With that explanation, he gave me fair quotes and potential options on how to move forward with, and some things I should reflect on based on my goals and current capacity. For the pre-purchase vehicle inspection, Thomas gave me the computer diagnostics report and an analysis of his tests of the used car I was looking to purchase. The car was a 2005 Honda Accord, which I was hoping to purchase as a temporary car for commuting. Thomas was able to break down his findings in a way that I understood the problems and the risks they presented. Below are evidence that the bank has done their part investigating and providing full refund. I will definitely follow up filing official complaints to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, BBB, state attorney general and lawyers as this damages and financial stress caused my father to have a stroke just recently.
