Update to my last review: So after the owner got my complaint and read my review he said he would make it right and come back to fix it a couple days later. Hilarity then followed....... The guy showed up then asks me what I wanted fixed?.... I'm like look at it. It's still filthy and covered in water spots as if it wasn't 1000% obvious what was wrong. This guy then has the audacity to tell me it would be another $100 just to wipe the windows.... I was absolutely beside myself. I have never in 15 years and getting 100s of details done, EVER experienced such a poor job and a con artist like this guy. Everyone stay far far away. read more

Gotta give a shout out to Robert of Foam Kings. His reply was pretty fast and his quote was reasonable. He did a good job with my car that has a bit of cosmetic paint and body damage. Looking forward to having him work on my truck next. We set up an appointment for a Friday at 8:30 A.M. he showed up earlier than our appointment time and notified me. When we met up, he was wearing his state mandated mask, gloves and maintained six feet social distance. I explained my expectations to him and pointed out the damaged paint. He was able to work around that and make my ride look good again. One of the extra tasks I had for him was etched writing into my spoiler. He clay barred it and was able to get most out with the exception to a really deep scratch. Regardless my spoiler doesn't have that eyesore anymore. The guys who came out did a pretty respectable job but they certainly didn't "put their back into it." Maybe it's on my inspection abilities, but once they left I noticed the front of my rig had many bug splats still all over. It wasn't too expensive for my size rig but I've paid similar in other states and it canned out perfectly. I was telling you a few spots but you said something that I didn't like so I just stopped. Don't get me wrong, you were nice but the work that you did was not worth $250. As soon as you left, my dad and I checked the car and the glovebox was left untouched and also the sun visor mirrors were dirty. We had to clean it and wipe the exterior again with my own cleaning stuff because of the "tar", but turned out just a regular dirt that you weren't able to clean properly. My neighbor even texted me that he was "putting his back into it." He steam cleaned the inside so he didn't need to use chemicals throughout the car unless it was a deep stain. This was a plus because I'm all about safe clean products. Once he was done my 2012 SUV looked new again. I added on an extra service to restore my old headlights and fog lights. They looked great! He worked on my car for about six hours. And I was pleased with his work. It rained 2 days later and whatever high quality product he used made the rain roll right off. Keeping it spot free. He takes his time, uses quality products and walks through the vehicle with you to be sure your satisfied. I'm happy with the end result. He did a fantastic job detailing my FILTHY car on short notice in the stifling Vegas heat!! My car hasn't been this clean in years!!! The only issue was that he missed my glove box completely, which I also take responsibility for because I didn't go out to inspect the car before he left. Also, I was charged for pet hair which my dog doesn't shed at all. There was hair in the car, but it was human hair.
