So disappointing. I am a single mom and also a Hardworking citizen (2 jobs). I was insulted by Blake the manager for this Firestone. I asked them to fix my Lexus due to a shake in the wheels. They changed my brakes on the same side. It did work! I took it back 3 times. They charged me a total of 1500. And I still drove away with the same issue. Went to just get my tires looked at for an 8am appointment I had made a week ago and I arrived at 7:30am. By 9:30am the car wasn't even in the garage and they hadn't even started looking at it. Just looks like a mess of an operation. I had to leave because I value my time more than just waiting for hours on end. Oil cooler was replaced here. Didn't use all of the needed nuts and bolts. It wasn't torqued down properly. On a separate visit we had the oil changed and when we came back in the second time they said whoever changed our oil used the wrong kind and then they realized it was them who did it! Women beware. Took my car here because my wheel was grinding two weeks after they had already fixed a similar issue (and charged me $2000 for it) and they tried to charge me another $3500, telling my my shocks were "broken" among other things. I took my car to Ron Halls over on charlotte instead, where it cost a little over $400 to fix the issue AND they showed me how firestone was lying, nothing they were saying needed to be fixed, and what to look for next time so I don't get scammed. These people are awesome! I put my truck back together and made a few mistakes. They let me know what was wrong and in doing so helped me correct it. As a mechanic for 15 years, it's nice to know that they are not only knowledgeable enough to know when something is wrong, but nice enough to tell you in a respectful manner. Blaine is absolutely incredible. I called up a couple days before the snow storm hit last week for new tires and he treated me as if I've been a customer for years. Squeezed me in on a Saturday! Got me in efficiently, got a great value for my tires, and they did an excellent job. I don't think I have ever had someone make such an effort to connect with a customer like I experienced with Blaine. Fantastic employee. Originally, I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour to patch a tire. After the first hour goes by I get concerned as I needed to be somewhere in 45 minutes as I was sitting down in the waiting area I saw more than 12 people be serviced and talked to by my technician instead of taking off the tire or even working on the vehicle. Keep in mind I had a appointment for at least a month this small tire patch turned into a tire replacement and costed a total of 250$. In addition to this, there were numerous employees just walking around and standing while one technician was both talking and also supposed to be fixing my tire. I was in a panic driving a car I'd just purchased from Carvana, and the warranty company (I've learned that businesses don't like dealing with SilverRock) sent me to this location. I'd made an appointment online, but the Firestone representative said he didn't see it. He explained they probably wouldn't be able to get to it for a month. In general, he wasn't friendly. I took it to National Tire and Battery on Old Hickory, and the people there (although they DREADED dealing with the warranty company, too) were so kind and did everything to get my car fixed and paid for. I had used Firestone's online service scheduler to set up a Saturday appointment for alignment. I greatly appreciated getting a call from Zac at Firestone the Friday before. He asked if I was dropping off or waiting. When I said waiting he suggested that I call him back the following week and let him now if I wanted to bring the car in the following Saturday instead and he would work it in without me having to sit around waiting all day. I greatly appreciated his honesty and concern over my wait. I dropped off the next Friday after work and they had it ready Saturday morning. I had a nail in my back left tire I was told it could not be plugged they try to sell me another tire over $340 they lowered the price $40 after my husband started talking with them I took the car to Fairview car wash were they plugged my tire and told me that I had plenty of life left on them. We had an excellent experience with our car being fixed by the Firestone on 70 in Bellevue, Tennessee! We were from out of town, had a problem with the undercarriage of our Ford Escape. When we came to the Firestone at 8:00am, there were 2 people already waiting. Zac was quick and efficient as he took care of each customer, and even took a couple of phone calls. We were so relieved when we saw that our car was ready in less than an hour and the price was economical! Terrific! We highly recommend this store!!! read more

Twice in the last year, I've set up an online appointment more than a week in advance, only to be called less than 12 hours before the appointment to be told they "can't squeeze me in" because they are "too backed up". Both times, I've had to look elsewhere. They seem to be busy, so maybe they are great. It's hard for me to tell, as I haven't actually been able to be a customer yet due to poor organization and poor customer service skills. I won't try anymore. read more

Set up an appointment online, didn't receive a confirmation. Called the next day to confirm, was told the website wasn't working, but they could get me in. Showed up to drop off my car, Anna was ignored for quite some time. I was told they were way too busy, and it would be several days. I wish I had been told that earlier, so I could make other arrangements! The gentleman really wasn't very sorry, only explained he was taking appointments for next month. He had no explanation for why they would have said otherwise when they answered the phone earlier, and was not apologetic. My presence was clearly very inconvenient for him. read more

I would not recommend going here at all. Dropped my car off at at 8 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to call 3 different times during the day for an update on my car, and was promised that I would have it back by the end of the day each time I called. I called 30 minutes before closing only for them to tell me they didn't have the correct sized filter for my car and that they weren't expecting a delivery until the next morning... I can understand being short staffed and busy, but there's no excuse for not communicating with a customer when you're planning on keeping their vehicle overnight. Will not be returning. read more

Out of the blue my car's battery and brake light came on. I took it over to firestone after work. Michael did a diagnostic test for me to confirm the issue. He also couldn't promise me an exact time of when it would be ready for pickup and the quote time made my stomach drop. For the first time in my life, I don't have family close by or many friends in TN, since I am still new to TN and I have to have my car for work. They were able to get it done way ahead of the quoted time and called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. I had scheduled an online appointment for 8:00 AM on 5/6 a week prior to the day I needed service. I arrived at the Bellevue Firestone service center at 7:50 AM on 5/6 to be told that they were too busy to take me for my appointment. I spoke to the service advisor and he said that they would "work me in" but it would be later in the day. After a short discussion regarding the meaning of an appointment, I left and called the regional manager. The regional manager was apologetic and said he would get back with me to get a confirmed time for me for service. At 2:45 PM on 5/6, I received and email for confirmation of the 8:00 AM service appointment I had scheduled for 6 hours earlier. Never heard back from the regional manager after 8 1/2 hours. This center has a poor reputation in this community and it is well deserved. I work too hard for the money I earn to spend it with a business that has ZERO customer service and no respect for the customers that keep them in business. This facility does it's best to earn it's reputation as an unprofessional business. I am going to get a new set of tires from another center (although I have at least 5,000 miles left on thsi set) so I do not have to deal with this business or any Firestone/Bridgestone products ever again. read more

Nothing but good things to say about this Firestone. Came in on a Sunday needing a new tire due to a nail in the sidewall, and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Charlie at the desk explained my options for a new tire, cost, choices, etc. And this tire came standard with a road side warranty! read more

Terrible service. Only needed an oil change and they told me the next available date was three weeks out. I was fine with that and scheduled the appointment. After getting there, I waited 10 minutes with employees walking in and out of the front office not acknowledging me. The only other customer was an elderly man who had the expression that he'd been waiting there for hours. Someone finally spoke with me and convinced me to get Resolv auto care which is a subscription based service. Said it was cheaper than a regular oil change, came with tons of other benefits and could cancel at anytime. Four and a half hours later my car was finally done. Could not believe it took this long after getting an appointment three weeks out. Today I tried cancelling my Resolv subscription and the only way to cancel it is to pay the remaining months of the full year subscription. Technically the dude didn't lie to me that you could cancel at any time, just said nothing about having to drop nearly a grand on paying off the rest of the year. Definitely never coming back to this Firestone. Happy to drive to brentwood to not spend half a day waiting to get my oil changed. read more
