Adam Floyd is the owner and gave me a warm welcome, even though I did not have an appointment. He spent time showing me different options for bookcases and made a sketch on the spot to show us his idea for our very large blank wall. We scheduled a time for Adam to come over to the house to take a look at the space. He was able to design a bookcase that went along with the existing cabinets in the house. He suggested adding a desk with drawers and that was an excellent suggestion because we had not thought about the need for a desk. Adam was aware that we did not want to spend a fortune and was able to come up with a very affordable design. The timeline for all of this was very quick. Even with the Christmas/New Year's holidays, I think everything was designed, ordered and installed in about two or three weeks. Once the materials were in, the bookcase was built in one day. My husband was skeptical about the need for custom bookcases. I told him he would love it in the end and he does! I have debated posting a review of furniture by brad for some time now, because I thought that it…read moremay hinder receiving the refund that Brad has promised me... I see now that the refund will not happen without legal action, so all I can do now is try to warn as many people as possible not to purchase from this company. Our dealings with Brad were almost exclusively done through email and contact with Misty - who was the only pleasant part of our experience. She even admitted multiple times that Brad was doing us wrong during the process. We contracted them to build a porch swing, barn door, countertops and wooden vent hood. Multiple scheduling issues, missed appointments, no call/no shows, and ignored phone calls later, we got started. The guys would show up for a couple of hours and then leave, not to show up for multiple days... The swing and barn door turned out nicely, the countertops not so much, but that was as much our fault as Brad's (design issues). By Brad's own admission, the vent hood looked nothing like the photo we provided and they couldn't figure out how to make it work. Brad agreed to a refund over three months ago, but now refuses to answer my calls or texts. If you do decide to deal with Brad, I strongly recommend conversing through email and recording any phone calls to document the process. Shortly after making this post on Brad's Facebook page, I was blocked from commenting on the page. I don't feel that my post was rude, I simply stated the facts. I even took responsibility where applicable. This is typical of how we have been treated throughout this process. Read the reviews and check out the better business bureau before you decide to buy from this company. They have an F rating from the BBB.
