I enjoy supporting local businesses but, unfortunately, this one misses the mark. Service - 1) We patiently waited to get seated, all while the bartender kept looking at us without even a greeting or a "someone will be right with you." 2) Our server was polite but his service was inattentive. At one point, I saw him place, one foot at a time, on a chair to tie his dirty sneakers and not caring to wipe the chair down when done. I've passed Titanic Brewery for years and years on US1 and never once stopped in and I'm absolutely kicking myself for that! This place is amazing! Me and my boyfriend stopped by the other day for happy hour. They had a special going on, a beer and order of 10 wings for $15. We love wings so this was a no brainer. The wings were perfection. They were so hot and you could just tell the sauces were made in house. I also ordered an old fashioned and the bartender made it like a work of art. I tried the dolphin sandwich and it was pretty good. Most of the food on the menu is pretty typical bar food, so nothing super outstanding as far as I could tell but still pretty good nonetheless. My sandwich was pretty plain, just the dolphin fillet, bun and onion/lettuce/tomato. The aioli on the side I think is a must just for that little extra something. I would recommend trying the sandwich once as the dolphin meat is definitely unique, but it's not anything life changing and there are probably way more complex items on the menu worth trying. I did thought the price point was good. My entire meal came out to less than $20, which is great considering it's a full service restaurant in Coral Gables, but again it is typical bar food so a much higher price point I don't think would be worth it. We came in on a Thursday night and it wasn't super busy but we did have a little trouble getting service. Not such a big problem if you want to stay for a while and catch up with friends but I still think it's something to consider. The rest of my party exited while I hunted him down over the next 10 minutes so I could pay him! Clearly they are not organized or trained well enough to service a full room. Great spot a block from UM graduate student's apartment! We have heard this is the spot for food and music if you are at UM and were so pleased with this spot. Our server was Chris, and he gave great suggestions and prompt service. We took a chance on a place we hadn't been to as we are never in the area. Part of our party is in a wheelchair and has a service animal, and they were extremely accommodating to their needs, even the awesome band(Crazy Talk) offered to keep down their speakers while we finished our meals. Stopped in with a friend for a quick beer while in the area. There is street parking in the front and a pay lot behind so decent parking. We sat at the bar. We were quickly greeted by the bartender. They had a few options on tap and we decided on some local brews. The beers were cold. A friend and I have lunch at Titantic every several weeks and our experience has been good. But my lunch on Wednesday, March 25th fell far below my usual experience. The lunch special was a half rack of ribs, Fries, and slaw for $15. Sounded like good deal. But the ribs were almost inedible. Even with a steak knife, I couldn't cut the individual ribs from the rack. Very difficult to eat if you can't cut rack into individual ribs. Service was also marginal. Our server was attentive when we place our order and delivered the food. But never saw him again. When we were ready to leave, I had to go find the server to get our check. He was sitting at a table near the bar with a textbook doing homework, The Irish Red Ale on draft was the only saving grace. The chili cup was so tiny and doesn't take any effort, but still took more than an hour. The fried zucchini was soft and mushy with absolutely no flavor. So I was going to give a great review on this "Tuesday Burger Deal", but we learned there are caveats to this special. The $7.00 all day deal is for a PLAIN burger (lettuce, tomato & onion included), and french fries. Still a good deal. But beware that their posters say all burgers (yet anything added to the burger there is a charge) and the poster doesn't say it, but you are required to buy a beverage. Honestly, this would not have been that big of a deal, except the attitude of the manager or owner (not sure which he was) when he came over was immediately defensive and on the rude side. Very cool place to watch a game! I didnt feel like i ws in miami. I am here for the dive sports bar feel! It is a brewery so all the beers are brewed here. Im not a huge beer drinker so i settled on the pineapple cider! Very tasty. To eat I had the grilled salmon salad. It was a decent sized piece of salmon with a delicious dijon dressing, goat cheese, onion, and cucumber. Good salad for a brewery! Great local spot, family owned since 1997. I love the titanic/white star line decor, I think it gives it a unique touch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've dined at Titanic for years and I've never ordered anything I didn't like, make sure you check out their handmade, hand-crafted beers as well. Our server was awesome, so friendly and helpful. The bar side is a bit dark where the band plays, however the dining are is well lit and kid friendly. My wife's shrimp and grits were okay but not your typical Louisiana style Shrimp n Grits. She couldn't tell exactly what was