The only thing was that the burger kept slipping out of the bun and it was very messy to eat as we kept putting the burger back together. The shawarma with chicken thigh was delicious. I would pair this with the brussels next time and you'd have a winning combination. The fries were good too, but the brussels are the winning side choice. The fries I received were cold, so I contacted the restaurant to complain and ask for a reasonable resolution. The employees I initially spoke with were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up the phone on me. I called back and eventually spoke with the manager, Nicki, but I still received no meaningful resolution. Cold food is one issue, but the way my complaint was handled made the situation much worse. Customers should not be hung up on or dismissed simply for reporting a problem with their order. I expected better customer service and professionalism from this location.
