They might do great work but I was quoted $360 to detail (with water spot removal) my small crossover and that's nearly double the quote I received from 4 other businesses. I wound up taking my car to WOW, spending a little extra time on it after the wash, and the spots are barely visible and the car looks amazing. Saved myself $350. A reply to the owner if he sees it, questioning my review. Yes I think 1 star is warranted. I needed a service performed. I reached out and you quoted me an astronomical figure, rendering your service unattainable to me. Since this is my only experience with your business, I was disappointed, and had to seek alternatives which cost me additional time, the most valuable commodity. So I guess if you want higher ratings, next time make a better effort to work with potential customers to gain their business instead of making a case for why you deserved them after the fact. read more

The texting/scheduling was a breeze and the young man who showed up was very polite and kind.. however, the client before me was running late so it pushed him back and in turn I was told he couldn't finish because the sun was going down. Because of this I told him to just do the interior and not touch the outside at all. After looking over my car the young man said there'd be an extra charge for the dog hair. (I have 4 and we just went on a road trip) so I totally understood. But, after 3+ hours, he said he did all he could with little sunlight. I looked and was shocked. The carpets were clean (what was extra because of the dog hair) and the console was wiped down but that's literally it. The windows still had nose prints all over them, the rear view mirror was still dirty, the trunk wasn't even touched and everything else just looked very quickly dusted. I reached out to the owner via text and he asked me to send pics.. unfortunately this was right before Christmas so with that, NYE, family in and out and traveling, by the time I got around to it I figured it was too late so I didn't. But in all honestly I shouldn't need to send pics. After spending $200 there shouldn't be any issues with a normal interior only detail. Such a great experience from beginning to end!! My son and I purchased a used 2023 Honda HRV, the interior was very well kept however it needed paint correction on the whole car as the previous owner did not take care of the exterior at all. I accidentally left fruit in my backpack over the weekend, and it liquefied and leaked out of my Tupperware container into my car seat. I took it to another detailer who used steam treatment, but the rancid smell was still very noticeable when I put my nose close to the affected area. This caused me stress, as I thought I had running my seat. I then found Sin City Mobile Detailing on Yelp, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They completely eliminated the odor, which was a huge relief since my vehicle is still new and I was worried I had ruined it over a simple mistake. On top of that, I had them correct issues from a previous detailing job, and they went above and beyond. There were no wax streaks left behind and they even restored my door kick plate protector of some minor scuff marks (without me pointing them out); something no other detailer has been able to accomplish previous attempts (the marks were similar to shoes on a basketball court). They've always done an amazing job on my MINI Cooper, which is my baby. I recently had them do my mom's Toyota Tacoma and, relevantly, we're both exceptionally particular and neat people. Neither of us had a complaint, they get the details others have forgotten or missed (things like cleaning the sun roof glass). I usually call after I've been on a long road trip, gotten the car filthy with bugs and dirt and mud from my adventures, messy inside from many miles of driving, often with the windows and roof wide open, and it looks brand new again when they've finished. This company is so easy to work with. I was going to work and happened to stop for my usual Starbucks. It was one of those days where stuff just happens. I dropped my entire drink over the middle console and the bottom of the cup cracked and the entire drink was all over my car. Note: the barista was so kind and remade my drink before I left the drive through after they saw that happened. I looked up a few companies and Sin City Mobile Detailing had great reviews. I called and asked if they could take care of my car that day while I had to work. I was scheduled the last opening they had for that day, they picked up my keys, cleaned and detailed my car without interfering with my normal schedule and gave me back my keys when they were done. They did a great job on my vehicles. They made my vehicles look brand new and the technician was nice and responsive to any requests.

Let me start with the gentleman that came out was honest and nice. He did a great job on my husband's truck. The problem was he was supposed to be there to wash MY car. The car that my husband told the person that answered the phone has PPF and ceramic coating, that needed special soap. I should have listened to my gut, when they called back to ask if I could move my appointment to a different time, I thought this sounds like a call center, this is going to be a repeat of thinking the owner or one of his employees will be at the house, but instead, it's farmed out (last time with a different company it was a guy in a small car and no spot free water tank). Even the text message said Mercedes Sedan (which is not what I have). Come Saturday, the guy shows up and my husband said do you have the soap for ceramic and he said no, I wasn't aware that I needed it. Thank goodness he was honest, and because he was so nice we felt bad turning him away with no work we offered him the truck to wash. He confirmed my suspicion that he's an independent contractor, not to say that there is anything wrong with that, but I felt like this is a bait and switch tactic that irritates me. You may "train" these people, but when your call center can't pass on the correct information you have wasted everyone's time and the lack in details may not matter to you, but it matters to me. I got a new Subie this year and purchased an add on warranty for cleanings and such through PermaPlate.com So I filed a claim for water marks and bird droppings. The original company that was assigned to me didn't have any openings until January. So I requested someone else whose also mobile. So I got Sin City. They texted me right away and asked a bunch of questions about the car and it's condition. Then scheduled me for the following week. Today was the day and they arrived right in the time frame they promised and it took about 2 hours. They texted me when they arrived and when they were done. The car looks just like new again! And even more glossy! It was too cold for me to stand outside and take pics of the process but I was peeping from my balcony window from time to time.
