always a wonderful experience. Ambiance is always on point.

Went to watch the Panthers vs Rangers game. Was able to get a seat pretty quick. The Waiter was very informative and pleasant. TV's everywhere and Food was great, Get the Ribs for sure amazing!!! Ambiance was good, this is usually our go to place for Sports, Wings and Ribs. Love it! read more

Good ol' Flani! It's like seriously a south FL staple. My family and I have been coming to the Pinecrest location for yearsss. I've been to other locations and haven't had the best experiences, but the one in the Suniland shopping center is tried and true. At this point I've had nearly everything off the menu but the apps truly have my heart... The loaded nachos are a must (pro tip, ask for extra everything) just be ready to share, it's a ton of food. I always order the Chicken Stickers, I like them hot, wet, and with extra garlic. Super flavorful, seriously spicy, and perfectly juicy. Their rib rolls and fish dip are other favs. And if you're into soup definitely give the seafood gumbo a try, it's full of meaty tuna pieces, shrimp and okra in a spicy tomato base broth. What I love about Flanigan's, aside from the great quality food and fun atmosphere is that there's something for everyone- a few months ago I had to order lunch for the office and just as I suspected it was a real crowd pleaser. The wide selection of fresh food, great price points, and uhhmazing weekly deals (hello free nachos on Monday's!!) always keep us coming back for more. read more

Ordered a burger that was over cooked. On the other hand the manager was very nice & polite. Even offered to remake the burger for me.

Always awesome. Stopped in for some wings while running errands. I found the last seat at the bar very quickly. They attended to me very quickly as well. The food came out super quickly. Wings, Caribbean Burger, fish dip, and, nachos, rib rolls, and Philly are always solid options in my experience. read more

Came here with my brother for supper. Ordered the surf and turf. Not a bad meal for the price. Steak cooked perfectly the way I wanted it. The shrimp was delicious as well. The fully loaded potato although small, which I didn't expect it to be, didn't disappoint. Very gooey with different cheeses on top with some bacon made it for a good finish. Cole slaw was also very good. Service was great as well as the atmosphere. read more

I went to the pinecrest location with my family last Saturday .the waitress came introduced herself and what was going on for the day . she took our drink and appetizer order. she came back to ensure we were ok with our drinks and other stuff . at that point she took our main order for food and an order to go . the food was amazing . she checked on us one more time for refills . when she came back with our bill we were very grateful for her service and she mentioned she was training . At that point I wondered where her trainer was all this time .I felt she needed some gratitude for her service and obligated her to take a cash tip from us . we even told her we would tip her trainer , since she clarified that in training they don't take tips . but that girl was taking care of tables on her own , it was only fair that I gave her gratuity. I went with my boyfriend to his eye doctor appointment and by the time he was done we both were hungry for a good burger. So we went to Flanigan's for their lunch specials. We both ordered the fresh 10 ounce burgers. But I had mine well done with curly French fries and he had his medium with a loaded baked potato. The waitress was nice and the ambiance was pretty good since it's like a sports bar atmosphere. We had to wait to be seated but it was worth the wait. We were extremely happy when we finished. I highly recommend this place if you want a juicy burger cooked to your liking. We'll definitely come back again. two. Thumbs up. read more

The manager was really fxcking mental and acting like he upholding the law by not serving the kid's meal. I was ordering the food for my cousin to have for later since he couldn't come with us and I would bring him the leftovers. It's not a problem in other Flanigan's but apparently this one loves to restrict that. The bathroom's a disaster, like it looks like a tornado was just in here and now it's a mess. QWouldn't recommend going here again, never coming back. read more

We joined the online waitlist, which I highly recommend if you're going in the afternoon/night. Flanigan's alwaysss has a wait time during these hours, so it's best to get ahead of it and write yourself on the list before you head out of home. We started with beverages, their sex on the beach is great! We had 6 of the garlic rolls, and I swear these are the best garlic rolls in south FL. Just the buttery garlic taste... it's enough to make you want to come back! We all had Caesar salad's which aren't of my favorites from here but they do add all the toppings (bacon, cheese, croutons). We ordered the full rack baby back ribs which are slathered in their BBQ sauce, as well as the chicken. Their fried shrimp is absolutely delicious as well. For dessert you definitely have to try the banzai brownie (you're already here... might as well!!) it's so good you won't want to put the spoon down. Our server today was Sarai and she was wonderful! Do not serve feathers in chicken wings and have a waiter tell me it's normal and that it's customary for flanigans to leave feathers on the chicken. I've come here for 5 years and never once had feathers in raw chicken. disappointed. read more

It was ok. We got 2 Joe Deal meals & we never got our salads until 20 mins waiting. Then we find out the prime rib was "sold" to someone else. Be mindful that we already was waiting. I only had 1 drink because I just wanted to leave. Yes, the waitress compensated me with a coin for a free drink but still. Not the beat Flannigans from many that I've been to. read more

You can never go wrong with Flanigans. Food is always delicious. Service can sometimes be great and other times not so much due to Flanigans always being busy. Love their ribs and burgers plus curly fries and the unique barbecue sauce at every table/location. You're not from south florida if you haven't had Flanigans! read more
