No one is taking accountability for this issue. From Jamie Ward , Steve Fletcher, general manager, service manager nor the technician. Please do not take your vehicle here. I have posted their corporate page reviews. 1.8 is not winning for customers satisfaction. No follow up on this matter in several months.

I've been disappointed a few times, but not to the point of writing a review. This time it was over the top. First of all, I requested my rear tires be replaced and rotated to the front. I asked that my front tires be rotated to the back because they are still good. Went to pick up my vehicle., New tires were on the back and the front tires that I had asked to be rotated to the back, we're still on the front. My request was not rocket science, however, it got wrote up differently, obviously. they offered to keep correct the mistake the next morning. I agreed even though I needed my work vehicle desperately. Then I noticed two of my center covers over my lugs were missing. I confronted the service desk and they look for them, they concluded I must have been mistaken. I was not mistaken ! I also requested a front end alignment, and they concluded it could not be aligned because of the tie rod ends needed to be replaced. OK, that's fine but they charged me for the alignment anyway. So I confronted the service desk and they credited back that charge. OK, so I get home and look at my ticket and noticed I was charged for road hazard warranty which I did not request! Went back to the establishment, confronted them at the service desk. And they wrote up a reimbursement for the roadhouse warranty, they printed me out a letter saying that I would receive my refund in 2 to 3 week! Really!! Taking this all into consideration there is the value of my time as well, which was kind of blown off, no sign of humility or apology whatsoever. I doubt this review will ever make it to the public, I Noticed most good reviews always go first. I hope at least a regional manager will take a look at this review and take appropriate action. I'm in the service industry as well, and this is not good! Please take note! James Woods
