She will not push you to throw things away, if you are worried of that. She works at your pace... tho you will be surprised how much you can get done in just a few hours. Regarding my professional stuff: she helped me narrow down my goal, and put into place a plan of action. For example, rather than assessing a problem and giving me a solution, she asked me questions to find the right solution *for me*. While I spoke, she -really- listened and then pulled out phrases I repeated, analogies I made, and then we dove deeper into the root of that thinking, and put into place action plans to improve. Actually, she also sent me some "homework" inbetween calls, where I could select 3 of 10 things to work on inbetween appointments. My choice! Her pricing is suuuper reasonable, and sign up for her emails and she often has specials. She also teaches a lot of classes for organizations and community centers-- so watch her calendar and attend the free ones! Really people SO WORTH IT. Cannot recommend this service enough. Eat in rather than dine out, and apply those funds to organizing your life. You will be so much happier.

I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!!…read more I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. As a customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect clear communication and a respectful response when asking about the status of the work being done in my home. He informed me that I needed a commercial door, when I asked did he have a display door, I was taken to the back door of their building to view a commercial door. I immediately informed him again, that I was looking for a front entry door. He walked me back to the front and preceded to search for the store catalog. When Bryan found the book he slung it across the table at me. The service was terrible, he repeatedly told me that the door I wanted would cost around $5000 on up. I made him aware that the price didn't matter I was interested in a quality door for my building. The service was just rude and disrespectful.
