First time ever going with Precision Auto Detailing to get an exterior wash for my 2010 Mustang. First impression was off to a great start, Sherwyne arrived 30 minutes early to the appointment. Talked a little bit about him and the company, and was even telling me how they went to Sema the same week to look at new product offerings for car detailing. Now to the detail itself, it turned out amazing. I observed the 2-bucket wash method, changing towels when needed, and the regular things expected from any car detail. The cherry on top: I only did the exterior wash. However, Sherwyne also cleaned some areas inside of the car. Including, treating the aging plastic interior parts, the dashboard, and even vacuumed the carpets! Along with revitalizing the exterior plastic trim pieces. If i have to be critical, it would only be in 2 areas (not major enough for me to drop them down to a 4 star review). 1. I wish they had their own water system (especially a soft water system). I had an outdoor faucet, so no issues in my case. 2. Wish they worked on a car from top to bottom (since the bottom parts of the car are always the dirtiest, and you don't want to introduce that dirt to the top of the car). But I saw multiple layers of foam being applied to the car when needed, so this was also not a big issue. But these 2 things are me just nitpicking. Overall, very happy with my first time using them for my car. I will definitely reach out to them again in the future for car detailing needs. read more
