Sherwyne at Precision Auto Detailing is the real deal. He's a very talented guy who wears a lot of hats--he not only gave my GX460 a showroom-level detail, he also installed a 70mai LTE dash cam for me. Everything was handled cleanly and professionally from start to finish. The dash cam install was impressively neat: Sherwyne routed the wiring out of sight, mounted the unit so it looks factory, paired the app, and made sure the camera was recording properly before I left. He explained how to use the features and where the footage stores, so I didn't have to guess or mess with it later. As for the detailing, he didn't cut corners. Interior, exterior, trim--everything was carefully cleaned and finished. The car looked like it just rolled off the lot. What sets him apart is how much he cares about the outcome; he actually takes pride in his work and it shows. On top of being extremely skilled, Sherwyne is one of the nicest, most humble people you'll meet and his prices are more than fair. If you need a precision detail or want accessories installed (dash cams, trim, whatever), he's your go-to. Highly recommend.

I had a milk spill in my car that soaked under the carpet into the foam and left a horrible smell. I contacted several local detailing companies, and Precision Auto Detailing was by far the most responsive and professional. A friend also recommended them, and I'm so glad I listened. Sherwyne was great with communication from start to finish. He showed up on time, was super thorough, and even went above and beyond by wiping down my entire interior when I only asked for carpet cleaning. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. He also helped tidy up my dashcam wiring and hid it so neatly, that wasn't even part of the job! The milk spill was tough, and he expected to come back for a second round of cleaning. True to his word, he returned two days later, finished the job perfectly, and didn't charge extra. I still gave him a generous tip because he truly earned it. I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but when someone works this hard and genuinely cares about their craft, they deserve to be recognized. If anyone's looking for car cleaning services, he's the guy. I can't recommend Sherwyne highly enough! He recently installed front and rear dashcams on two of my vehicles, plus a full set of fang lights on my truck, and the work was absolutely flawless. The finished products look professional and clean- wires perfectly tucked, cameras mounted symmetrically, and the fang lights on the truck are bright, sharp, and exactly the aggressive look I was going for. Everything functions perfectly and you can tell he takes real pride in doing things the right way. On top of the excellent craftsmanship, Sherwyne is just a genuinely nice, humble guy. No ego, no upselling nonsense- just focused on delivering great work and making sure the customer is happy. If you want top-tier installation done by someone who actually cares about quality, Sherwyne is your guy. 10/10 would trust him again in a heartbeat.

This review is from the perspective of a car enthusiast (see previous reviews) who cherishes their car. I only write reviews when I personally feel that I'm getting extraordinary service. First time ever going with Precision Auto Detailing to get an exterior wash for my 2010 Mustang. First impression was off to a great start, Sherwyne arrived 30 minutes early to the appointment. Talked a little bit about him and the company, and was even telling me how they went to Sema the same week to look at new product offerings for car detailing. Now to the detail itself, it turned out amazing. I observed the 2-bucket wash method, changing towels when needed, and the regular things expected from any car detail. The cherry on top: I only did the exterior wash. However, Sherwyne also cleaned some areas inside of the car. Including, treating the aging plastic interior parts, the dashboard, and even vacuumed the carpets! Along with revitalizing the exterior plastic trim pieces. If i have to be critical, it would only be in 2 areas (not major enough for me to drop them down to a 4 star review). 1. I wish they had their own water system (especially a soft water system). I had an outdoor faucet, so no issues in my case. 2. Wish they worked on a car from top to bottom (since the bottom parts of the car are always the dirtiest, and you don't want to introduce that dirt to the top of the car). But I saw multiple layers of foam being applied to the car when needed, so this was also not a big issue. But these 2 things are me just nitpicking. Overall, very happy with my first time using them for my car. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future for car detailing needs.

