After reading many good reviews about Crystal nails and spa, I was seriously impressed with how great they treated their customers. I had not made an appointment prior but they still helped me right away within a few minutes of arriving. I am in love with the set a nails that I got. I recommend going in around 1pm if you like having a little peace and quiet while getting a manicure, pedicure, whatever. I am really enjoying my nails and the colors! Thank you :)

So this was my first time coming here I was really happy overall.. When I walked in the place was super clean and well decorated. I was welcomed by the friendly staff. I did the green tea pedicure and even though they didn't do the mask as described in their menu of services available, it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I enjoyed the hot rocks, warm towels, and paraffin dip. So even without the mask it was still worth the money. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Oh boy was I mistaken.... The person whom did my nails was rude, obviously angry about something and left my nails looking like this, not to mention she cut me twice. I don't think I really need to say anything else... ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very friendly, SUPER CLEAN, and overall a great job on pedicures for a reasonable price. They were also available to book day of and next day, getting us in quickly anI will certainly be coming back for more!

Very, very, very impressed with this salon. They got me in at 5:20 on a Saturday night when they close at 7. I got my acrylics taken off and got dip powder for the first time. The women was very gentle when removing my nails and kept making sure it wasn't hurting me. My shape is just what I asked for, they aren't bumpy and you can't even tell that I just had acrylics taken off. This is the best my nails have ever looked after having acrylics removed. I will definitely be back

I've been to this salon before. Thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake. I wanted a French tip and a design. She was going to charge me an extra $20. They say the regular polish and gel colors with the same number match, they don't. AND when she was done filing my nail I looked and it was obviously CROOKED. Would not even try to shape the nail so it would look better. I will not EVER go back.

I should have listened to my gut as soon as I went in and saw that instead of soaking off my powder dipped nails, the technician went in with a nail clipper and VERTICALLY CLIPPED THE TIPS. I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. Save your money and your nails, go somewhere else. read more

I have been a regular at this place for a long time. Kathy & the other women do a great job and work really hard. Now they have 3 men working there & the quality has really suffered. Some are nice, but have no eye hand coordination, one is very rough and will try to bend your finger at right angles sideways (guy the joint doesn't do that). If you ask for one of the girls, they just look exhausted at you because I think it happens a lot. Sorry to have to write this. Yelp is a great service that protects the people, helps you avoid landmine businesses, & helps you research how to wisely spend your time and money. Get back to basics or you won't be around very long.... read more

Great for acrylic nails and pedicures. Best I've found in the Tri-Cities after trying several. Pedicure bowls use the disposable liners. Clean cloth towels, not paper, to dry your hands. read more

Just moved to the TriCities area and needed to find a new place to have my nails done. My friend and I decided to try this place (close to my house). We were not disappointed! Very clean and friendly people. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and took their time with us. Great selection of colors and I loved the selection of gel nail polish available. I needed my nails done on a business trip. The salon was empty and they took me right away. I wanted an SNS manicure which they said they did. They hardly have any colors but I only needed a quick manicure so I picked from the limited selection. Did she soak my hands? No. Did she push or clip my cuticles? No. The real problem was after she dipped my nails. She pulled out the UV lamp to "cure" the final coat with a gel topcoat. The reason I get dip manicure is because I can't use UV light. She then just topped it off with clear polish as if it was completely normal. They do not look good but I was too short on time to have them redone. I can not wait to return home and have them properly redone. Beware. They DO NOT use the SNS system and did a poor job on my manicure. I didn't even get lotion or cuticle oil in the end. And to make things worse, the salon smells. Not like a nail salon and not pleasant. read more

I wanted to like this place. They got me right in on a Saturday. Everyone was very nice. Great atmosphere. Needing a simple pedicure. I asked the guy to work on a couple obvious calluses on my big toes. He brought out a cheese grater, made 2 passes and called it good. Now my skin is all torn up. He did very little work on the dry skin on my heel as well. Disappointed read more

Anytime I scout for a nail salon, I always try to find one that uses liners and this one does. She listened to my request and we had no communication issues. Very nice staff here that appears focused on their clients. I really liked the outcome of my pedi too. read more

Pedicures were average, they cut and scrubbed at a cut on a toe that made it bleed. Asked for a certain color for dip powder but they did the incorrect color and when asked for the correct color to be redone they were rude. Multiple cuts from a full set. Slow and not great customer service read more

Wouldn't recommend going here for any Type of manicure, they don't have strong enough machines so it takes them longer. I had my acrylics removed here and had two of my nails completely split from improper removal. They do good pedicures if that's something you need read more

Went to get my gel nails removed; they tore them off without soaking or doing any prep work. While tearing them off they took off the little natural nails that were growing underneath. I could have saved my 10 dollars and ripped my own nails off. read more

First time here today, and the service was excellent! The quality was amazing my nails look so good! I got a simple manicure with regular nail polish, it came to 11 dollars but is originally 13 but they're doing a grand opening special. Lien did my nails, she took her time I didn't feel rushed she spent a good amount of time cleaning up my cuticles. I noticed they do put plastic covers in their pedicure tubs, which is great. I will definitely be back here.I hope this place stays consistent, because they're doing a great job for being open 3 weeks! read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! My sister and I went there to get full sets. There was a 20 minute wait, which was alright. My nail tech was VERY aggressive and harsh. He didn't even apply the acrylic power correctly. When he went to polish my nails, he didn't even paint all of the nail! You could see the actual acrylic itself! My sister had the same problem with her nail tech, but her tech was on the phone the whole time and it was very loud. When our nails were done, we went to the area where you let the polish dry, they forgot about us. 30 minutes later we finally decide that it was time to leave. I payed for mine with a certificate and some cash. My sister gave them her certificate and her card. The guy was very mad that she didn't have cash and was VERY rude. Skipping ahead 4 days, one of my nails fall off, which is ridiculous!! I definitely do NOT recommend this place! NEVER going back there ever again! I wouldn't have even given you one star if I dint have to! read more

The products used during my treatment smelled so good and my hair and scalp feel so soft clean and refreshed. We filed a police report for theft and for putting counterfeit money back into circulation. This salon constantly pressures customers to pay in cash, claiming their card machine is always down. In my opinion, this may be part of a scam they run on unsuspecting customers. Avoid this place. We are filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

There were no other customers and the first person I ended up with was clearly new. I still gave her a chance since that didn't necessarily mean she wasn't skilled but that became evident after a while and when they had to have someone else come over to try to salvage the manicure. An hour and a half, a few bleeding nail beds, and 2 people later, I ended up paying a lot of money for the worst manicure I have ever had. I should have trusted my instincts and left when I got there or abandoned part way through but, at that time, I didn't want to have to go somewhere else to start over, although in hindsight that would have been better.

Just moved to the area and looking for a place to get my nails done. I first called and they let me know they have dipping powered and wanted to check the wait. They told me that I could come on in they were not busy. They welcomed me when I got there. Did a very nice job on my nails with dip and made sure the shape was just what I wanted. Often, the phone just rings and rings. This behavior has gotten worse over the past year. I'm not sure if it is an employee issue or a management issue.

Carrie didn't communicate anything and walked off- Then after 10 min of me just sitting there, I noticed she was in the beginning process of doing highlights on another client. She double booked! I told her if Im just waiting for a blow dry? Or what was happening. She said patronizingly "Oh do you need some attention?" Then moved her other client out of the chair - blow dried my hair, did a 3 min hair trim and charged $250!
