All I want to say is that I have seen the BIG difference in how other people perform compared to Ricky from TV Mounting 949. Till this day, NOBODY has matched the kind of personal interest, knowledge, ability, performance and passion that Ricky shows when serving his customers. Ricky truly knows what he is doing and he has really surprised and impressed me when setting up my network system. He set up and made my Ubiquity network system perform at it's peak, when others installers have only installed the hardware and took off and left me with a poor performing network system. Really disappointed. Ricky simply does what others don't for you and he always goes beyond compared to others. Nobody that I have dealt with gets near the kind of service Ricky has provided me. I lost my home in the Eaton Canyon fire from 2025 and I'm in the process of rebuilding my house from scratch and I have hired Ricky and I'm super excited from the proposal he has provided me. I will be installing a surveillance camera system, a brand new Ubiquity network system, Smart light switches system, new TV mounts, home theater setup, in-wall speaker installation etc. I already know the type of work Ricky provides and I am super excited and can't wait to see the end result but I know i will be fantastic.

Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

When we discovered that I had ordered the wrong wall box for the One Connect system and had not purchased the necessary Romex cable, Andy went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly.
