My tires were low on air and so J looked up a place where they fill your tires for free and this place popped up. You drive into their lot and there is a designated car line for filling up tires like a drive thru. You wait until it's your turn and they ask you what psi to fill your tires to. They are very friendly and greet you with a bright smile. Even though there were so many cars in line for air, when it was my turn, he was still very friendly and warm. Even with the high volume of customers, the staff remained professional, courteous, and apologized for the delay time and time again. Adrian (the representative who helped me, I believe) took the time to walk me through several tire options and explain the differences so I could make an informed choice. Being in an unfamiliar area and already stressed about the whole situation, I really appreciated how considerate he was. At 11 AM, I waited, the guy went outside to look at my tires, and I see him go in my glove box, then going through my trunk opening everything without even speaking to me first. I came to find he was looking for the wheel lock key, that they did not have. He told me I would have to drive 25 miles to the BMW Dealership to get them removed. Made a big mistake coming here. Last week, I got a nail in my tire and I came in to get it plugged an hour after because I was leaving for a 10 hour drive later in the day. Dropped off my car at 11:30am and the online portal said it would be ready at 3:18pm. I asked the guy helping me if that time was wrong, how much later would it be after that. He said an hour so I left assuming my car would be ready on time as I had expressed I was going on a road trip. At 3:09pm, I called because the tracker had said my car was still not being worked on and they said it would be an hour at the very maximum. So I showed up at 4:15 and had to wait in the line that was going out the door until I finally spoke with someone who said it would be ready "soon." I had to ask for a specific time frame as it was already way later than they quoted and he said 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned to 40 and I finally left at 5:30. But in that time waiting, I was told they broke the arm for the rear windshield wiper when they went to replace it. They explained they would order the part and to come back after my trip and they would install it. So I left with no rear windshield wiper in the complete dark, even though I had planned to leave before 4. Next morning I wake up and the same tire is deflated and I took it to a shop in the town I was in and they fixed it efficiently and treated my time with respect. When I got back, I called to make an appointment since I did not want a repeat of my experience but was told one was not needed as they could just fix it quickly from the parking lot. So today, I went back in to get my wiper replaced and guess what, I had to wait 40 minutes until the guy went to put it on and it only took 1 minute. I got a screw in the very center of my front left wheel. Slowly leaking, just needed a patch. Tried to call when they opened and either got put on hold or hung up on for about ten minutes. No big deal. Called back around 12ish, and spoke with Chris who said they did not take same-day appointments but they were well-staffed and it shouldn't be more than an hour or so. I get there around 4ish, and am immediately greeted by Dane. Dane is lovely, personable, and answered all my questions about the gizmo he was using, etc. He not only answered my questions, but went above and beyond by telling me that, while it was nothing to worry about, if I hadn't gotten my alignment looked at recently to look into getting it done since my tires were starting to show signs of uneven wear. He gave me an estimate of about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. Cool, no problem. EXACTLY 30min later, a different gentleman came to get me, give me my keys and tell me I'm good to go. I will be completely honest, I did not pay much attention to the receipt, but I did not pay a dime today. I had previously bought all four tires here, and had bought insurance, but I am not sure if that had anything to do with my total because I did not question the gentleman who was returning my keys to me. If in Nashville go to the Charlotte PIke AVOIDE Franklin location Franklin location replaced the wrong tire and sent me on the road with a flat after preaching safety and how important it was that I replaced the tire instead of patching the nail head. i drove immediantly (on a flat) to the Charlotte pike location and they immediantly remedied the situation, I would recommend that the Franklin location invest in some training for their repair techs and highly recommend the Charlotte location for any tire concerns, they took it very seriously and fixed the mistake even though it wasn't their mistake at all. read more
