Natalie is the best. She is the owner. She's friendly and welcoming every time I come in and it's genuine, not faked or forced. It's really a breath of fresh air. I feel right at home when I tan there. This is my second yelp review for this tanning salon. My first review was last year and it was the only time I ever left a yelp review in my life. I felt so strongly about this establishment that I caved and signed up for yelp. This is my second yelp review ever. That's a big deal. I discovered this gem randomly when I visiting my mother from LA. I was on the hunt for a salon with top of the line beds that weren't over-priced. I've been tanning for over 15 years at some of the best salons in California. I lived in Beverly Hills at tanned the best salon in the city, but its a chain and you don't get that personal welcoming feeling like you get at Flawless. Flawless is still by far my favorite salon I have ever been to in my life and I've been tanning since high school in 1999. You cant beat the prices and Natalie's choice of decor is original and inviting. It gives her salon that unique touch that separates it from all the other cookie cutters salons that are cold, sterile, and uninviting. The owner Natalie is usually there when I visit and she is always great too deal with. She's friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. I've been to so many salons, chains and independently owned and they still don't treat you as well as Natalie does. It's nice to know that Flawless cares about their customers and not just about the money. I grew up in south Orange County. I tanned all over and Flawless tops any salon I visited there. I went to college in Boston, tanned all over that city, and flawless is still the best. I look forward to visiting my mother, so I can tan at Flawless. Came in for a heat wrap today. Although this treatment may be used for various reasons, I use it for my back pain. The heat wrap works wonders. You walk away feeling so refreshed and zero back pain after. As always, service is exceptional and Natalie is always willing to try and accommodate ones schedule. I love this place!! I've tanned at many tanning places Spray tan and tanning using the tanning beds for over 10 years. The place is clean and well kept. I have chronic pain due to Arthritis and other conditions. I tried using the inferred body wrap to see if it would help relive some of my chronic pain issues. Not only did the wrap help relieve some of my pain, but I have also lost inches!! I love the owner Natalie, her dad and the staff. All are very pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. I would not recommend this place for the infrared body wrap. This place is dirty including the towels and room. They mislead customers through living social to get business then when you get there for your service they want you to spend additional money for what your supposed to receive initially in the living social price for the service. I did my research prior on the company's website as well as called to to ask more questions when booking my appt. like I said when I got there the experience was totally misleading. The wrap is not an actual wrap like some places that do the infrared sauna use. Its a big plastic suit. Like I said you could find a place that is much cleaner for a better first time experience that is not going to cut corners. read more

Aside from the owner being friendly, welcoming, and informative, I love that the lowest bed they have is a 12 minute bed. At first the first time I came here I loved the hometown feel of the place but once I got in and talked to the girl who was working she wasn't very good at answering my questions but whatever no big deal I figured I would give the place a try I tanned in the stand up it wasn't what I was used to very small almost uncomfortable so then I went to do a mystic after with out any warning that this one was different then others it continuously sprays and the girl just told me if u can't breath stick my head out so not only did the mystic only spray the front of me I go to turn around only to find that was it so no I have half my body sprayed and the other half not when I tried to tell her she said sorry there's nothing she can do so I didn't want to cancel my new member ship based on her I wanted to give it another shot because I bought two spray tans 2 months go by and my account hadn't been charged so I went in so cancel come to find out the girl haven't even taken my card down when she swiped it but I filled out the form my number was on it so when the owner told me what happened I felt like it was my fault and very unwelcomed so I decided to save my last mystic till I really needed it now that I knew how their thing worked I came in the air was broken so they had a huge air thing whatever it's California but the girl working when I asked about lotions I could use to prolong my mystic was seeming really annoyed when I was asking pricing on things so I just said forget it I got in to a lay down bed for 7 minutes half way thru I felt something on my stomic and legs it was bugs I know it's norco I live in norco but come on that pushed my limits then I get out just wanting to be done with this place and there was a girl who I heard just walk in who now was going to mystic so I wait for her to be done then it's my turn it didn't even get the bottom of my legs or inside its running down me it just all in all was a bad 3 time experience I in no way would ever say bad things about someone's business but this place just really isn't for me and from the looks of the ratings this probably will be taken down I've worked at a hair salon for many years with yelp I know how it goes.... Plus i put the cream on my hands to prevent them turning orange well I have been scrubbing them with bleach, comit, lemon juice all the above its unreal how bad it is it will not come off and it's the only part of my body that did get a tan. read more