off, but she didn't have the words to explain; just that it wasn't the taste that you get with Cajun seasoning. My salad was really good; though you really can't go wrong with a salad. They offer a full bar, but no menu. Our server was more than happy enough to answer any of my wife's questions concerning their Cabernet offerings. My beer was amazing of course; I ended up going with the Prison Pals Larger. Titanic Brewery is what they say, a brewery. If you want to sit at the bar and drink beer it's fine, but if you are going with friends to hear music and eat dinner go somewhere else and go only for dessert. Service in their dining room is poor to non-existent. The food is an afterthought. What a great spot this could be if they would only hire a competent chef who could elevate the food. Conch fritters were hard. Caesar salad was some romaine lettuce with store bought croutons and bottled dressing devoid of any flavor. The prime rib looks nothing like the picture and in reality is a hard slab of meat like a steak served with a butter knife and impossible to cut. Mahi was not fresh and fishy tasting. Mashed potatoes were cold and hard. The food was abysmal and service painfully slow in the dining room. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was so loud conversation was impossible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At 10:00pm on a Saturday we were told no coffee was available as it was the end of the night even though the dessert menu had coffee drinks on it. I have been to Titanic often as a band we like plays there but the experience is more often than not poor. I cannot imagine who is managing that kitchen other than college students. Dessert is usually ok. I invited friends for dinner and had to apologize for the quality of the food. If I go back it would only be for dessert and coffee after dining elsewhere and will sit at the bar to avoid the missing servers in the dining room. Not recommended. read more

I really like this place! I wasn't expecting much, as it seemed like a bit of a dive bar that happened to offer food. It just happened to be the only restaurant close to the hotel we were staying at where I could get a beer and a bite. I was pleasantly surprised how great it was! The vibe here is totally that of a place with a lot of regulars and that those regulars have kept it in business for a long time. Very comfortable, and the staff was all very friendly with prompt service. They also have great food! We went for dinner two nights in a row, and everything was really tasty and well-prepared. They also have a good beer list. And the place is a lot of fun with the Titanic theme. Really enjoyed dining here, and will certainly stop in again next time we're in town. read more

Great little neighborhood spot! The food is quality, portions sometime vary but the consistency is there. My fiancé has been on the pursuit for Mug Club so I've been 3+ times and he's been 8+ over the last month. Servers are nice. The restaurant has observed social distancing in their seating, common areas and during events (like karaoke). Parking is challenging and the lot behind is a pay to park so be conscious of that. A nice neighborhood brewpub near the University of Miami. I don't live in Miami, but I have a friend that lives in the area. He is a regular, comes with his family every other week. He is even a member of the Mug Club. So naturally, when I came to visit him we went there one day for lunch. I could see why he likes it so much. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. I had the burger, but it was the sriracha wings that we liked the most. So damn good. As for the beer, I did a flight. The Britannic Bitter and the Captain Smith's Rye were my favorites. It's always a chance naming your restaurant anything with the name Titanic in it. Our vegan daughter was in today's escapades so she chose this place. The Shrimp and Grits are not your typical from Louisiana. This restaurant captures a lot of themed Louisiana cuisine favorites. The British flag on the wall was my sign that told me the reason why the shrimp and grits weren't spot on. My husband's salad was very good. On to the Goat Cheese Potato Cakes. This is a wonderful appetizer to share. Our server is what made this experience the best. He saw that I wasn't eating the shrimp and grits. I told him that it didn't taste like the traditional one. Then washed it down with their Brittanic Ale that was crisp and tasty The menu selection is actually pretty good and decided to go with the Philly Cheesesteak was very good. This is definitely a place that is very popular among the University of Miami students and athletes. The place is casual but the food is really good. The day we were there they had run out of many of their most popular items and they were short staffed. But they explained their situation and tried to make amends; they were very courteous and professional! One of the main waiters, who happen to have a bad shoulder -(I could tell because he kept rubbing the top of it ) was very kind to bring us a fish dip with chips and capers that was absolutely delicious. I had a very fresh cedar plank, oven baked salmon with quinoa and veggies that was healthy and scrumptious! It was also kind of cool how we "checked in" using the Yelp app and received a 25% discount on the entire ticket. I enjoyed the visit to Titanic with my family and will be back soon! read more