Sherwyne came to my home a couple of days ago to wash & wax my 1968 Mustang. By his Yelp rating (5.0) I expected him to do a good job, that's why I hired him. However, I must say, I didn't expect just how great of a job he did. I found him to be very meticulous and caring while working on my classic car. I am the original owner and swear she has not looked this good since I had her stripped and completely restored about 10 years ago! I couldn't be more pleased on the special care he took. Not only is he very skilled and proficient at his craft, but he is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. He took the time to explain the different ways he could do the wax & all about the process. I found his prices to be very reasonable for what I received. Sherwyn is absolutely incredible! I initially had submitted a quote request here on Yelp for another detailer where I got alternate quotes. Not only did Sherwyn respond right away way before the other detailer, but really demonstrated a full understanding of what I was looking for and was reasonable to other quotes. I went ahead and booked him right away and am so glad that I did. Not only does he demonstrate a clear passion and care in his work, he offers a whole bunch of services. In a short time, I have gone back to him several times for other services because I know I can trust his work. I have had a full detail from him, he helped me install some minor wrap work, and he fully restored my headlights that I thought were long gone to oxidation years ago! I reached out to Precision and was responded to fairly immediately. I picked this company based on customer reviews and response time. Man, am I glad I did. My 2013 Ram had some tarry sticky stuff from the recent rains that did t come off after several washes. I hadn't had the truck detailed in years so figured it was that time. Best decision, easily. My truck is now cleaner than when I bought it, NEW. No kidding. The attention to detail is incredible and the pride in Sherwyne's work is clearly evident. Everything was excellent. He spent nearly 7 hours cleaning two cars for me, and they're fantastic. My wife has dogs in her car typically and he spent a ton of time ensuring each little hair was removed. Messaged Sherwyne at 7pm. Had a show to bring the car to the next morning, totally forgot to schedule a detail and was panicked. Responded within 15 mins, and made himself available even when he already packed things away. He got to my place at 8:30pm, but my own mistake in assuming I had a water supply for him (valet only parking) delayed things, as he had to go back out and get water. Sherwyne did a good job cleaning. He did an interior detailing for my van, gave me a quote online and stuck to it. His pricing is competitive and probably one of the most affordable places in Vegas. He did unfortunately have to cancel last minute due to some equipment failing, but he got me in the next day and gave me a little discount. read more

It was loose from it's holder mount. When I checked it's dash cam. The license plate of the car in front of me was almost out of view on the bottom of the tablet's screen. Upon inspection when I got home. The screw used to tighten to hold the screen in position was forcibly pushed out. I'm thinking whoever was wiping down the dashboard pushed the tablet hard enough that the mount screw came loose but I wasn't informed of it. I was able to tighten the screw more to adjust the tablet back to it's desired position. But it doesn't hold as tight as it did before. Aside from the damage to my dash tablet mount. They did a good job inside & out in terms of cleanliness of my car.

No refunds for the coupon books so now I have to travel 15 minutes to the nearest location. Upon arrival there are three drive up lanes. An employee greets and all options are discussed if interested. I just wanted the basic wash I purchased. I handed over the coupon, the employee placed the wash detail ticket on the dashboard of my vehicle. The staff were courteous and I was given two choices: I can remain in my vehicle and go through the car wash, or an employee would take my vehicle through while I waited in the lobby. I was prepared to take it through myself as that's how it worked at previous locations back when I purchased the coupon books. An employee provided hand signals to help me get the wheel of my vehicle lined up into the wheel guide, I followed posted directions, and then the employees and automated car wash takes over. The car wash is a typical automated tunnel process. This is a traditional car wash with thick felt looking brushes; not touchless. Once ejected at the end of the wash, I drove over and parked next to the tents and an employee wiped off my vehicle then I was on my way. Once I got to my next destination I inspected my vehicle. The wash was okay, but I noticed that the back of my vehicle still showed visible streak marks as if the rinse cycle and brushes were not thorough enough to remove all of the residual soap and dirt. The back of my vehicle is rather boxy and vertical so maybe the vehicle design is not conducive to the car wash parameters. The coupon was only for a basic car wash. I did not pay for any extra services. That in mind, after going through the car wash the tire rims were still grimy dirty. The basic car wash did not do much for the tire rims of my vehicle. I cleaned them myself later. I will continue to use my coupons. Next time I'll inquire as to how much extra it would be for cleaning of the tire rims and also checking cleanliness of the back of the vehicle to ensure a thorough cleaning. I think it reasonable that the back of the vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned by hand if the automated car wash can't reach it (no extra charge I presume). I just didn't check before I left. He tells me washing the floor mats vs. taking them out are two different services. How does one even wash the floor mats without taking them out? Katelyn ultimately only offers me 50% off. I'm so frustrated by this entire experience, I just want a full refund. Now I have to call corporate. Leave a voicemail for the CFO, Jeff Warnick, and Fred Smith. All over a miserable experience, bad customer service, and awful car wash. Time to sell this one to Terrible's too, at least then it's in the name.

I reached out to Precision Auto Detailing to have heated seats installed in my 2023 Tacoma. I had already purchased the kit and simply wanted him to install it. He provided me with a quote, and two days later, he arrived for the installation. I was thoroughly impressed by the meticulous attention to detail, patience, and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the process. He meticulously ensured that everything was restored to its pre-installation state. I was genuinely excited as he made the installation appear as if it had been pre-installed by Toyota. I recently had my car detailed by Sherwyne, and the results were incredible. This was my first time getting a professional detailing, and I couldn't believe how clean my car turned out. With two kids, it was filthy, I haven't seen it this clean since the day I drove it home from the dealership. Wonderful job, Sherwyne. He has driven to my work and home to do work. First, he fixed some paint damage to my bumper and buffed out water marks. He worked very hard and was very humble. Car really looks terrific. Next, I had taken most of the clear coat out of the car's spoiler doing DIY and he was able to recommend wrapping the spoiler and he did this at a terrific price.