Okay so first and foremost I want to make it clear that I am not trying to bash this business, and rather be as a source of help to them and suggest some ways to better their business. I was referred to Flawless Tanning by a great friend who goes to this salon regularly. I came to this salon for my first time in April, wanting to get a spray (Mystic) tan for the Coachella music festival. I walked into the salon and it was adorable! I loved the decorations and the farm style, however there was no Air conditioning and they had huge fans out in an unsuccessful attempt to cool the place down . The owner, Natalie, was away from the salon that day and had her father running it for her. He was extremely nice, helpful, and overall totally friendly. I explained to him I was going to a music festival the next day and I needed a speedy spray tan, and also that it was my first time tanning here (prior to this, I had spray tanned maybe 2-3 times at a palm beach tan). He guided me to the mystic tan room and told me to apply the lotion on my hands feet and knees and then Turn It on and then he Left. I was very nervous once he left because that was the only instructions he had given me & this spray tan machine was much different then the one I had previously used at palm beach tan (Palm beach tan has instructions spoken to you through a speaker throughout the entire spray tan process, this machine did not have any). I entered the machine, turned it on, sprayed my front and back and then got out, redressed, and was startled to see a mouse run by me in the room! The mouse is not the reason of this review, and I understand it is Norco and this salon is in the middle of Norco where there are Horses constantly and bugs/mice/etc, but it is also something to keep In Mind. When I left the salon, I immediately saw results of the tan. I was dark and very happy with the color! I went to sleep that night and awoke the follow morning very early, around 2:30 am, feeling extremely nauseous and sick. I went to the bathroom because I felt like I was going to throw up, but nothing happened. I knew I was feeling very horrible, and went to my moms room to seek help from her. As I approached her room I lost all ability to speak and see. Luckily, I bumped into their door making a loud noise that woke up both of my parents. They rushed me into the bathroom where I proceeded to have a serious seizure. It was to the point where I completely fell backwards into my shower (glass door by the way) breaking them and hurting my back. At this point, the tanning solution was coming out of my nose and I was struggling to breathe. Once I came back to consciousness, My mom suggested that maybe I was having a reaction to the spray tan. I took a shower immediately as I was able to stand to attempt to wash off all I could of the tanning solution on my skin. I called my friend that referred me to this salon the next morning as soon as I woke up and explained everything to her. She told me that every time she goes to this salon (she is a regular member), Natalie has instructed that she stick her head out of the machine in between front and back sprays to take a breath. I was not told to do this by Natalie's Father, and instead stayed in the machine because that was all I was told to do! Because I was not instructed properly, I breathed in WAY too much of the strong tanning chemical spray, causing me to seizure and pass out. I know I am addressing this issue a few months after the fact, but I want to serve as an example of what NOT to do, and how important it is to make sure tanning salons are thorough and clear about ALL instructions so that this does not happen to anyone else! I have never had a seizure in my life, and it was one of the scariest experiences I have ever had. again, this is not a complaint about the color of the tan, or if I was rudely treated by an employee, and I do not want to say this is a horrible place to tan and that no one should ever go there again. Rather, I hope no one has to experience this same circumstance as a result of poor communication by a business to its customers. read more

I don't ever need to tan because I am naturally tan but I had horrible tan lines and blemishes that I needed to fix before I went on vacation and this place was great. They have great pricing and are in a great location (for me). The only issue I had was that their parking lot was a bit difficult to get in and out of but I will definitely come back here if I need tanning services again. read more
